The staff at Arbor View were great. The caregivers were very attentive, [name removed] and [name removed] in particular. They truly care about the patients. The daily menus varied a lot and looked very appetizing. Mom was on a pureed food diet but she seemed to enjoy her meals. A Place for Mom has been wonderful in helping us place mom, first in Illinois at [facility name removed], and at Arbor View in Wisconsin.

TerraBella Memory Care is an extraordinary facility. Their staff takes wonderful care of my mom who is over 101 and has been a resident there for 2 1/2 years. I phone nightly and am given helpful status reports before I speak with her. I am a neurologist and have seen many facilities and few have the dedicated, compassionate, knowledgeable and upbeat staff that this facilty has. In particular, I would like to commend [name removed] & [name removed]who I know best as well as [names removed] & all the others. I am reassured by the fact that my mom has such excellent care. In addition [name removed], the hospice nurse, is outstanding. When I visit it is a delight to interact with the staff. Our family is very fortunate that our mom is so well taken care of.

Morningside of Concord provides excellent care for your loved ones. The staff is friendly, caring, and compassionate. The nurses and Doctors at the facility are very good and keep families informed about any changes in resident’s health or behavior. They have many activities to keep residents engaged and happy from exercise, trivia games, cooking, going out to eat and visiting many places in the community. They also bring in lots of great entertainment. I would highly recommend Morningside of Concord.

Weekends have been "iffy" for food. I would have rated Sunday a 3, but they have stopped the buffet on Sunday so hopefully things better on that day. There has been an issue with maintenance. Many of the residences on the west side get water in through the windows and balcony doors when there is a thunderstorm. It's happened in my parents unit 3 times in 3 months. This needs attention as capital improvement or deferred maintenance. Many people say they will leave if not remedied. It's been a great facility and experience for my parents. The doctor that makes house calls there has been great for them and they are also visited by mini specialist through a referral system. Overall, they have enjoyed the food and it has been better than expected. My parents also like the in-house physical therapy there, the aesthetic is very nice. It's great that residence. Get to walk inside both air-conditioning and heating during inclement weather. It's a great facility for getting in your steps and exercise. It is a beautiful home.

Easy to deal with the folks at paradise springs, no pressure, informative.

Every thing about this place is Great, the staff and management is great! The in house caregivers do a great job, the food is good, every now and then they will have something that she doesn't like but they offer an alternative menu for when that happens. It's hard to make food that everyone likes. The place is clean and well maintained. No unpleasant odor. They offer a lot of activities, but mom doesn't seem interested in any of that yet. Having a hard time just getting her to leave her apartment, bought her an electric scooter but she's not a very good driver! The price is very good for all they offer. So overall very well pleased with the facility.

Everything is 5 stars! The size of the apartments are great. They all seem to like their jobs and care about the residents.

Our family could not be happier with the care, love and attention my mom has received at The Palms. Everything written in the description of The Palms is that AND more?? The Palms exudes a sense of family and we can rest easy knowing when we leave Mom each time she is in loving hands. P.S. My mom loves the delicious meals each day and having run multiple kitchens as a Registered Dietitian she has had NO complaints.

Very fortunate for my mother-in-law to find a place she feels she belongs. She has fun and has more friends than she did in her own house. It didn’t take Long for her to feel at home, surprised her family and friends. Also grateful For the staff, who made the transition easier and comforting.

I am currently a resident at Aston Gardens at Pelican Pointe and most everything about my experience here has been great so far. The staff and friendliness are great. The meals and activities are also great. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The staff members are always available for us to ask questions. The staff are always going over and beyond to make the residents comfortable. The facility is always clean. I try to make an appearance at different times of the day. The staff are always assisting residents that need assistance. The meals are excellent and prepared 3 times a day. I have no complaints. The staff also greets you when you come into the facility. Great hospitality. We definitely love and would highly recommend Home Place of New Bern.

My mom loved Morningside of Concord. She had many friends, enjoyed the activies, looked forward to meals (especially the southern style breakfasts) and was well taken care of (she was wheel chair bound.) I highly recommend Morningside of Concord.

My loved one is currently a resident at Aston Gardens at Pelican Marsh. The staff is very accommodating, the vibe here is happier, livelier. The buildings are brighter and the grounds are well maintained. The food is good, but they have their difficulties with having enough wait staff. We are not receiving care, so we've had little family interaction. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I have had two loved ones who were residents at Bayberry Place. My one Aunt passed away the same day that she arrived. My other Aunt was a resident for two months before she passed. I feel that everything was great and would rate all categories at a five out of five. I have nothing but positive feedback. I liked the smaller facility, less people. I would recommend this facility to others.

Everything is going well at Seaton Springwood. My mom is adapting quite well, much better than she did at her previous facility where there was too many people, 40 people in her community, and it was just too much. It was overwhelming for her, here she has maybe 15 people and there's always enough staff on duty. They said every 15 minutes or 30 minutes, they check on the patients in case something would go a mess. They would be there to catch it rather quickly, which is good. We've had no issues. Communication with the family is wide open. If I don't get the answer or if they don't have the answer, I will get it within a reasonable amount of time. I am pleased with the way that they help the community with little things like on Good Friday. We had a tea with mom and that was kind of special and I know that they do little things with the residents. I do appreciate how quiet and helpful they are, I don't have anything bad to say.

We have closely with this community for several years now and it’s so refreshing to see the passion and dedication their staff possesses. It’s so difficult to find consistency today in senior communities, but they have a number people in leadership positions who have all been a part of this community for multiple years. You feel like you’re home as soon as soon as you walk through the doors and are greeted with a smile. I would highly recommend this community to any family looking for a reputable place for their loved one.

She was loved and cared for wonderfully by the folks at Morningside and through The Transitions Hospice program during her end of life journey. Angels on earth...all of them! They were amazing from the time mom arrived as a resident until her passing.

Ever since I was able to visit Morningside for a tour, I knew it was a special place. After my mother-in-law took a fall and broke her wrist, I knew that Morningside was exactly the place she needed to be. From the staff to the residents, you can feel the love and the care from all. Truly this has been a great experience for our family knowing that our mother in law has been loved and well taken care of. We have such peace where she is and that she has gained her strength and independence back. Morningside is a family experience and we couldn't be happier!
