My mama was only there 6 days before she was moved to Hospice. But they seemed to check in on her more and were very helpful with her move there. Their quality of care seemed better than where she was before.

One of the staff told me this after a few weeks of my mom being at Terra Bella. We chose Terra Bella because of the staff engagement with the residents. This has been true that there are very caring and engaging and genuinely nice people who work at Terra Bella. They have guided my family and helped us through a difficult transition. The residents are happy and engaged with each other. The staff is fun and attentive. The health services are awesome. It has been a hard transition for our family made easier because of the people who work at Terra Bella. My mom loves it… not that it was always easy…. But she enjoys being around happy residents and loves the dining room staff and so many others who have helped her feel “at home”. Can’t thank these people enough for how they value their residents.

It is a wonderful place, clean and orderly!! They keep the people involved with activities!! It is just a great place!!! It gives peace of mind to know Mama is being taken care of 24/7. All the workers are so nice and helpful to the residents. My Mom is on the Memory Care unit and the residents there need extra care at times and that is what they get , personal one on one care.

I would rate all areas 5. Palms of Mt Pleasant is a good place. Staff goes above and beyond to help the residents and families. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. The staff at Palms provided great care for my mom

[name removed] made our life change and transitions into community life so easy and amazing. Her tours covered everything we needed to know. Even amazing tips for the process. The move has been good for me, and my husband. We feel safe, and the amenities live up to the brochure. Our dog loves it here and there is room to park a camper van. It has met all our needs.

My sister loves it at Westgate! She did not want to move at all. She is so happy there, she has made friends, she is enjoying the many activities. We have seen such a difference, she is happy and that is worth everything. She is safe and very happy!!

A few months ago I began searching for a home for my mother. I made several calls to different facilities. I was very impressed by the way the sales staff treated me during the entire process. I tried to be thorough in the selection of a new home for my mother. I had lunch, attended a happy hour with entertainment with my mom followed by dinner. During that process I was able to visit with 10-15 residents. Each and every resident seemed very happy and content to be at Five Star. My mother has been there several months now and she is very happy. I think I made a great decision.

Super helpful and friendly staff made the transition to new living so easy. My 89 year old mother in law recently moved to Dallas from Los Angeles and feels like she is on vacation everyday at Premier. She is already making many friends and says there is a party or celebration almost everyday. The food is terrific and she loves the roominess of her new apartment and the abundance of storage.

What we like best is the independence they encourage . You can walk in & out if able it's not locked down like most places. & that it's in a beautiful community close to the town beach & great views. Seems activities are being decreased lately. Not enough staff to coordinate. However summer offers many free events in the community that they take advantage of busing the residents to. There is a $[removed] Sign on bonus that's being offered as well for new residents.

My Mother has been a resident for the last 2 months and we are thrilled with her decisions to relocate. We no longer fear her falling alone at home or not eating. She has made friends and loves Bingo and Art class. I only wish the room was slightly larger but other than that we love it there.

I'd also like to add that the residents are very welcoming. Gorgeous dining hall with great food, kind care staff. Sometimes the care staff is slightly understaffed, but they are wonderful

The staff is pleasant and patient with my dad. They keep me updated on anything that may be happening with him. He loves it there! His room size is a bit small but he seems to have made it work. The amenities are wonderful.

My mom is so happy. I should have insisted she move 3 years ago. She and 4 ladies have become the best of friends. The food is top notch. The new activity director even has a college degree! The director is hands on and gives out his cell phone if you need him after hours. All the staff loves my mom and all the other patients there. I am so thankful we chose this place. I highly recommend this facility.

I was referred by a friend and I found A Place for Mom to be unbelievably helpful. [name removed] was understanding and narrowed down senior living communities that offer the things our family needed. In the end, a construction issue delayed a move in and we needed to pivot; one quick email helped us take the next steps stress free. I am SO thankful for A Place for Mom, I don’t know where world be without [name removed].

They are extremely attentive. They make the residents feel at home. I love that they’ve taken the time to get to know my Father In Law. He loves his room and his new found independence. Everyone knows his name. I love the way they honor veterans also.

Moved my mother in near the end of May. Several communication issues with paperwork delayed the move in for about a week, which was frustrating. But once she was moved in and settled, she loves it. She says food is really good with a nice variety. Most important, the staff is very friendly, caring and always willing to help. The apartment is a nice size and mom loves that she has her own outdoor, screened in patio to enjoy the lovely greenery outside. Mom is very happy. We all feel very fortunate to have found such a great place for her.

After multiple tours we found Shavano Senior Living. Right away I knew this was the best fit for my mother. The staff is very caring, attentive, and communicative. We are very happy with all that Shavano has to offer and have peace of mind knowing that she is safe and taken care of.

All I know is that my mom, who had been EXTREMELY picky about where she’d like to live, LOVES where she is living! Our family had a EXTREMELY difficult time finding that happy place for my mother and her dog but, thanks to A Perfect Place For Mom we, with their help FINALLY found it. My mother and her beloved pet are very happy now.

My father is very happy at Brookdale! We had moved him into [removed] and found it to be lacking in so many ways. The food was terrible, my fathers quality clothing came up missing, my father had level 4 edema that was not addressed by the Dr., and he had terrible rashes and strange bug bites, all within two months of moving him in, then, after promising him a refund, their new director stopped returning our calls or emails. Thank God I found Brookdale. My father is now happy & healthy. He loves the staff, partakes on dinner and lunch outings, and even wants to go on outings to Publix to shop for himself. The food is wonderful and the residents are friendly and active. Brookdale Bonita Springs had been a wonderful choice!
