I am very happy with solstice. We like the fact that even though it is not assisted care, they come into clean once a week and they change the bedding once a week. Also, the fact that they cook meals. The place is very clean.

Name of the organization says it all. Staff is so friendly and hospitable. It’s a beautiful community and a place where you can trust who you are around and look forward to seeing them everyday. Would recommend!

From the minute we walked into the door we were greeted with smiles, professionalism, and positivity. The Sales Team, Executive Director, and Front Lobby Receptionist have each impacted our lives and the life of our mother who now calls Brookdale her home. We visit often and feel like we have a second family in the staff here. We could not be more pleased to have chosen Brookdale Bonita Springs as our Place For Our Mom.

My mom moved into Bonita Springs [date removed] and her happiness has significantly changed. She loves all of the activities and made really wonderful friends. She raves about the bistro service provided and said the manager knows her coffee by the color. Mom says Bonita is her home away from home.

I toured with the sales team at Bonita Springs and it was very informative. They informed me on the importance of safety in senior living, what questions to ask and what Bonita Springs had to offer. When my grandma is ready to make the move, I will be choosing Brookdale.

After touring several surrounding properties (primarily Bonita area and North Naples). I decided to stop by Brookdale. Wow. The satisfaction I saw from the residents was unlike any of the others. [name removed] is the young lady who helped us and she was amazing. [name removed]care knowledge and attention is top shelf. [name removed] clearly cares a lot about the residents and staff as well. Thank you again [names removed], you guys are truly one of a kind!

I would tell my friend that they take good care of your loved one. The food is really good. They give my husband two meals if he is still hungry which happens often. It is expensive but all of the memory care place are.

I make these ratings based on what I've heard as I'm in VA and have not been there since she moved in. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far

I would totally recommend Addington. They have above and beyond working with my brother. They really care about the people.

They give you a tour of the whole place. They let the residents pick the room. My mom is in their Memory Care Facility. They feed her 3 times a day and snacks in between. The staff is very helpful and caring. They clean her room and make sure she gets a shower.

The community is excellent and very caring. They can't do enough for my Mom. Every staff person calls her by her first name. It's been six months and my Mom is just now embracing the transition. It's taken a while. I just wish her experience with the dining was better.

She loves it here!! We chose Morningside of Concord because of how nice and clean it was. How organized they were and a referral in the parking lot of a woman that had her mother there. She absolutely adored the staff. The staff are all so patient and kind. They really get their residents and meet them where they are in life.

Everyone was extremely nice!!! I would say if you have any special needs or requests, it could be difficult to know who to ask at first to get the response you need - but I did eventually get my questions answered and things taken care of. I thought the apartment sizes were good. My mom didn't have a lot, but it worked out well for her - especially if your mobility is limited, everything is very easy to get to. No tricky hallways or turns like some other places I saw. I have to say the kitchen was a bit too small in her apartment because she used a walker and really didn't have much space for that while she tried to use the kitchen.

She absolutely loves The Forum! Staff is like family. The food is excellent. There are fun activities planned everyday. The facility is spotless. She has a small efficiency apartment but there are some very big apartments there. All depends on how much you want to spend. I just really love this place and so does my mom.

Moving my mom over to Brookdale was a very smooth transition. The communication with staff was excellent and they made my mom feel very welcomed. We asked for a couple of things to be done in the apartment before move in and they followed through with our requests. My mom is enjoying the meals and getting to know the other residents. The staff at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful if we have questions. This time can be very stressful for both family and resident but we were made to feel very welcomed and cared for.. The staff at Lake House has been very good at caring for our dad. The programs and socializing are good for when he wants to visit and he's accepted assisted living nicely thanks to everyone there. They are also great communication for care ans billing practices.

The admin of The Camelot were so incredibly considerate and helpful when I had to find a place for my aunt in hospice. They worked very quickly to help get a room ready. Was very thorough in explaining what our financial responsibility would be and what was included. My aunt loved the food and the atmosphere of the dining room. It was very clean. The healthcare team headed up by [name removed] I can’t say enough good about. Very gentle and attentive with my aunt. It was the perfect place for my aunt.

I toured several senior living facilities. They all were not bad but Brookdale of Bonita Springs was seriously a step above. All the staff were just so nice. The place is clean and bright. I went to Brookdale of Bonita springs different days and different times. Every time there was different activities going on. I found the residents to be happy and content. I truly can’t say enough good things about Brookdale of Bonita Springs.
