Very good place for your love one . Is a great place they're having a lot of fun and activities and nice stuff and cleaning place. A lot friendly people ,and quite plece for the older. The staff trying there best for make everyone happy.

[name removed] and [name removed] were two very welcoming and helpful ladies. This is our first go around with senior living and we have made the decision to go with Paradise Springs based on how knowledgeable these two were. This facility is clean and happy. We spoke to a few residents and they were extremely pleased with their home and atmosphere.

We had a very nice experience while touring Pinewood Hills facility. The building was bright but under construction. It offered all the services we would need for our loved one. The staff members were super friendly.

My loved one has lived there 3 years after the death of her husband. She was very depressed when she moved in. With the overwhelming amount of kindness shown by all the staff at Copperfield and the abundance of outings and activities offered, she was able to cope better with her depression and start enjoying life again! I can’t thank the Copperfield staff enough! Would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place that feels like home for their loved one

From the moment my dad got there everyone treated him like he was their own family. He was nervous about starting over with a new place on his own and the staff took him under their wing and made him feel at home. Their nurse [name removed] took over dad’s care and I knew right away he was in the best hands. [name removed] the director was amazing throughout this whole process and answered my numerous questions. Her helping me navigate all the arrangements made an overwhelming task easy. My dad says he loves it there and he doesn’t feel lonely anymore. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone’s family. Thank you!!!!

Arlington was able to create a memory for me to last a lifetime. I visited them and was welcomed as if I had been there for years. [name removed] the CSD was very knowledgeable about senior living and I felt heard and understood. Stop by and visit them!

Truly when I needed a place for mom, this place was a blessing! All the staff is attentive and caring. It is difficult when your parent needs help but, I can rest at night knowing someone is there at a push of a button with a smile and helping hands. Thank you so much for helping us.

Bright, cheerful facility. Perfect for seniors who are somewhat independent or who have their own nurses/support staff. More if an apartment setting with a full time restaurant attached. Nice grounds and easy access to shopping and restaurants. My father had a one bedroom studio: small, but fully equipped, kitchen, living room/dining room combination and nice sized bathroom. Plenty of closet and storage space and stacked washer/dryer. Located on the ground floor with back door access to his assigned parking space (small fee for parking spot). Food is generally good quality with 24 access to snacks and sandwiches. Residents seem happy and socialize with each other.

The entire staff are caring and compassionate. Top notch meals. Outstanding cleanliness. Impeccable nursing staff.I highly recommend.Transportation available for doctor appointments The rooms are spacious

I enjoy being here around the staff. Different activities everyday. Food is delicious ??. They also have outings every Friday. They go above and beyond to best of their abilities. I plan on sticking around.

They took their job seriously. They engaged her in her care and daily activities. She was kept clean, well dressed, cared for and happy. They worked with us and home health to get it right when the other place ignored us.

The staff was attentive [name removed] was kind and reassured me cypresswoods is right for my dad! The place has a lot of great futures. And great activities and the food menu was good a lot of optional options and over all a great experience!

The staff is very friendly and willing to help! The facility is very clean at all times. Maintenance is routine and kept up on. Apartments are good. My parents have one bedroom and have a queens size bed with plenty of space. The living area is good for 2 recliners and a table for 4. My mom's China hutch fit nicely.

I came in for a tour and it was a very clean and beautiful place. Every staff member that I encounter was very nice. I like that they made my dad seem wanted and like he would be a welcome addition to the community.

From the first conversation when the front desk answered the phone, to greeting me for a tour it was absolutely wonderful. I felt welcomed and respected from the first impression. The building was clean, and organized.

They just remodeled! If my grandma has an issue it's difficult to get an answer or a timely solution. Great variety and there's an option for additional options always available. All meals are onsite are included with her rent. it's a great facility and the updates are modern and beautiful! she also gets her hair cut at the salon onsite. They also have physical and occupational therapy:)

The director is amazing and helps with anything needed and helps quickly resolve any issues that may arise. The marketing director is outgoing and friendly and will help with anything needed. The activities director goes above and beyond to come up with fun and unique activities and tries to pull people in. They do struggle in the kitchen. The food is not what it should be at times. They are having staffing issues (like so many businesses at this time) mainly with servers and the people who clean the rooms. The directors often have to pitch in and help with these things. Overall, is has been a great choice for my mother and a place where the residents look out for each other.

My loved one passed away. I loved Brunswick Village. All the staff is awesome. I'd highly recommend them. That's where I would want to go too.

When you walk in it’s feels homey. There are so many activities for different types of residents. From early morning walks to afternoon root beer floats, bingo, arts & crafts, happy hour celebrating from National beer day to Red wine day to mimosas. There is always something to do. Weekly shopping trips to the grocery store and restaurants. I highly recommend Copperfield Estates.

I'm very satisfied living here, and would recommend it to others. It is quiet and everyone is friendly and helpful.The food is good and my table mates are friendly. We enjoy being together at meal time. I appreciate not being pushed into any particular activity. It is a nice quiet living facility.
