I have been an Las Villas Del Norte for about two months. It was an excellent suggestion from "a Place for Mom". The building is very clean and new looking. It is well maintained. The food is very good, and the provided care for the "Assisted Living" Facility is excellent. There is Nursing Care, and Care-Giver care a as needed. There is a provided push-button neck pendant for you to wear and to press the button for help. Someone will generally arrive within 10-15 minutes to assist you as necessary. This facility is very quiet and does not at all seem like a typical Asssited Living Facility. It was also significantly less expensive than other similar facilities. When I came here, I was walking with a walker about 30 feet per day. I am now walking about 300 feet per day with my walker. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in our area.

My Aunt needed to have more care , a place where you have evenings with someone there if needed. Prestige is a beautiful place.My Aunt likes the daily menu they offer for all 3 meals. They are very accommodating & you don’t see anything on the menu they will make you whatever you like. Her room is spacious. She has a living room with guest bathroom, bedroom & master bathroom. It’s very clean . Three large windows for light . They allow her pet a small dog, which is very important to her. The ladies employed are friendly, helpful,

The initial interview meeting my dad was amazing. They really showed care and concern for my dad. He liked them as well. The connecting was immediate. He felt safe with them and couldn't wait to become a part of their community. That was really important to us because the quality of life he had living with us wasn't something he was happy with. He needed more and needed care and attention. When he went to Bayberry he gets exactly what he needs. He's not stuck in a room because they make sure he is a part of the activities they have going on. They have become like family and they definitely show daily that they care about him. Our family trusts Bayberry to look out for my dad. The lines of communication are always open between Bayberry and our family. We have definitely found our place for dad!!!

its helpful clean and people are friendly

It was a difficult situation but I feel like they worked to make the best of it. I always felt like they were nice and loving towards my mother. And also kind to us during difficult times. Quality of care is a 5 especially in memory care. Hard to tell with the meals and dining. I appreciated that they made sure she went to the dining room and brought food to her room when she was under the weather. [name removed] worked hard to try to have activities that would interest and engage them. Value for cost is hard to rate. Probably about the same as similar places. It felt like a lot, but not out of line with the market. We looked at 7 places. Terrabella seemed like a good fit for her (a little smaller than other places, not as overwhelming). I was very happy with our choice.

I find it to be more about he people here. The set up of the building does not matter, but the people here make it a good place to live. I feel very comfortable here. For the most part, the management really do care and do what they can to accommodate them.

I’m wring this review to honor all of the CNA’s who work in the memory care unit since, the facility is celebrating CNA’s this week.My family and I truly appreciate all of the CNA’s on the unit. Everyone has been very helpful, sincere and caring. They are very attentive when needed to assist the patient’s. Unfortunately, I don’t know everyone’s names but the following CNA’s I have gotten to know, and truly appreciate all they have done for my dad. Thank you to [names removed]. You are valued and appreciated. Papa’s family!??

My mom has been residing at Mission Commons for almost 3 months, but it feels like almost a year. I mean this in a good way. The staff and residents are approachable and welcoming. Her caregivers have compassion and understanding towards seniors. They help take care of her pets. So appreciated! And, the food is excellent! Most importantly, my mom is thriving. She loves her apartment, the people, food and facility.

I am currently a resident at Holiday The Tremont and I am very happy here at this facility. Based on my experience, I would recommend Holiday The Tremont to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Gables Farmington. The experience continues to be phenomenal. All of her needs are met with the utmost of care and professionalism. I would recommend Brookdale Gables Farmington to others.

As a family member, I have been very impressed with the staff and facilities at Coastal Heights. My aunt has lived here for the last 3 months and she feels safe, secure and looked after. There are a variety of food choices each day and many different activities to engage in. My aunt has been enjoying the weekly Bible Study and is slowly getting to know some of the other residents. [name removed], the director of Coastal Heights, is involved in many of the activities and it is common to see her during the Social Hour on Fridays. The receptionists at the front desk have all been nice and I always get a quick answer to any of my questions. We are so glad to have discovered Coastal Heights. It is a wonderful home for seniors.

The Staff and Facility are wonderful!!! From Management through Staff, all individuals have been very friendly!! The building is well maintained and cared for!! Love [name removed] and her uplifting and caring demeanor!! I would recommend this Care Facility to anyone who needs respite or is looking to place a loved one!!! Addington Place truly exudes the “Home” atmosphere all our loved ones want and need!

The staff is amazing. They have lots of stuff for the residents. It is always clean and doesn't smell as some places do. Highly recommend! The staff seems to bond with the residents and pays attention to there daily activities.

The best CNA's that I have worked with are: [name removed] These girls have helped me when I needed them. Also they stop in just to say hello and see how my brother is doing and when I see them in the hallway or elevator, they are so polite.

I picked this Solstice, just from comments of the current residents @ after reading the info the folks who run this place put into mailers. NOW, MY OWN thoughts!! I'm living here till I leave in a pine box!! This is a wonderful home I get to live my last days in. Everybody, is so helpful, thoughtful & loving.

The Haven is a very warm and cozy environment that has a good staff to resident ratio. They engage the residents no matter where they are on their dementia journey. The staff is caring and communicate about any issues or concerns. They work hand in hand with hospice to insure physical/ health issues / medications / cleanliness are routinely tended to and administered properly. I personally struggled with putting my Mom in a care facility, but The Haven staff has provided the right level of care and comfort for my Mom. I cannot imagine her being at any other facility. Also, the Haven is a certified partner with VA home assistance program, which means for qualifying veterans and their spouse they provide a housing stipend that helps offset the cost.

Everyone there is friendly and kind and helpful. The community is very clean. The staff members are extremely friendly and the staff go out of their way to be helpful. Just like at home some of the meals are fantastic, and some are just ok. They took my father to fly in a biplane. It doesn't get better than that. They do so much for the residents. They go above and beyond. Definitely worth the cost.

The facility is close to the places to restaurants for family members to go for lunch and shopping; Staff is extremely compassionate and supportive. I definitely recommend Heartis Fayetteville to anyone who is looking.

5 across the board. Love the staff members very caring of my mother in law who lives there but also my father in law who visits and has dinner with her daily. He raves about the food. Gloria doesn't really participate much but they always have her there during activities giving her the chance if she wants. I am an RN myself and hear plenty of horror stories about instances in nursing facilities and I can say with 100 % confidence I trust them!! Perfect example for you. This AM, [name removed] said she fell staff didn't witness this they were wonderful called me right away gave me info had called an ambulance and was taken to er. She is fine by the way. But the point being on top of things always compassionate and believe in their residents.

I don't know the newer staff to be able to comment very well. Most of the people I met early on are not there anymore. That said, everyone I met has been helpful and friendly. There are no options available for special/restricted diets.... My mom has heart issues and has to be careful what she eats. She said there aren't always a lot of "heart healthy" choices and they do not accommodate any kind of special dietary needs...
