I love how much the staff loves all of their residents. But am not entirely happy with the laundry.

[name removed] is the one who runs this place. It is phenomenal. It has been wonderful for my mom. Their apartment sizes are perfect for a little old lady like my mom. As a matter of fact, they have used my mom's apartment for a model apartment. My mom is 90 and doing wonderfully there. Kitchen living room bedroom bathroom all what is needed for a little old lady to live and you can eat off the floor. Housecleaning is wonderful plus my mom is a house cleaner so it's always clean in there. No wonder their place is full all the time. Who would not want to live there

The administrator is wonderful and she has hired a lot of friendly and caring people. There are definitely "fancier" facilities with more amenities but Heritage Place feels "homey" and loves their residents!

We were very happy with our experience there. They have excellent staff, clean facility, excellent care!

It has a connection to the church my family participates in, it is close to my home, and their community activities.

I would rate 5 on all categories. Every time I see the A Place for Mom commercial on TV I'm reminded how difficult it would have been to navigate this process without your help. Mom's in a great place - safe, well cared for - & great food too! The staff knows all their residents by name which is a nice touch! Dining room staff especially are very patient. All staff are quick with a smile & mean it when they ask residents how they're doing today.

I would recommend this place for many reasons. The director and nurses were beyond what you could hope for. They would actually call me and the hospital and check on my dad when he was admitted. They really cared about those people like they were family I picked it because the staff seemed so caring, they offered a lot of activities, and the place was very clean. The rooms were of good size and most had a great window view with a garden to walk out into

I needed to find something quick for my loved one. This facility was everything we were looking for. Transportation, Activities, and meals. Staff were very thorough and very helpful with the move in process. Communication and visiting with family is easy and just come and go. We did move in during renovations which was loud and busy, but that wasn't a problem. I would recommend the facility.

Generally, it's a great place and I would recommend. The staff are super friendly, they quickly learned my mom by name and able to recognize her, and they are always so accommodating. The housekeeping is basic, but good. They clean once a week, but it's not a very deep clean. They will do linens and 1 load of personal items, which is great. They pick up garbage daily, we just have to place it outside the door. When we first moved in they missed a few things, but they came back and resolved them relatively quickly.

I picked this facility because the building and apartments are lovely and the people in charge seem to care deeply about the residents.

Staff are extremely helpful and understanding that these types of decisions are complex and sometimes difficult. They do not pressure you to make a decision but rather want to make sure you have the knowledge to make an informed decision. There are tons of activities that foster social interactions between the residents. Facility is extremely clean and well taken care of.

The staff is very accommodating to the residents. The facility keeps the grounds nice. They have different kinds of activities for the residents all the time. I would recommend Woodbury Mews to others looking!

I am currently a resident at Discovery Village at Castle Hills. It's a great place to live.

The staff is wonderful. They really are concerned about the residents and go out of their way to make their living situation the best it can be. The staff encourages social interaction and they are very approachable. They're like family. The Landing staff and Hospice have been wonderful. The residents always want to know how she's doing and everyone has watched over her since she moved in one year ago.

Each time I visit it is apparent that the community cares about the residents placing them first. The community is clean, new renovation bright, endless welcoming and truly friendly. The staff show the utmost respect to the residents, their family & friends. The events are top shelf! Bands like Boys of Summer, Porcelain Dolls, The House Band in Williamsville have all performed to large crowds with standing ovations. This is a place to move into to enjoy LIVING. Activities are fun & vibrant, 7 days a week. The directors , with their staff are there every day , even on weekends! Best decision you can make!

I will be joining the neighborhood very soon and I just wanted to say [name removed] in sales has been very very helpful. We hit it off from day 1. I am so happy to have met him. He eased the frustration of finding the best place to live. I am very satisfied with all the amenities especially the Cafeteria. The spaghetti was the best I ever had and the carrot cake was oh, so so delicious (I never liked carrot cake) I was told to try a piece and next thing I knew my plate was empty so I asked for another so I could eat it in "SLOW MOTION" LOL. I am going to love it here and I thank you [name removed] for all of it. He showed me so much kindness I felt like Royalty. I assure you this is not an atta boy comment he went way ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me due to my issues and I am so GREATFUL. The staff was very kind to me as well during the tour they all treated me like ROYALTY. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH [name removed] you are truly a blessing that I was waiting to cross my path. I am HOME!

So far my mother seems to enjoy the facility and what it has to offer. The staff is kind and helpful. The facility is also well maintained and a value for the money. Word is that it is soon to be renovated!!

Kind and caring staff in the Memory Care area. Couldn't do enough for my father and we were so appreciative. [name removed] was absolutely amazing. Room sizes in memory care were good. 1 room bed/living combo with kitchenette and a bathroom. Perfect size!!!

Super friendly and supportive of residents. Pretty low key, not a lot of amenities, but made up for by great staff.
