The meals and dining service at the community is phenomenal, and I think it is the best value and best opportunity out there.

After an adjustment period, my brother says nothing but great things about Brookdale Des Plaines. Every time I speak to him he states how grateful he is to be at Brookdale. They do everything they can to accommodate all tastes and interests.

My mom just arrived at Bonaventure and was thrilled at how beautiful it is. She was aware of the quarantine time and was so happy to hear about how the community was going to keep her involved and call her daily until quarantine is over. The next day was her birthday and family & friends were concerned because they could not reach her. I emailed the front desk and they immediately sent someone to the unit. My mom had her phone on silent, and couldn't find it. They helped her find the phone, turned it on for her and connected her to the wifi! Everyone was notified that mom was well and they can call with birthday wishes! The immediate action at The Bonaventure really helped us know that there are people there to help, they went into action immediately which puts the family at ease because we know she is in good hands. [name removed] emailed me back with this information and I was truly relieved.

The community is very friendly, caring, and responsive. They really go out of the way to make sure the residents are taken care of. They also have an emergency response system that the residence wears in case of an emergency. The director is amazing

It is a nice place to live. It is clean, the people are friendly, the food is fantastic, along with the dining room.

We like the fact that they have an agency on site for any assistance our loved one may need, and the staff quickly got to know her name and if/when she needed help. They are very attentive and friendly, and in the summertime the flowers outside are gorgeous, that try to make it very presentable

We chose The Palms at the time because she was in another facility and they had no visiting what so ever and the isolation was not good for her. We found The Palms which was a lot more lenient, we were able to come in and visit her and she could come out with us. The apartment sizes here are on the smaller side, she was in a studio and it was expensive for what she was going. I would recommend, the only thing we were unhappy about was that we gave notice for moving and they made me pay for an extra month even when she was not there.

We chose Solstice Senior Living because they are one of the facilities that provide 3 meals a day and we really liked that. They also have medical staff on site if needed. They use their times to eat as social hour and they make it fun for the residents. They have a ton of amenities that you would need to live a nice healthy life. I would recommend to others looking.

I'm very happy with the community and I think we made the right choice. The staff is good and very nice and the food is good. The community has a gym and that is nice. I would definitely recommend this community to others. I would like to have an orientation when moving in.

We chose Worthington Place because they had availability very quickly when we needed it and it is a smaller community as well. My mom is happy with her room size, she has a studio and it is plenty big for her needs. All the staff members and management have worked here for several years, so they do not have a lot of turnover which says a lot to me. I would recommend to others looking.

We have had a great experience with Heartis Village of Brookfield. We chose this facility because they had availability quickly when we needed it and it was brand new. I could not be happier, she is well cared for, fed, and is participating in activities. I would highly recommend to others looking.

The staff at Soltice are always willing to go the extra mile. They have truly done an outstanding job keeping the residents positive during this pandemic. Having 40 acres to roam helps get the residents out of there room in a safe manner.

I want to live here when I need help. The apts are very nice and they clean twice a week. They provide 3 meals a day and I would recommend this community to others.

The friendliness of the staff was very good, we were very happy with the Marchbanks community. We absolutely highly recommend it to others.

The long awaited “move-in” has finally happened! I cannot express enough the highest level of attention, care/compassion and welcoming our entire family received. Every possible outside barrier that we faced, [names removed] worked through to make a safe, smooth and comfortable transition for our family member moving into the Memory Care unit. Our welcoming greeting upon arrival brought tears of joy to a happy ending of the long move in journey. The entire staff worked hard to ensure a connection and bond would be created to promote a successful journey for their new resident. The food looks and tastes absolutely amazing and every staff member has a warm smile in their greeting. My family lives a distance from Capstone so it is important to us that staff is accommodating with keeping us informed and makes communication available for us to talk and “see” when we can’t visit. Our plan is set and we were never made to feel like we were being a pain or it was too much to ask.

I can only decide Aston Gardens as the complete package. Staff is so very accomodating. They work diligently to make everything special. They really care about people. Even with COVID restrictions, Aston Gardens has kept us safe and involved! A beautiful place to live.

The community is well maintained and clean. Communication is good with the community. I would recommend this community to others.

I thought they did a great job, they took good care of my husband very well. The staff were very caring and concerned and they grew very fond of him. They did have a lot of activities planned, I always saw the calendar and it was full. I do also think the value for the money is excellent. The one thing that I did not like was they in the case of a hurricane, their evacuation plan was that a family member had to come and pick them up. Overall, I would recommend.

This community is very welcoming and the care services were good. The meals and dining were great before covid, but our loved one started to dislike the meals when they were having to be delivered to their rooms. Once covid came around the people we were comfortable with had left. It was a nice community, just very expensive and our loved ones room was small for the price we were paying.

We chose Solstice Senior Living because of the friendliness of the staff members that we interacted with, they were helpful and willing to answer all times of questions. They also made the best arrangements they could with covid and made me feel safe being there. They are very careful with covid, I do feel like she is well taken care of. Her room sizes here is great for her needs. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend this facility.
