Sagebrook is awesome and the community is well maintained by the staff. The dining room is with a view and the staff were well dressed and very friendly. The residents are happy. The apartments are clean with lots of sunlight.

If your looking for a place like home, look no further, Sagebrook offers all that and more. The community of the other residents makes you feel like you just moved into a new neighborhood. The staff are readily available to assist with anything you might need and make you feel like you are apart of a big family.

This is a nice and well kept community. The staff is caring and experienced and the residents are sweet. Located near Target on Geary St. My mother loves it there and we're happy that she is taken care of.

Beautifully renovated and modern. The staff is courteous and helpful. The garden is beautiful and there are always people sitting outside enjoying this beautiful weather. Parking is available on the street as well as their own private parking make visiting easy and convenient.

Went to check this facility out for a member of my family. The staff was very friendly and the facility was really clean. I believe we found a home that accommodates everything we were looking for. Don’t hesitate to check this place out!

Beautiful and newly remodeled. Wide hallways. Many open “spaces” available for gathering and conversation with others. Cost is high,but there are many services available. 24/7 Nursing present.

The meals and dining service is excellent, and the professionalism really stood out to us. Especially during COVID they have done a good job managing it, and the communication is excellent. They are just a highly professional organization.

It was very easy working with them to get my mom placed in the community. The room sizes are excellent, and they offer several floor plans. I would recommend this community to others.

Very close to all the central location, trust worthy and straight forward. All the living space and apartments have nice modifications. Sagebrook can connect with movers to help facilitate the move. If you haven’t visited, or looking for a place for a family member, consider this one on your list.

My mother has been at the Brookdale-Hoffman Estates for just under 1 year. It has been a year that none of us thought we would have to live through. However, I have continued to be amazed how safe the Brookdale has kept their residents during this year. The care and effort put forth by the staff is remarkable. I do not believe that my mother could be in a better place.

I would tell others looking that they abide by the current standards by the CDC, yet they try to make sure residents are well taken care of and accounted for. The meals here are great, she always has a great variety to choose from and they are served warm. I would and have recommended.

Sagebrook is a beautiful, family-like style and full-of -great-people-working-here type of community. We truly appreciate the wonderful care that they provide to our loved ones and can't say enough wonderful things about the amazing staff.

Overall we are very happy with Atria Park so far and my mom is receiving great care, she loves it here. I went to a lot of facilities and this was honestly the friendliest, cleanest place. They also let me eat here on my tour and I thought the food was really good. They went out of their way and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend to others.

The friendliness of the people there stood out to us, and we also think that overall it was a very easy move-in process. We would recommend The Bentley community to others.

We chose Woodbury Mews because it was a smaller quaint community and they really worked with us and were great about communication. The room sizes here are pretty good compared to others we looked into. I would tell others that if you are looking, I would highly recommend this place. Out of all the places I have had my mom in, none compare to this facility.

Brookdale Des Plaines Review Since [date removed] both my Parents have/are living in Brookdale Des Plaines, Illinois, though at different times and needs. As my Dad transitioned into Assisted Living the level of care and concern remained consistently high and adjustable depending on my parent’s needs for health and safety. My Mom is now at Brookdale DP and I’m glad she entered earlier than my Dad as she is enjoying all of the pre-Covid activities available both onsite and outside social field trips to baseball games, theater, casinos as well as the practical for medical and shopping. As difficult as the present Covid-19 environment is I remain confident in Brookdale Des Plaines efforts to keep residents and Staff safety in mind while trying to keep some fashion of normalcy for our Parents.

Mission Commons is A TRUE GEM! Tenured Management team, Lovely Landscaping and what was most important Warmth. Everyone is Family. I wanted my Dad to be Happy. It takes a Village to keep our Seniors happy and healthy. And these folks Know what they are doing!

This is the best place you can find for the money. The staff really, really cares for you. You're not just another person. We love it here. The meals are good, and we have a hot breakfast each morning. The community is delivering food to our rooms due to the pandemic.

The few times I had concerns, they were addressed immediately. It was a good community for my mother, but the more medical needs she had, it became more difficult for the staff to care for her. The meals were great, and the food was well prepared. It looked pleasing. The staff in the dining room knew the residents, and catered to their needs.
