Activities is rated a 4 only because my Mom is in a transitional unit so she could do more activities some days but still needs memory care and 24/7 supervision. When we moved in they had us sign an agreement that if Mom can no longer afford to stay they will not force her to move. That was very comforting. My Mom says everyone there is very kind. The food is great. It has always been very clean when I visit. The staff is positive to the residents and helpful to the family visitors. They have medical care visits in house. Mom allowed some care that she has been refusing for years.

My mother in law has been a resident of Morningside for the past several years. While it was a difficult decision to move her from her home, we could not be more happy with the love, compassion, and care that the every single staff member provides for her. It is easily the cleanest long term care facility I’ve ever been in. They do such a great job of planning events for the residents- there is always something fun going on! When there are difficult decisions to be made, they approach them gently and sensitively. The staff members are always smiling, happy, and take the time to stop in and say hello when we visit. They allow us to bring our dog in to visit (and even give her treats), which many of the residents also seem to enjoy. All of the residents seem very happy and content, which speaks volumes about the care they receive at Morningside. We are so grateful to have this wonderful facility in our community!

I would give them a 5 in all categories. The place is awesome and the perfect place for my mother. Everyone on staff seems to have my mother's best interest in mind at all times and the quality of care is top notch.

The facility is beautiful and easy to get around. The staff is excellent and engaging. They have lots of great things to keep the residents entertained and engaged with one another. Great communications with the family. I feel safe with my mom there. The moving in process was fine. I would definitely recommend this facility.

[name removed] and the Team have done a fantastic job caring for our dad with dementia. Another level of care like we had not previously seen. The staff truly shows care for the patient. The facility is resort-like. Highly recommended.

Addington place is such a wonderful place for residents to feel like family. They are treated with love and respect.

Every single person who works here has been so friendly and so helpful!! The other residents are friendly and helpful also!! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for an independent living facility!!

All good being living here for a moment and my experience here have been excellent. I’m pleased with my choice that I have made. Everyone here is amazing and takes good care of the residents. The food as well is amazing.

I love it here. The food is good, the workers are excellent, and the residents are great. I have fun and I love it. The best move I've ever made in my entire life. I love the people I love the activities I love my apartment.

Morada staff is very compassionate and available. Intimate relationships available with staff and with staff encouraging friendships among residents.

My mother was showing signs of needing more help, and could no longer live alone. She was not happy with the idea of moving to an Assisted Living community, but she has been at Quintessence for a few months now and she is THRIVING!!! She made friends almost immediately, she is gaining weight finally, and is more active than she has been in years. I wish we had made the move sooner. The care staff, the management everyone has been amazing. Their rates are the most affordable in the east side and we dont have to worry about increases based off of moms care.

We love Morningside of Raleigh! My Mother has been at Morning side for almost a year. I moved her here from another assisted living organization. Night and day difference! The management team is responsive. They aware of what is going on and really work as a team to address any issues. The care team really cares!

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Communication upon move in could be improved a bit and they told us we would have a follow up care mtg after 1 month and that hasn't happened. BUT, my parents are happy and content there and are feeling physically better than before moving in. We have asked for a couple of things and staff was receptive and our requests were quickly taken care of. Overall, we are very happy and would definitely recommend the Addington Place of Clinton to others. I called them one time and asked them to check on my Mom after my Dad left the building for PT (she had called my niece and was worried) and they went and checked on her right away! And my husband and I were able to go on a vacation knowing Mom and Dad were safe and help was nearby if needed.

My father is very happy. The staff is amazing and are good with calling me with any issues. I actually have already reference many people there.

When the time came, we looked around for an ideal assisted living facility for Dad and selected Brookdale Des Plaines. We knew the Brookdale communities were highly rated and chose this one mainly for the location, spacious apartments and customized care plans. We were pleased to discover this facility offers much more mostly because of the wonderful people who work here. It is staffed with skilled professionals who truly care about the well-being of the residents. The nurses who look after Dad are amazing. The restaurant managers have worked with us to create an ideal meal plan that works for Dad. All the people employed here are friendly, responsible, respectful and kind. Upon entering the building you feel the positive vibe-lots of smiling faces and a happy atmosphere. It’s not an easy transition going from independence to an assisted living arrangement, but thanks to the people who manage the facility and work here, Dad assimilated well and quickly. Highly recommend!

My loved one is currently a resident at Solstice Senior Living at Renton and the experience has been great, so far. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Based on our experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

It was a very easy process the staff was very easy to work with. They were very attentive and listened.

I recently attended Morningside of Anderson's Spring Fling! I was super impressed by the happy atmosphere, amazing food, and great staff that worked together to create a special time for the family and friends in the community. I look forward to future events that Morningside hosts and would definitely recommend you looking into this community.

I want to say that TerraBella Roswell is a nice place to stay. It has good service, kind caregivers, responsible med tech and a good administrative team work. I just encourage people to have a tour to see a place where you can place your love ones being sure that they will be safe and nice.

Staff is very attentive and responsive to watching over residents and making sure their needs are met. Many outside of the facility activities are available to the residents. Whether it's a specific activity at a certain destination, or just going for a drive in the afternoon to break up the monotony at the facility so the residents, who might be new to the area, can see the countryside.
