Almost 2 years ago. My dad needed a lot of help as he aged. I brought him to Mattison Crossing. We met with [name removed] who was and is so helpful. Dad went into memory care. This was a great decision. He is so cared for there. With [name removed] She is so attentive and she is amazing. [name removed]. Helps with meals and assists so much with the elderly. There is so much love and caring. [name removed] the nurse. Is attentive and professional. Always keeps us informed. And guides us the downstairs. They watch television. Or listen to music. And lots of interaction. [name removed] upstairs is wonderful and professional and helpful. Sometimes we all need help. This was a great decision Thank you for looking out for my dad and all the people that are cared for there.

The place is great and the staff is wonderful. The price and activities for my dad stood out from the other places that we visited.

I have to say everyone here is very kind and considerate and thoughtful but mostly awesome. My favorite thing to say is even when I’m not feeling my best the staff isn’t condescending and is extremely respectful and loving. The activities are so much. Sometimes I wish the food was a little softer in the meat department and there was more of a variety

Love it here. The staff is great especially [name removed] and [name removed].. Community is great the staff always has a great smile and eve though there mat be short staff at times the staff working always has a smile and makes me feel important. Caring and kind.. I don't feel less than because i need help I know I can depend and not treat me any different despite my age or my disability.

From my first day here I’ve felt safe and well cared for. The aids are friendly and helpful. They come quickly when we call for help 24 hours day. Care is is pacific to each individual. Very polite staff, always smiling. Cleanliness is amazing always makes my room smell so fresh and so clean. Shower aide is amazing with showers very helpful.

The staff here are very polite , kind , caring. The cleanliness of the place is terrific. I love it here. I have been here over two years . The food is great. Everyone is always smiling here. The view here is beautiful as I wake up each morning and look out my bay window.. this community here in marble falls is a great team

We feel very good about our decision to place Dad there. We have found the staff to be very helpful and attentive to his needs. They show kindness and patience with all the residents. I'm not sure they do activities with him, but that may be because my mother is there visiting most days. He isn't always well kept - ear wax, strong body odors, feet need attention, etc. - so that would be my only complaint. I would recommend this facility to others.

Staff is very friendly and the director is wonderful. You can even text her if you need anything. The food is " eh." The move in process was easy. No one bothers you. I would recommend.

They were pretty straight forward from the start. Staff are extremely friendly. Residents are always out and active every time we go - that was one of the main reasons we chose this facility over others.

The Palms experience was a very good one. My dad had since passed, but the facility went above and beyond taking good care of my dad. My dad's place was clean, the staff was exceptional, quality of food was good we ate there frequently with him. The residents were all very friendly. Overall, we would recommend them.

The staff assisting him w daily dressing, meals, etc. are particularly kind and helpful. Truly caring. We know he is safe. The only complaint is that it was a little disorganized administratively at move in, trouble getting cable on, confusion about pharmacy, doctor visit, etc. Move-in communication was a little lacking. But since then, they are taking great care of dad and we are very pleased. Very smooth after initial confusions.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and you have activities, except for Saturday and Sunday. They have transportation within a ten mile radius and no charge. They also do outings, such as trips to grocery stores and restaurants. The move in was easy. The meals are good, but should be more healthy and not seafood so much due to allergies. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have had good experiences with all of the staff! I am very pleased with my choice. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

Everyone at this facility is very helpful and friendly. My Dad is enjoying living here. He has people to talk to, activities if he chooses, and the doctors come to see him in his room. He especially having hot meals to eat.

I really liked Pomerelle Place. My uncle was a challenge, they were very patient & kind. My uncle has passed away , it gives me comfort some CB of his last month's were at Pomerelle place.

My loved one was previously a resident at Stratford. When we had to find a place for my dad in less than 48 hours, they were recommended to us by a friend. They did not disappoint! [Names removed] made things happen so fast! They gave us a ton of guidance! Sent paperwork to Kaiser and kind of did a lot of the legwork. I would recommend them to others.

I feel very good about the facility and everything that I have seen! I toured 3 communities and this was my first pick! The financial aspect, the set up of the suites and the people I met at my first visit

My mom was previously a resident at Allara Senior Living and it was great. I would, and have, recommended the facility to others.
