I would recommend the community to others. It has a homey feeling, and my mom blends in with the other residents. She finds the people are friendly and nice.

For a little over two years my parents were residents here but when mom passed, we had to look for a memory care [community name removed] and dad moved to [website removed] due to his worsening Alzheimer's. Both did a great job with my parents. The caregivers were great both here and at [community name removed] and we're so grateful for the wonderful care you all provided for my parents. It did my heart good to see them well cared for. Thank you!!

We chose Whispering Oaks because the director was very personable and informative and he made me feel at ease and was following up with us. The apartment sizes are very nice, they have several options to choose from. It is a very family-oriented place. We are very pleased with our choice.

When i knew that my husband [name removed] was having both physical and mental issues, my family and I began investigating places that we were comfortable with. I looked at different facilities, but became enchanted with The Pointe at Lifespring. All of their personnel were so friendly and personable. And of course, as a bonus, it is very close to our longtime home, and I am able to visit with him regularly. He has been at The Pointe since [date removed] and I have not regretted my decision in the least. I know I can call anytime and be greeted with warmth and positivity. My husband of almost 50 years is in the very best place for him at this stage of his life!

I am the daughter of a resident that entered the Brookdale community in Hoffman Estates in [date removed]. Currently my mother is 91 years old. After an exhaustive search and having looked at 7 living facilities in my area I settled on Brookdale for my mother and am so glad that I did! I am constantly impressed by the quality of the individuals that work within the community. Almost any request is handled quickly and with care and concern. The fact that this can be said taking into consideration that my mother has been in Brookdale for 2 years and 1 of those years being during a pandemic is quite impressive to me! The facility itself is quite lovely and is constantly being updated. Brookdale does a great job communicating with the residents and their families, so we always know what is going on or what they are planning, which is very comforting for the residents AND their families. Overall, it’s a great facility that I would highly recommend!

Great medical, communication, maintenance, and dining services. Exceptional care and response. My dad really likes living here and likes all the staff and residents.

My mother and our family loved Brookdale Des Plaines. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The apartment was very nice and the building was very clean. IT felt like she was living at a hotel. I highly recommend Brookdale that is looking for a very family-friendly place.

Wonderful community, very friendly and accomodating staff. Menus are very good. This facility is clean and is being updated. Apartments are nice and housekeeping comes in to clean weekly. Additional facilities in the building are a noon lunch room, beauty shop and pool. Families are welcome to use the pool.

During the last 3.5 years that my mother has been at Brookdale Des Plaines, our family found the entire staff to be kind, caring, and competent in every way. Her apartment was clean, cheerful, and well maintained. In addition, Brookdale offered a variety of services that made her life (and ours) easier during the difficult time.

It was a great facility and we had a good experience during my brothers stay here, he was very happy. The staff was excellent, my brother was in independent living but they took great care of him and were very attentive.

Overall we have been very satisfied with this community. What really made an impact on up at first, was the day we were moving our loved one is it was her birthday and the staff had a birthday cake waiting for her and they even sang. It was just really touching.

We had a great experience with Heartis Suwanee. She was very happy here, it is a fairly new and beautiful facility. There is a lot of different areas to be, even during lock down they had a game room, library, lounge, etc. She did not feel closed in since she was able to go to these areas. Overall I would recommend this facility.

We have had a very good experience so far at Davis Place. We chose this facility because it was recommended to us and we looked at some others and I felt that from the outside this facility looked very nice. We also had a virtual tour and were impressed. The staff member here are very kind and helpful, they let us facetime with my mom since she is unable to talk on the cell phone. I would recommend them to others looking.

This place is wonderful from the first phone call with [name removed] to the virtual tour, paper work and just plain answering questions. I started out trying to help my father find a place for my grandmother who's 97 and our family had toured our share of places and this one by far exceed our expectations. I have to say my mom said it best when she overheard my conversation with [name removed] her exact words were " she sounds like an actual human being, kind caring and nice, she didn't sound like an uncaring car sales man" . She was correct they are kind, caring and compassionate. I receive pictures of grandma and an update usually every other week, they really hit home when my father was put at ease and making the transition as easy as possible for him. So big shout out to the Heartis House and everyone there we really appreciate all you did and continue to do !!

Our mother is still very independent and social. She has some medical conditions that make it necessary for her to have someone around in case she needs help. Heartis Village provided a beautiful environment that is comfortable and welcoming. The staff and residents are so helpful and cheerful. We are certain that our mother's assistance needs will be well attended and adjusted as her needs change. We are confident that our mother will thrive in her new home.

We chose Northhaven Place because of the convenient location for family to visit, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. After she left they are still calling me to follow up and see how she is doing. The room size here was good for what she needed during her time here. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

I would definitely recommend this community to others. When I would go visit I felt like they should be more cautious with protecting the residence against covid.
