Two years ago my mom made the difficult decision to move from her home to Terrace Place with its welcoming environment of staff and residents. She hasn't looked back once and has embraced the all that this community has to offer. We are grateful to all those who work so hard to make it a great experience for her.

I have been living at Terrace Place for about one year. It has been a pleasant experience from the start. Residents are friendly and care about one another. It is a super place! Recently, I went away for a couple of days. After I returned I told a friend that I was pleased " to be home". Terrace Place had truly become my home! it is a special place to live.

I was able to have an in person tour, and the marketing team was very nice and helpful. The community is very nice, but the location is about 45 minutes away and we wanted something closer in case of emergencies.

Pheasant Ridge has been a good community so far, we feel like the people there actually care for our loved one. They do a good job managing everything and they keep up with all of the residents.

I am very happy with this community and they do a great job taking care of my loved one. The staff is very friendly and helpful in the memory care unit I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

We are very happy with the community. Our loved one is happy here as well. There are many activities available without the pandemic going on. There is always something to do. The meals are tasty, with a large selection of options for the residents to choose from. [name removed] is fabulous! She tries to keep the residents happy. [name removed] is wonderful to work with as well. The maintenance group is fantastic. I'm not happy with the insensitivities of the concerns of COVID. I'm not sure if the caregivers are vaccinated but they all wear masks. There are now breakthrough cases within the residents. I want the management to be overly protective of all the residents in the community.

Our loved one is really enjoying the meals and dining as well as the activities. We were very impressed the minute we walked into this community, it is very pretty and extremely clean. The staff members are very professional and down to earth towards the residents. The elderly residents there are very with it, you can tell they are really enjoying it. Solstice is a very good community and just very impressive.

This is assisted living at its finest. You go from strangers to family in a day. I brought my aunt at the beginning of the pandemic, we were so scared. No need. They did and have continued to embrace us. From the staff to accomodations we could not ask for more. If you are looking for yourself or a loved one I highly recommend Walker Place. You and your family will be welcomed with open arms. You can even have your furry loved one with you. They have a couple of floor plans, from studio to one bedroom. If necessary I believe you can even have a roommate. They are roomy, of course you have your own walk in shower,large closet and plenty of room for furniture. If you prefer baths they have a wonderful walk in tub. Also plenty of activities,a lovely courtyard. Nice sized dining room. Oh and if you are inclined to have dinner out or have take out, there are restaurants right down street. Do not hesitate to make an appointment for a tour you will not be disappointed

Terrace Place has a very friendly, very caring, hard working staff. So much to do daily, I love the life enrichment activities, Carnival, Car Show, Music, Happy Hour, Bingo, Birthday Parties, Pontoon Boat Ride, North High School Drumline, Cook Out's... just a lot of fun. So many new friends! Pet friendly! Great place to live!

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They have met all of the needs of our loved one. This community is clean and close to family, and this was been a good decision for our love done and family. The communication with the staff is great!

It is a very nice community. The staff are very caring. My loved one enjoys the food at the community. They are allowing family to come in and eat at a price of $5 for a weekend meal. I believe they don't have an activities director currently, but the staff are still engaging with the residents.

I love it here! There are other residents to socialize with, and makes it a great place. The residents are able to sit at different tables in the dining room and get to know each other. The manager helps out where it is needed in the dining room. I'm able to play bridge with other residents. It is convenient to other areas in the community.

Wonderful facility, clean, all personnel friendly, helpful. Facility is about two years old. Responsive to needs of the residents, food choices, etc. By the way this was the fourth time I used A Place for Mom. Very pleased.

During our loved ones stay, they staff members were always really involved with the residents throughout the day. There were activities constantly going on, they did a great job making our family including. Overall it just had a family setting to it.

Every time we call Dad, he's on his way to happy hour, a meal, or some kind of socialization activity. It gives us a great peace of mind knowing he's eating well again and is getting to know more people!

I was able to have an in person tour and the facility was very nice and the tour was very nice. The dining room was lovely, but the reason i did not choose Bethel Park was the rent was more then what i was comfortable with paying.

I think it's a great place. The staff goes over and above to help in any way they can. Their hearts are in it, and they seem to love and care for the residents. The food I tried was very good. They give everyone a variety, and it's served like an upper end restaurant where they bring different courses out. Activities have been good, and I saw a Hawaiian-themed celebration with special food where they taught how to dance the hula. I could tell there was a lot of effort that went into that. Overall I think it's an excellent value here. And the general manager is is awesome. Our loved one needed a ride back to the community after a hospital and rehab stay, and the general manager personally went and picked him up. When I called to thank him (we live several hours away and can't always make it down), he told me that once people are here, they treat them like family. And I couldn't ask for more than that.

The staff members at Heartis Village are so friendly and the community is very well kept. From what our loved one has told us, he seems to be perfectly content with the meals and even the activities. We know he is kept busy, sometimes when we call to check in he doesn't have time to talk to us because he is hanging out with his new friends. We most certainly would recommend this community.

We had a great tour with Solstice the staff members here were awesome and so nice. I just felt that the facility was too dark, we wanted something bright and cheery.

My loved one said the food is delicious and she loves it. They have lots of activities available and the community is kept neat and very clean. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
