This facility is an A+, Their covid plan has been amazing and they are a model organization for how to handle covid. The staff is outstanding and the care he receives is wonderful. They have made a big effort to continue visits including zoom and window visits. I would recommend this facility to others.

Our experience was in the memory care unit. I would recommend this community for others for their loved ones. The staff was very good at showing patience, compassion, and being attentive to the residents. They would make my loved one feel like they weren't alone. The community allowed us to bring our dog in to see my loved one.

I can highly recommend the staff at Brookdale Hoffman Estates. They have done a very professional job managing during the pandemic as well as normal situations. Our loved one entered Brookdale about 3 years ago needing no additional services but as her needs change, we can count on [names removed] everyone else at Brookdale to put their heads together and develop care plans that fit the needs at that time. The residents are also wonderful and we love visiting and seeing their programs with our relative. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My Mom has been living in Brookdale for over 4 years now. They have treated her very well. They have made her and our live easier. Their performance during the Covid pandemic has been outstanding. They have kept us in the loop with outstanding up to date communications. It is a good place to live.

Pre COVID they did really well with the activities, and we like that they really care about their residents. They do their best to keep them safe, and just before Thanksgiving they had no positive cases, Right now they are doing their best to make sure no one else gets exposed. We would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Solstice Senior Living is a warm and welcoming independent living community. You wouldn't know it from the front, but out back they have a ton of acreage with a nice walking path and plenty of greenery! They have some of the most affordable rates in South Austin that include three full meals a day, utilities, transport to doctors appointments, and lots of activities. There are residents who have lived in this community for many years, so it truly is their home. Over the past year they have done refurbs, so new residents will most likely get a freshly painted apartment with a new kitchen. The common areas were also updated and look great. Highly recommend Solstice!

Brookdale Des Plaines has been a wonderful move for my Mother and her family. She has been there nine years and has long considered it home. She has many friends there and a variety of activities to keep her busy. The activities they have are varied and cover a wealth of subjects. The staff is always interested in any new ideas or activities the residents would like to have. The staff works hard at having special activities like themed weeks. The variety of food they have as well as actively involving the residents about choices and ideas for food is impressive. The most wonderful aspect of this particular Brookdale is the staff. Most of them have been there her entire stay. They become part of the resident’s family. They genuinely care about the residents and look at each of them respectfully and as their own individuals. Medically you can’t ask much more from a senior living residence. They have doctors who come to see the the residents at Brookdale as patients. They have a Medicare approved rehab facility that has been invaluable to countless residents. They have assisted living for those that need extra help. The swimming pool, the pool table, the library, the coffee shop and the beauty parlor are just a few of the extras this Brookdale has. As wonderful as the extras are, and they are a big part, the caring staff, good food, varied activities, superb medical care and loving respect are the main stays of a truly stellar place to live.

My brother moved in to Brookdale a few months ago. The staff is very welcoming and works very hard to accommodate residents and family members. Currently due to COVID, my brother is participating in Zoom events, receiving meals in his apartment, and taking short walks to get some fresh air. Apartments are a nice size and the community is very active pre-COVID.

I cannot say enough good things about this community. We chose this facility because of the affordability, the care and responsiveness of the staff members. The apartment sizes are great. I think they have done an amazing job with COVID and I would definitely would recommend.

Very friendly staff. the people all looked well taken care of, and happy. The one bed room rooms were adequate for one person that we saw. Don't like that people can smoke there. The meal plans looked good. But this was the only place we saw so far so we have nothing to compare it to.

My beautiful grandmother is a resident at Heartis of Fayetteville in the Assistant Living community. She lives the activities and the food is amazing. It gives me a piece of mind to know this wonderful staff is taking wonderful care of her. She loves the nurses and the rest of the staff. The building is beautiful and her room is very spacious. They offer 3 meals a day, weekly cleaning, activities, and a lot of socialization. This community is a must see!

What an amazing community! My mother is lucky to be able to call Hearts of Fayettevilfe home. She loves the employees they are all very friendly. She has many friends and loves the activities. Thank you Heartis for helping my mom be loved and happy.

Right now due to COVID the activities are limited, but beforehand they had day trips to the theater, to the local nut cracker market and to the rodeo. They also would take the residents to the mall. There are table games, live music on certain days and a movie theater. They also provide transpiration to appointments and grocery stores. The rooms are very well appointed and have everything you would need, It has a pleasant appearance and you can even choose your own flooring. The staff are also very open and friendly.

If you are watching your budget this community is a good value. I really liked how friendly everyone was. The food was decent, but the portion sizes could of been larger. Overall it was a pretty good deal, before COVID everything was good, but they did have a lot of COVID cases.

We can see the activities online and it looks like they do a lot. They also have a zoom chat where you can interact with your loved. We really like the feedback we get from the care givers, they call us all the time updating us about our loved one. We think the rooms are great, however we do wish in the memory care area that they have some type of thin carpet that is padded just in case they fall

We are happy with Menomonee Place, and the staff members are phenomenal, they are just wonderful. The rooms for the price are phenomenal. Our loved one loves their breakfast and we would recommend this community to others.

This is based off my experience here last September. We chose this facility at the time because of what we perceived as engagement level of staff and residents, the number of meals provided per day, they have 3 meals and snacks/coffee. He did really like the quality food. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend to others.

I would recommend others come to the community and take tour. My neighbors are the best part of the community. We get together to play cards weekly in a group of 4. The food is delivered in a plastic container due to the pandemic. The dining room food was good prior to COVID.

I have lived at Heartis of Fayettevilfe for 2 years now in the independent living building and have had a wonderful experience. We play games everyday, dance, celebrate different holidays, watch movies, and have many activities. The staff is very friendly and will help anytime. Our new Chef seriously knows how to cook. We have 2 meals a day but three are available. Most of the independent residents go out to lunch together or just eat in our room. My room is beautiful with all kitchen appliances. Walk in shower, spacious rooms and walk in closet. Come join the community!
