Sooner station has been wonderful. The only negative I would say is that my mom’s room has had water leaks. The staff and activities are wonderful. It has a great salon and everyone who works there is wonderful

The Welstone is well-run and administrators are accessible. The building is attractive and well-maintained. Apartments are attractive and are well thought out. There are a good variety of activities including a large room with a variety of exercise equipment and staffed by a full-time employee certified in exercise. Monthly meetings of residents and staff take care of concerns and suggestions of both. As a group, residents are cooperative and are welcoming to newcomers. Dining service is good.

My mother has been at TerraBella Spartanburg about 3 months. She loves the activities and the staff. She has enjoyed some of the outings where she went out to eat. She has not gone on any of the shopping outings, but I hear they are popular

My Mom moved to TX from CT. Holiday Chateau staff during touring, Q&A, contracting were very helpful. Never felt pushed or needed to make a hasty decision. After Mim has lived there 2 months The facility is great, super clean, staff is on top of things, when she moved in had issue with dishwasher, they exchanged the next day. The room was super clean on moving day.

My dad has been at Summer Place for 3 months. The facility is clean and well maintained. There are many activities to provide exercise, stimulation and socialization. The staff is friendly and attentive. He is having a very positive experience.

Looking at many places, I found Las Villas del Norte very attractive and my apartment is very comfortable. I’m in the independent building and I get my three meals a day. There are activities that are fun and creative. I highly recommend Las Villas del Norte.

Westgate Village is a great place for Mom. She immediately made friends. The grounds are comfortable. They are definitely involved in every aspect of the residents life. My Mom absolutely loves it there. They have always been completely upfront and honest with us. We have mostly worked with [name removed], The Manager. A couple of times the Assistant Manager has worked with is. He is just as friendly and helpful. Cant say anything bad about the place.

No place is perfect, but we learn to wherever we must "live." I have made many new friends here, participate in Bible Study, exercise class 4 times a week (including water aerobics), and crafts. The point is "I live".

Top notch community. Would certainly recommend to anyone who could afford it. My brother was very pleased with the quality of service.

I liked the room since it had a sitting room and separate bedroom and an area with refrigerator and sink. I would recommend it to others. Everyone has been very nice to my aunt.

I've lived in Heartis for 2 years and enjoyed every minute of it. The building is beautiful with all modern amenities and the food is delicious and nutritious. The residents have fun together and everyone who works here cares for us like family. Everything we need to stay healthy is at our fingertips and the area is safe, clean and there's lots of entertainment!

Heartis Buckhead has been our home for almost a year. It has been just what these two 85+ elders need. In fact, if whatever we need is not within walking distance, the Heartis bus will take us to it. Heartis offers a program for people who are used to having opportunities around them. They arranged and paid for me to take a class with [name removed], and then Heartis provided the transportation. There is a library here and a book club. Some of us old guys meet on Tuesday mornings to discuss politics. And a history professor meets with a passel of us to review events twice a month. My wife and I eat with friends every night; on Thursdays, it’s by the pool. If you walk on the Atlanta Beltline down the hill from Heartis, you’ve probably seen me: I’m the old guy with a cane who speaks to everyone!

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is modern and kept up very well. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It has been a nice experience living here. I am very satisfied overall. It took me time to adjust but the staff helped me with that a lot. The nursing staff is friendly and helps me a lot.

I would rank Five Star as five in all areas except "friendliness" and I would rank them far above a five. It is a great place to live.

Morningside of Anderson is a small facility tucked away in a quiet area. This place is such a treasure to all our family. My mother is treated like she is family and she loves it there. I couldn’t have found a better place.

The staff are extremely friendly, caring, and professional. They are all fairly young & very caring. They always find time to listen and address concerns when appropriate. We have monthly Townhall meetings where we are updated by the management staff in each of the areas and are free to ask questions and express concerns. Maintenance is always timely and often on the same day. The whole management team including wait staff are courteous and feel like family. The activities are fabulous & the pool is wonderful & well maintained.

Very helpful, great resource management of additional services. Apartment sizes and amenities offered to residents are great.

I rate everything a 5! The experience has been life saving. The staff all make you feel like family. They genuinely care about all of their residents.

Early in my brother’s stay, but he is pleased. The only area for improvement at this time is the wait time for meals. My brother is very happy with the visiting physician. Everything is going well at this time. Thank you.
