They remodeled. It's bright and clean. Everyone on staff is great. The other residents are friendly.I would recommend.

I understand that they feed a lot of people daily, and that it is institutional big batch cooking, but too much salt and sweets. With that and primarily sedentary days, mom has gained over 20 lbs. in a year. Her sugar and cholesterol numbers are up, but at 97 years old, I suppose it's to be expected. Wonderful, caring staff. Mom is in memory care wing, so I can't really comment about the rest of the facility, but her caregivers are truly interested in mom's well-being, very patient, and caring.

The staff who serve food and the other staff are friendly and helpful. There are lots of activities and the residence are very friendly and get to know each other There's a lot of things. First, the food is excellent. It's like restaurant quality food. People may not realize how important and unusual that is in one of these places. It's very centrally located and reasonably priced for the value you get It was by far the best choice we could've made for my mom

My Parest live here. We are so lucky. And the Staff from [name removed] to the [name removed] people are all So caring and helpful [name removed] deserve a gold metal. Maybe a few more healthy options for food, less salt, Skim milk and turkey bacon. Staff is the best.

Everything was great feim beginning to end with moving my father into The Tremont. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Meals have been good. The room is clean. Having the once a week cleang and linen change is very helpful.

Other places we had our loved one were impatient with her and her issues. Signal Mountain Senior Living cared for her and were always accommodating for us. [name removed] was there for us, every step of the way. The caregivers were top notch and very friendly.

I am currently a resident at The Palms of Mt. Pleasant and it has been a good experience overall. I'm here because of the indoor pool aerobics. This is an older facility and it hasn't been kept up very well. Bed bugs were a problem. The present administration seems to be beginning to address all of these issues.

My mother was previously a resident at Morada Lake Arlington and it was a great experience for her. She was very happy at Morada and it made her final time a happy and peaceful experience. The staff at the Morada worked with me in every way possible to ensure her safety and increase the quality of her life.

The staff is always friendly & willing to help. Meals are different, some are things we do not like or never had, but there is always something else.

The new flowers and resident gardens are very beautiful. I really loved watching the residents care for the plants. The community was clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I recommend this community to everyone

I stayed at Brookdale Hoffman Estates while I recovered from a broken shoulder. I would give this place an A++. The food is excellent, great variety. The staff was kind, and all the residents are so happy to be living here. I would strongly consider moving here in the future.

Manager was terrific - always available and helpful. Activities were frequent and varied. Housekeeping staff was very good & very understanding. Summer place was ideal for my mother who was very independent. We always knew she was safe.

Overall experience is a 5 because we feel safe and complex has a community atmosphere . The cleanliness is a 4 due to dull grey hallways paint and dirty carpet in hallways. The staff are always a smile and hellos. The care services is a 5 besides the staff is caring and Director of Nursing involve family on a regular basis. The meals and dining is a 4 due to lack of condiments and use of styrofoam bowls and at times plastic utensils. Especially in 3rd floor dining room for Assisted Living residents. Feel overlooked. Heard complaints from residents.. There are always something going onsite or excursions for the mobile resident. The value for cost is a 4 because our rates went up and anxious about new management company buyout concerns. May have to move again after Mom feeling settled. Her dementia is progressive.

The staff and community members are friendly, helpful and kind. The building and apartments are clean and well kept. Recently food service has changed and residents have to wait in line in a buffet style service. Additionally, the buffet dining service isn't what was being done at the time my mother signed up,and standing in line is hard for many of the residents.

The Addison stay was for respite care and he was there for 2 weeks. During that time it went very well. Based on the experience I could recommend The Addison to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

I have already recommended Seaton Springwood and A Place for Mom to a friend where I live. I shared with her how clean the facility is, how friendly and helpful everyone is from management to all staff members. Also, compared to other assisted living places it seems to be the most affordable for this area. My husband has been comfortable living at Seaton and is well taken care of on all levels of health care. A big Thank You to A Place for Mom for all the help you have given me.

The staff has gone above and beyond with my brother [name removed]. They are not quick to move patients to assisted living and will keep them in the independent living as long as they can. This is much less expensive and the residents are really like a second family. I could not ask for a better setting for [name removed]. Thanks for your help in placing him there!

From the staff, to the food, housekeeping, and healthcare, TerraBella has exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them till anyone seeing the same level of care.
