We chose Deane Hill Place because of the location to family, and on the first visit I was very impressed with the staff members, administration, and the facility itself. There are so many good staff members here, and they truly care about their residents. A good experience all the way around, and I would highly recommend.

The executive director was incredible and so helpful. Our family was in a complicated situation and they were very accommodating. Unfortunately our loved one was not able to move in, due to the level of care they ended up needing and they were very generous to let us back out of the contract.

My loved one was only there for a short amount of time. [Name removed] was outstanding, compassionate, honest, and clear. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and the tour was good, after showing up unexpectedly.

Based on my virtual tour, I thought it was very nice. It seemed like a very pretty place. It wasn’t quite as affordable as I was looking for though. And I would never just pick a place from a virtual tour. I would want to physically go there to visit.

It is a good place for your loved one. The staff is good to work with. Our loved one enjoys the food. There are activities available for the residents to participate in. Bingo is a crowd pleaser with the residents.

My family is forever grateful to Woodbury Mews! Our mother has Alzheimers and had a horrible experience at another facility. We were desperate to find another place for her to go to that could provide the care and attention that she needed. Our Aunt was a long-time resident at Woodbury Mews so I reached out to find out if they could help. The rep listened, showed compassion, remembered our Aunt and went out of her way to help our Mother. She is such a kind and caring woman.The entire team at Woodbury worked together to get everything in order as quickly as possible. Thank you to the team of ladies that made this happen, they are knowledgeable, efficient and CARING. We were in the best hands! Our mother was transferred yesterday and was greeted with a warm welcome. The peace of mind that has been granted to us during such an incredibly difficult and painful time is appreciated beyond words. Our family recommends Woodbury Mews to anyone going through this with their parent.

I was again very pleased with my tour with [name removed], the GM. The atmosphere was great, the food smelled yummy, and they actually have more options included with their prices too. The apartments were very nice and they want to help accommodate your needs.

I highly recommend Sunnybrook at Mt. Pleasant. My mother has lived there for 2 years and calls it "home."

On my arrival two years ago to look at the premises, I was very impressed by the friendliness and accommodations. Two years later, I'm still impressed and satisfied. I did look at other assisted living places, but no comparison.

The community is affordable and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and helpful and my loved one is happier than they have been in years. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Welcoming, apartments are spacious and bright. Feel like this would be a good fit for our sister.

My father has been living at Heartis Village North Shore for a couple of months and we are very happy with the community. We looked at many different senior living options with similar costs and Heartis was by far the best. My dad is staying busy, meeting new friends and getting lots of physical therapy on-site. The staff is helpful and friendly and the medical staff is very conscientious.

I have worked in the medical field since 2012 and I’ve been to numerous assisted living facilities in the greater Knoxville area. The Pointe at Lifespring is hands down the most impressive community that I have visited. The staff love the residents and in return the residents love the staff. Nothing feels forced at The Pointe. The entire experience is top notch from the food to the activities/entertainment to the beauty of the building itself. It’s kind of it’s own bubble in that upon arrival there is a true sense of joy and peace in the air. In many ways it has become a safe space for me and I would recommend any and all to come share in the experience…

We had a good experience and would recommend them to others. The employees are friendly and willing to help. The food was enjoyed by my loved one. They have lots of activities for the assisted living residents and some still available for memory care residents.

We toured Summit Place and it was a great tour and a nice facility, actually similar to the one we went with. I thought that for the price they were asking they would not be able to provide the level of care that we were wanting and the location was further.

I love it here, the people are friendly and warm. I came from an assisted living community and when i came here I just felt more at home with the sense of freedom. I have a first floor apartment that faces the courtyard, it is a very clean and comfortable place. My apartment has a nice floor porch, we can plate flowers here. They are very receptive to do things we like, I love picking flowers and I am able to do that here. The grounds are very well taken care of, and the manager her the lady in charge is terrific. She digs right in, serving meals to the residents and always helping residents out. She is really hands on. Also the guy underneath her is great also, super hands on. Also the dining room is very nice with a beautiful chandelier. I feel very blessed to be here.
