This is an excellent community. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and the activities are great for the residents. We were pleased with our experience. I have no complaints about my loved one's short stay here.

I like the staff a lot at this community. Just like a lot of the other communities they are experiencing some staffing issues at this time. My loved one does not participate in the activities but whenever I come there is always something going on in the community. This community is absolutely gorgeous and the views are nice. This community is very beautiful.

Heartis Village really does treat their residents like kings and queens and every time we come to visit they know us by name and always greets us, that is something we really appreciate. We would highly recommend this community to other families. We also got a great deal when our loved one was moving in.

We chose Polo Park Estates because I loved the staff. We really like the dining hall experience as well, they have a chef and the meals are great. The apartment sizes are plenty big enough for the needs. They are in the middle of renovations right now so things are a bit messy. Overall it is a great community and you can see that everyone really cares about each other. I'd highly recommend them.

The people are really friendly and they seem to care about the residents here. Some of the activities available are bingo, field trips, and more for the residents to choose from. It would be nice to have more field trips for the residents once in a while. My loved one seems to enjoy the food offered. The staff seem efficient if I have questions or concerns about my loved one.

I chose Aston Gardens because they offer 2 meals a day and they also pay all of the utilities which is nice. The apartment sizes are sufficient. The food is really good. The staff is super helpful and all of the residents are very friendly. I have had no problems at all since I have been here. I would most definitely recommend them to others looking.

The staff at Walnut Park are very welcoming and attentive. They are all very concerned with the residents, they make sure that their needs are being met.

The staff gives excellent care. The community is always clean and feels like home. This is a great place for your loved one. My grandmother moved here in [date removed] from another Assisted living. This was the best decision ever made. My grandmother enjoys the activities and the staff show her so much love and care.

The value for the money is great, especially for all of the amenities that are provided for the residents. The facility is brand new, very clean and the location is also great. Overall it is just a very nice place and I would definitely recommend Discovery Village at Naples to others.

The day staff that take care of the residents have been great, very friendly, responsive, and just great at what they do. I do think we could maybe hear more feedback from the administrative staff. My dad is in the memory care facility and it is hard to get in. If they could have a code where family members could punch that in to get in, I think that would be much better than having a doorbell and having to wait for someone to let you in. Overall I would definitely recommend them to others looking, the upper management just needs to be more engaged with the families.

My tour experience was great. The staff were very friendly, and the community was well run. They also provided us with lots of information.

Beautiful facility. Everyone is very friendly. Usually they have sit down dining but they moved to buffet style dining. Not necessarily an everyday thing. Every time my loved one needs something done in her room, maintenance is really good about getting on top of anything she requests.

Our loved ones apartment is so cute, it is perfect for her and her kittens. We wish we would of found Solstice much sooner so our loved one could really experience it all in better health since right now she is back and forth from the hospital. The meals are good but the dining service at times can be slow. They do have a ton of activities which is amazing. Overall she is happy there and really liked it.

The marketing and nursing staff are amazing. It's nice, it's clean, it has good security. My loved one loves it. She tells me move on in. Considering it's long distance, the staff does everything to help me out with concerns and getting updates as best as they can.

We like that Solstice Senior Living is a large, clean and modern community. The people were very friendly and overall it was a good place to move dad to, we no longer have to worry.

My mom lived at Brookdale Des Plaines for close to [date removed]. When we needed to find a place we stopped here unannounced and they gladly gave us a tour and talked with us. Mom made many friends with the residents and staff who were always friendly and assisted her when needed. She lived in Independent Living and was wheel chair bound but was always able to things for herself. They would always contact me if needed and when mom broke her shoulder I was able to make arrangements to have someone assist her .

The communication back and forth at times was a little tough, but besides that everything about Heartis Village was great. Our loved one really enjoyed the meals and dining service, and it is a good value. She was not much of a joiner when it came to the activities, but they did have plenty to offer. We would absolutely recommend to families who are looking.
