They have an incredible and caring staff. They are respectful, caring, professional and have a positive attitude. I have made friends here who are also veterans, and we have bonded over our shared experiences. I appreciate Brookdale honoring the veterans on holidays. I would highly recommend Brookdale Des Plaines.

The workers are so super sweet, the people who run the place, or not very friendly, and the residents are kind and they love mom. I always recommend Solstice Senior Living to other families as well as A Place For Mom.

[name remov ed]was very knowledgeable and friendly in our meetings at the Bellara Senior Living Facility. She was wonderful in her interactions with my aging parents. Answered all our questions honestly and was even kind enough to take pictures and measure the apartment my parents were considering. A very positive experience in a lovely facility.

Very clean, friendly staff. My brother liked TerraBella a lot but because of his mental issues they were not able to help where needed - long story, but, he has since passed but would have liked to stay there if he could have afforded his private room

They were friendly and professional. Had a lot of activities for residents. Yes I would recommend it.

If a friend asked about Discovery Village, I would invite them to come over. We are happy and proud of where we live. I would also recommend anyone especially family or friends to also move into our little paradise.

Based on the experience we have had I would have to give them a 5 for all categories and we would absolutely recommend Holiday Winter Village to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

I live in a cottage at Ventura Place and it is just right for me. It is very comfortable, the resident and staff members are all friendly and helpful. The value for cost is good overall and I would definitely recommend this community to other families based on my experience so far.

Terra Bella is a very good and caring place. Beautiful setting. The staff went out of their way to help a sometimes difficult tenant. When we got palliative care the NP was a game changer with my MIL's care. She was so good for her. Wished we had started it much sooner. My MIL did not participate in much because she was embarrassed with how she looked. Had no teeth or dentures and almost deaf. She was so loud and I'm sure she disturbed others.

The people here at Aston Gardens are very friendly and they make it easy to meet people through an abundance of activities. The food is good and varied enough that you can always find something that you like. Nothing is perfect, but I think it's about as good as it gets and naples. most people are very happy with their choice here.

He love it there, but he may have to move. The rent is more than his income but overall it is a very friendly community with very kind people living there

I am going to give Ormond In The Pines a "5" on each category. [name removed]and his team run a clean, welcoming and compassionate facility. There are plenty of activities, both internal and external, for everyone and Mom enjoys the meals there. Any apartment issues are taken care of quickly and efficiently. I have recommended them to several people in my community looking for a place for their parents.

We chose Solstice at Auburn due to the staff, location and the beautiful apartments. Kind, compassionate, hard-working staff. It is obvious that they love their jobs and the residents at Solstice Auburn.

I would highly recommend the community and suggest taking a tour.

From the facility to the grounds, the employees work hard to keep things clean and looking nice for all of their residents & visitors. Whether it's the employees of Camelot or the residents, everyone is very friendly... they are like one big family at Camelot. I can only speak on behalf of the care service we use, and each and every one of them is absolutely wonderful!! When there are areas of their services in which they could use a little help, the owner quickly recognizes this and she immediately puts a plan in place to insure she always has satisfied clients and continued success. Almost every staff member at Camelot is absolutely amazing, with the exception of a few rude and lazy ones. Otherwise the rest of the staff is wonderful and always going above and beyond for the residents. Atmosphere is beautiful, but the food lacks flavor. The activities director is wonderful and always looks to include everyone. She usually has a great line-up of planned events, which are always a hit! I tell people.., you may find a place that gets you in for a little less money (at first) but I assure you, it won't feel like HOME the way Camelot does!

The food good, but brother wishes had healthier choices like yogurt, fruit, salads. Based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families

We found it clean, bright and welcoming. And it smelled good. Some facilities don't seem to consider that. Your staff is exceptional and treat my mother in law like their own.
