The facility Director, [name removed]has been great and super helpful. The other front office staff and facilities manager are also helpful and kind. The apartment is very nice and spacious. My father has met other residents and enjoys the socialization. Since the restaurant is in the main building and my father is in the independent living building, he complains that it is too far for him, especially with hot and raining weather.

They have the most helpful and friendliest staff. The staff will go above and beyond to help my dad. The room is very nice and comfortable. My dad is making friends easily and being sociable. The service is excellent, and my dad is very happy. Thank you, Brookdale Des Plaines!

I love every thing. I have cleaning every week. The staff all know our names and names and the staff that serve us not only know our names but our preferences. They care about us. The food is wonderful, and we have 4 choices for each meal. We have games every day, plus we have bus trips to places to have fun and we go to places. It is rather expensive, but if you look at what you get from the money, I think it is responsible

My experience with Heartis was good. They were helpful, kind, caring - responsive to my mom's needs and my efforts and involvement in helping her. I would recommend them for sure.

I was living in a community in Minnesota and the food was not very good but here at Brookdale the food is excellent. It is very flavorful and nutritious. The service is also excellent. I have received a lot of support which I am grateful. I have recommended Brookdale to my friends in Minnesota.

It appears that the Forum Independent Living is having a facility staffing issue as they have a large sign in front of the facility noting a hiring need.

I love it there and would highly recommend it. My mom is very happy! Everyone is wonderful! Great leadership team! Very caring!

I love TerraBella Greenville! I'm so grateful for [name removed] and [name removed]they are like family to my mom and I. All the staff are kind and care for the residents. It's bright, clean and always decorated beautifully. They have so many fun events that even I want to attend! I have told my husband that we need to get our name on the waiting list for when we are retired!

What we like most about the Morada Albuquerque community is that I know my mother is well looked after. I know the regular assessments are accurately tracking her progression and the staff keeps in touch with me.

Due to expense and unhealthy conditions at another assisted living, we were in a position to find a homey, caring and clean environment where one feels accepted as well as knowing your loved one is safe. On [date removed] Oak Gardens became [name removed] new home. On that day and forward we both have been assured his needs will be taken seriously. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating to all requests and this gives one a good sense of peace about our decision of choosing Oak Gardens Place as his new residence. The outside of the building is very inviting with flowers, shrubs and a lovely patio in the back which has woods as a backdrop. The living rooms on both floors are open, comfortable especially on the second floor with tables for games, puzzles or crafts. There are computers, small library fireplace and comfortable chairs. The most winning thing about Oak Gardens is the cost is much more affordable than many of the places we had looked at in the past as well.

Mom's been in the memory care wing for a couple of months now. She is getting along very well. Seems like she's not getting out of her room as much as I thought they would. I don't know how mom responds to them though. She does like it there. She enjoys the food and doesn't want for anything.

Great staff, very helpful and great place to live. They are very understanding and work well with there clients. One of the best places to live in Hemet for seniors and independent living.

Great place to live. Staff is amazing. I find the meals exceptional. It is so nice to have good choices for each meal and the food is really good. The kitchen staff and the wait staff are so helpful and I don't need to cook!! I really enjoy all the activities available every day and the library is so nice. I just can't say enough about my life here!

I moved here a month ago and have never been happier! The staff is wonderful! I was living in a place that gave me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich that it became a joke trying to find the peanut butter. Here at Solstice, I have 3 hearty meals a day! If I don't like what they are serving, there is an alternate menu to choose from! I can get a hamburger!! every day!!! Moving here has literally been life changing for me!

I am a resident at Solstice, and I love it here! Our dining staff is incredible! Their pot roast tastes just like when my mom made it, and that brings back so many wonderful memories. The staff here really cares about each one of us. I have made so many wonderful friends here. And the activity director always has fun things for us to do.

I have been to many different communities and have never see anything like this kitchen staff! Most Independent Living communities don't do 'specialized meals' in independent living. But Solstice does! I am a 100-year-old resident that is now gluten free. [name removed]& [name removed]go above and beyond to make sure I always have a wonderful meal!

Great new caring staff! Leadership is outstanding! Food is finally really good! Maintenance issues are handled right away! It is my recommendation that if you want to live in an independent resort like community that's not an assisted living then Ventura Place is your place!
