It's a good facility for people who like activities, They had movie nights, puzzles, and card games. the room sizes were good, and they keep the building and grounds well kept. I would recommend this community to others

Very impressed with the presentation about the property. [name removed] talked with me and did a virtual tour which was outstanding. The amenities and facilities appear to be wonderful. We are going to try to do an in person visit and based on a few more questions, plan to give this facility much consideration. The prices for services and the apparent quality of service seem to be outstanding. [name removed] was a wonderful host.

This is a very good place, they respect their residence and treat them very well. The rooms are a perfect size and my mother loves her apartment. When we moved here from Florida she said she went from hotel 6 to the hyatt regency

The main reason that we chose Franklin Park TPC Parkway because of the location. The other reason was when we took the interview, they were more honest with us and put my dad right into memory care. All the others were looking into wanted to put him in independent living and then later move him up at a higher cost. I really like the way it is set up here, they are in pods. The staff is very professional and they call me for every little thing which I really appreciate. They sent us letters and kept us very informed especially during covid about what was going on inside the facility. I would recommend it to others.

They are currently doing upgrades on the facility and are updating a lot of the facilities. They are opening up the dining room with restrictions now. The food is more homestyle and they have made sure my dietary needs were met. They go all out with activities, we have live music and really enjoy it. I would recommend this community to others.

My mother lives in the Assistant Living part of Heartis Fayetteville and loves it very much. The staff is wonderful and friendly. All of her needs are taken care of and she has made several friends. The community offers a beautiful salon, movie room, activity room, dinning service, weekly cleaning and much more. MUST SEE COMMUNITY!!

When navigating the scary waters of Assisted Living and Nursing Homes, I made several phone calls, left messages, sent emails, and spent hours/days reviewing websites and reviews of facilities. From the very first phone call with Worthington Place, I recognized a difference. The sincere attention to my father’s needs, our financial situation, and immediate need presented no issue for the staff. My father has been at Worthington for four months now, in the middle of a pandemic, and I, nor my family, have one single complaint! Daily, I feel completely comfortable with having my father call Worthington Place home!

My mom came to Worthington Place during Covid which has been very difficult. But the staff at Worthington Place have bent over backwards to make my mom comfortable and keep me informed of what is going on. Not only have they called me but they have spent extra time with my mom when she was confused or needed extra help. She had a serious hand infection and they took great care to make it right with the wound specialist and the nurses going overboard to keep me informed. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

Worthington Place is full of such wonderful, caring staff! They treat my brother like he is part of their family and that means so much to me and my family. I give them a 5+ star rating!!

There is no place like Worthington Place! Everyone is kind and genuinely cares about all of the residents and their families. Extremely happy with everything Worthington Place has done for us.

It is a good facility.My father has been a resident for over three years. It is a capable staff , but the all star is [name removed] ,if I need anything done she is the one to contact. Once again I applaud the people and [name removed] is the glue , without her the place would suffer. She is caring and empathetic as well as a resident favourite

During this challenging time of COVID-19, Worthington Place staff has protected my mom and other residents. They have not only looked after her physical needs and health, they have also kept her happy. Thanks to all the staff. You are much appreciated.

We chose Apple Blossom mainly because of the staff members, when we went to visit the staff were all just very friendly helpful. The dining area also stuck out to us, it was very beautiful and I thought my mom would be happy here. My mom had a studio apartment and it was a good size for her needs. I just cannot say enough good about the staff and would absolutely recommend this facility.

Management is to be commended on the most appropriate action which it implemented in a timely manner after several individuals were tested positive.

What a difficult time to choose and move into a Senior Living Facility. Covid 19 did not make the process easy. Brookdale in Des Plaines Il sure did. From the initial phone contacts, though the get togethers, visits, and finalizing contracts it was a smooth process. It didn’t just stop there. There were many professionals at Brookdale that were available almost 24/7 to answer questions, help in planning the move in and all the other details that need to be done. Attention to resident needs, attention to details, great listening skills, following through, and professionalism were just a few of the qualities that has made Brookdale at Des Plaines a great place for my wife.

We are very pleased with the value of the community and we are totally pleased with the Athens Place community overall. The rooms they provide for the residents are very nice.

My mother in law has been a resident for over 2 1/2 years.. She lives in independent living at Hoffman Estates and it has been Great. If you're-looking- look no further-this is the one. The apartment is modern and up to date-all the facilities have been updated. Prior to Covid-the food options at dinner are nice, entertainment and games for all are available. The staff is excellent. There is so much to offer. You love the location and the outdoor patio views. No negatives to report..

This is like living on a cruise ship in dock. I would not want to be in a different facility.

The staff members are all definitely friendly, and we do think they offer good activities. We think it is nicely ran, everyone there is very nice. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.
