The new management seems to be updating & refurbishing the place, new bright in the entry way, and updated sofas and chairs making the fireplace cozier. Also, the new flooring & tv area. I know had flood damage from heavy rains and glad to see repairs made. Such a big difference than when she moved in over 1 year ago. Unfortunately she doesn't go out of her apt much, her choice, staff & management try to encourage her but she doesn't want to. All & all very good environment & staff very friendly & seem to care about residents. This has also changed since she moved in. Much improvement!

We chose this facility because of the available space, value for the money, cleanliness and the staff. Fantastic director. [name removed] is so helpful and has made me feel like k can call her with anything about my grandmother. The staff are always friendly and my grandmother loves them all.

The Lodge at Grand Junction is a small 2-story facility with around 30 rooms, I believe. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding. Housekeeping is good. The trash is emptied multiple times a day. Communication with the family is very good. Meds are distributed according to doctors' requirements. Pets are welcome with a small deposit, $350, I believe. We toured multiple facilities before deciding on The Lodge. I highly recommend it here.

Every employee has exceeded our expectations! Food is great. Very clean. Layout of the facility is great for access to everything. Facility is safe and clean. Tons of activities are available. We are very happy!

[Name removed] explained without selling, food is well balanced and good, move in went smoothly with 7 friends and two professional movers. The front office staff, including [name removed], are very attentive. I recommended one friend who moved in, working on several others. Maintenance staff solved several problems. Friendly and helpful tenants. After a year of looking, Solstice Senior Living at Guilford is just right for us.

My loved one is currently a resident at Morada Cedar Hill and everything has been great for him at this facility. The staff did a great job of making my loved one fit in and feel welcome. I would recommend this facility to others.

I am currently a resident at Discovery Village at Alliance Town Center and the experience has been great. I have found Discovery Village at Alliance a warm and comfortable place to live. The people are friendly. The staff is outstanding.

There was one nurse that was a little rough with my mom. Other than that, the care was wonderful. I was very happy with Morada Lawton overall. They were awesome and helpful!

I moved into Five Star Premier two years ago. The entertainment here is terrific. There are always activities going on, and I enjoy all of them. The staff is fabulous. The drivers take you where you need to go, welcome you home, and help you in and out of the car. The office staff is terrific; they meet your needs. I love the Bistro. Chef [name removed] is fabulous. She has been here for over twenty years. The front desk receptionist is here 24 hours daily and is always available for appointments. My apartment is beautiful and spacious. I moved here from El Paso. My son was given the task of finding my new home. After looking at so many places, my son returned to Five Star. This was one of the best decisions he could have ever made. I do not feel lonely like I did in El Paso. The people that I met here are like family to me.

There isn't a buy in, it's not a huge deal in many ways, but if they'd told me what was going on, I'd have picked a different place.It was fine until they announced on Wednesday that they're no longer providing assisted living, only independent living. Dad doesn't need assisted living yet, but I moved him there so if he gets to that point he wouldn't have to move. It feels like a bait and switch. Someone had to know about it when I got him moved in and we talked about not having to move him again, but now I'm having to look at contingencies.

I will tell you Kiely Ranch is the best place everyone there is great. They went out of their way to help us with our mom and get her to her appointments. I also know she did like the place and people. Unfortunately she was only there three weeks but in that time the people there formed a relationship with our mom and staff told us how much they cared for our mom and would miss her. The food is good, the place is very clean and they have activities for the people that living there which is great. I would recommend Kiely Ranch to anybody that needs a places for their parents because they can't take care of themselves or be in there home anymore.

I came in during a special rate. The rates were lower at the time. They, the staff, are very friendly and kind. The residents too. Apartment are about 720 square feet, 2 bedrooms. Small, but one can make it work.

Love the setup and place. Staff are very engaging, very helpful and feel appreciated after interactions.

All of the staff have respect for each individual there - they really strive to provide quality care. The facility itself is beautiful. The staff managing are wonderful.

I am very impressed with all of the staff. Very professional and efficient. They are always friendly and smiling. They make fun activities for the residents which keeps them busy and feeling good. They take very good care of my husband. I couldn’t be more pleased.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Gardens of Bellaire and the overall experience has been great. This facility has exceeded our expectations, strongly. I would recommend this facility to others.

Everyone was accommodating during the move in process. My mother feels comfortable and is enjoying the property. Based on her experience so far, I would recommend the facility to others.

We selected Sunrise in Frisco for my husband's mother. She is happy and we don't have any complaints about the process or the facility. We would speak highly of the process, and facility only concern is the cost. In today's world it is outrageous the amount one pays. We pay it, as it saves our mental health. She loves it there!! Speaks highly of Sunrise.

I would tell others if they are having difficulty getting their parent to accept memory Care from assisted living this is an easy transition. It feels like a standalone assisted living facility because they break the residents up into cognitive levels so they are not exposed to the low functioning residence if they have some function still They were the perfect fit for our mother and we appreciate the recommendation from A Place for Mom.

[name removed], the nurse is so bubbly and friendly. I feel like she's taken the time to get to know [name removed]. All the caretakers have been great so far. [name removed], the Activity Director, will come in my loved ones room and watch a tv show with him or just talk to him because my loved one refuses to go to any activities. We are so very pleased with everything and feel like this is the best [name removed] has been since we first put him in assisted living 3 years ago. He is always smiling and happy when we come to see him which is a major change for him!
