The people and staff members were great, and the rooms were fine. We would recommend this community to others based on geography, the location was convenient for our family. The one and only knock on the place was that it is just not in a good part of time.

The staff is amazing and I have never had a problem with them, and they take care of any problems I have discussed with them. I would definitely recommend the community to others. we have an awesome residence here and we help each other and are kind.

It's worth checking out. The director is great he really takes the time to listen and personalize their care. The community even took care of her cats after my mom passed away. They have a great outdoor area and we were able to enjoy the outdoors. I would recommend this community to others. They had free snacks for the grandkids also.

The staff at Elmcroft of Southport are caring and compassionate. We are very thankful to them for taking such good care of our aunt. Out of all the places she stayed in her later years, Elmcroft of Southport was the best long-term care option. I would highly recommend Elmcroft of Southport's services to someone looking for support for themself or for a family member.

Hello: I am a daughter of a resident at Brookdale in DesPlaines IL. My mother has been there for 6 years. I thought it was important for me to let people know who are looking for a place for there loved one, my experience at Brookdale. Even before she moved in the staff did everything they could to find an apartment that would be perfect for her. They have always been very accommodating and helpful no matter what. Covid has been very hard for everyone but the staff that bring her food is very sweet and very helpful she enjoys the food and loves the friends she has made there. They always have had several activities to keep the residents active and happy. All in all I feel that she is in the right place and we are very content with our decision.

The administration in the actual building are excellent and very concerned about the residents. The administration in the building take care of and address problems and are very up-beat!

I chose Butterfield Place because I had checked on it a few years ago and toured it and really liked it. The apartment sizes here are great and have been perfect for me. The food is chef prepared meals and before covid they had a great menu to choose from. I am very happy here and do not have any complaints. I would definitely recommend to others.

When your Mom calls and says shes not coming home for Christmas because she loves The Pointe that much, it confirms a hard decision I made last year. From day one, The Pointe felt different. I pulled up and was greeted with a welcome sign that had my moms name on it. The sales lady took the time with me and truly cared. The nurse came in and talked with mom and made her feel at ease. [name removed] the sales lady, toured me around and I was able to ask me so many questions about my mom. She even sent us home with cookies! The next week, a book arrived about Mexico..it was my mom's favorite vacation spot. That sealed the deal, we decided The Pointe was the perfect place for us. Best decision we ever made. My mom receives the best care, the best food and the most fun. Her social life is better than mine. If you want the best, this is it.

I would tell others that they did used to contact me a lot and update me on our loved one, with the covid mess going on there has been less communication. But before the virus communication was great. Overall, I would recommend.

My aunt was there 3 years and required a level of care and accommodation we did not anticipate. The staff was incredibly helpful, every step of the way. They are exceptionally organized and that extended to their response to COVID. The community itself is lovely and the staff is attentive to everyone, greeting each resident by name. We always felt she was safe. Our experience was such that when it came time to move her someplace that could provide the increased care that was needed, we chose to stay within the Brookdale Community.

I would recommend others look at this community. We liked it the best out of all the communities we saw. The environment feels like home. It was very comfortable. The community is all on one floor for the residents.

They have had a great Covid plan and focus on keeping the residents safe and I am very happy with how they have handled it. They have a menu and currently, the dining room is open at a third capacity. The activities director is very good but they are trying to do activities, and they have a bus for transportation. I would recommend this community to others.

My stepfather is living in Sagebrook Living Center for over a year. He is in the Memory Care Unit and I am so grateful to all the staff for the care of him. I am in frequent touch with the staff and always get the updates. Everybody is friendly and caring. Food is very good (my stepdad likes it), the facility has a beautiful courtyard and nice dining area. I cannot thank enough to everybody at Sagebrook, especially during the pandemic for all hard work they do for their residents. They are a good people! It has been such a relief knowing that my stepdad is safe and has great care. Thank you!

I have 2 parents in the memory care facility at Baycove. 5 STARS isn't enough. I can't say enough about the quality of care given and the wonderful staff. [names removed] and really all of them are amazing. The building is well taken care of and activities are fantastic and engaging. My mom has been there for over 3 years and she has been happy the entire time. If you find yourself needing a place for your loved one Baycove gives families the peace of mind of KNOWING that they will be taken care of.

Sagebrook is a great example of a great senior community. It offers great care and services to older adults and their family members. The staff is kind. The garden is so beautiful. During this pandemic and more than ever, the residents and their needs are the top priority of the support team. From what we see, Sagebrook is filled with happy residents.

My experience with Rep. [name removed] has been wonderful! [name removed]'s knowledge, compassion & willingness to go the extra mile has me convinced that this is THE place where my sister-in-law, [name removed], would be happiest. Since her sister & I live in Nevada, I was hesitant to make arrangements long distance, but [name removed] made the process seamless & easy. God bless her heart!

My family member has been here for just six months and only speaks of good things and how great the staff is. He also enjoys the company of his neighbors. Not to mention the food! The chefs are great! A just like home living couldn’t ask for anything better!
