My aunt loves living here. The food is amazing, she gets excellent care, and the activities are so fun!!! She loves it and calls it home.

We would recommend the Ten Oaks Place to others, our loved one is being well cared for there. We aren't to sure about the meals but we do know the dining hall is nice, and they do have nice activities for the residents. The value for cost is really good especially with everything they have to offer.

Our loved one has since passed away, but during their stay there at the Creekside at Shallowford community really did do a good job.

The staff is caring, understanding, helpful and kind. They know my loved one by their first name. There are times that I've been able to eat with my loved one, and they provide several choices of meals. They are quick to serve meals to everyone. There is a change in the menu of food monthly. The administrators take turns in serving coffee in the dining room. All of the administrators know the residents by name. The family feels that our loved one could be on a cruise ship with all the different activities offered. Some of the activities include: painting, music, bingo, stretches, mystery bus tours, and more for the residents to choose from.

They have lots of activities and outings also. They always have things going on. They also over a good value for the money. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The community is open to feedback and really listen to the residents. The communication is very good between the staff and the family is very good. The admin staff does what it takes to accommodate and look at each situation and determine what options there are. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Vista del Rio is the best. It is a very friendly community, I would recommend to anybody.

We had a virtual tour during Covid. The facility looked nice, and everybody I spoke with was very nice and informative. It was hard not being there in person, but they did the best the could with the situation at the time.

It's a warm, welcoming community, and they take really good care of their residents. We've been super pleased. My loved one moved in with some pretty major health issues, and now that she's better, she's decided she wants to stay. She's completely content and happy. She has social life and friends. It's just awesome. And a happy mom makes everybody happy!

The people I met on my tour were very nice. The place itself was beautiful. Everything I saw looked good. There was nothing concerning to me by any means. I ended up choosing a different community that just completely won me over.

The community is welcoming to family and it is a caring environment. They are very safety conscience. Anytime there is a question or concern the community is willing to talk about it and help come to a conclusion for everyone involved. My loved one doesn't like the taste of food; however, there are snacks available for the residents. The people that serve the food are so nice, according to my loved one.

This is actually where I wanted to put my dad, it was cheaper than ones we were looking into and a very nice facility. The issue was it was just not going to fit the type of care that he was needing. They still keep in touch with me to check in on how my dad is doing.

The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience. I feel for what you get here there is very good value at Bethal Park

My mom suffers from Lewy body Dementia and her cognitive and physical abilities have rapidly declined. My family chose SPSL and it was the best decision we could have made My mom is actually happy and thriving thanks to SPSL.

I chose Solstice Senior Living because it was more friendly looking place when we came to tour. The apartment sizes are really good, I have no problem with that. I really enjoy the food, they are chef prepared meals. i think they do a very good job with everything here and I would recommend to others.

We went with Azalea Park because we got more of a down to earth, homey atmosphere here. After looking at a few others, when my mom walked in the door before anything she said "this is more like it". My moms apartment is huge, she has a 1 bedroom apartment that is almost 900 square feet, it is the biggest at the facility. I went in her friends who has a studio and it is plenty efficient as well. The residents all eat and the same time and she does say that the food seems to take a long time. I would recommend to others looking.

Polo Park Estates was very diligent on getting back to us. We toured with them and it is a great facility. The tour was thorough and they let us look all around and answered all of the questions that we had and kept in touch with us afterwards.

I think they're doing a nice job. My loved one put together a full sentence the other day, and he said "It's really nice here." Which was a huge accomplishment for him, and a relief to hear. Its very clean there. The care services are good from what I can tell. The staff are great. They seem to be very caring. They don't' seem to be there just to take home a paycheck. They seem to care about what they're doing. The cost is high but on par with other places, and they're probably a nicer place, based on others that I saw.

We really enjoyed our tour with Elmcroft of Southern Pines. It is a very nice facility and it was our second choice.

This was a nice, clean facility. It was on the small side and felt very homey. The cost may be too high but this was one of my moms favorite places that we toured.
