From the moment I walked into Solstice I knew this was the right place for my sister. Such a wonderful greeting from the staff at the front desk to the management ... really everyone I met throughout my visit was a positive experience. Absolutely spotless and warm atmosphere. There is something to do for everyone every day! The meals are great and my sister's unit is amazing. She has been at Solstice for a little over a month and has settled in beautifully. She is so happy to call this place her home. When I come to visit she always has a smile on her face and it has brought so many positive changes to her life. Best new life experience ever!

My Mom has been in Assisted Living at Heartis Village Orland Park for almost 2 years and recently transitioned to Memory Care. We could not be happier with the care she receives there. I know she is safe, healthy, anf treated with respect and kindness by everyone. Communication with Heartis staff and leadership has been extremely good. I highly recommend Heartis Village of Orland Park! It is safe, beautifully appointed, clean and a very happy place for your loved one.

The staff are all very friendly and kind. My mother became friends with the majority of them. They provided the support to make her time there enjoyable. They even worked with us on transportation to and from off site therapy. Very clean, with many activities for the residents. An excellent place to help take care of your loved ones. I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend. It's really nice to not worry about the care of my aunt. I live in another state & it brings a lot of comfort knowing she lives in a great facility. Great place for assisted care. We picked this community because of the cleanliness, caring staff & meals

It has been a great fit for my mom. It has allowed her to meet new people and make new friends without having to drive somewhere to do it. It was the first place we looked at and it is beautiful. In the end, it was my mother that picked it over the other places she toured.

There are lots of staff and all are very patient with the residents. The nurses are very good at communicating. The activities director and general director are always wanting to learn more about the patients and their likes/ dislike.

[name removed], the main point of contact, is very friendly and knowledgeable. The people on site are helpful as well. I would recommend Solstice Senior Living Normandy Park to others looking for retirement living.

I would recommend Holiday The Tremont to others, based mostly on the feedback that I get from my friend who is a resident there. I accompanied my friend on her initial visit/tour, which was pleasant. My friend felt welcomed and during lunch, many of the residents relayed how happy they were living there. The cost fits well with her budget. [Name removed], the marketing person, answered questions, and followed up with my friend after the visit. On my recent visit, I saw the apartment which was very clean and pleasant. My friend loves living there and is quickly making friends.

Maintenance needs to be improved. Staff for room cleaning needs improvement. Value for the money is excellent. Rent for a veteran is great.

Staff, location, size, clean place that feels good. The residents get along and encourage each other. it really is a great group of people!

We toured many places when my father in law was in need of care we could no longer give him. The place he was at turned out to be horrible. We knew we would never put my mother in law in a place like that. My neighbor told us about Aston Gardens. Her mother is there. It's wonderful. Most of the employees have been there long term. They are so caring and loving people. This is where I want to be if I need assisted living.

Love it, love it, love it!! The staff and residents are so friendly and so engaging! I never expected or ever thought that I could feel so welcomed ! I'm not exaggerating one bit! The activities are great, and the food most certainly is not cafeteria food ! At times I feel like I should pinch myself and wake up to reality! My sister and niece visited my new home, and they said it felt like a resort! And, no, this was not a commercial!

My mother and I toured and had a great experience. The independent living apartments are gorgeous, as are the views. Overall just an elegant and impressive place. It's hard to go look at other options after touring Watermark - the quality of the renovation is so much higher and more sophisticated compared to most of what we are seeing. Really lovely place in an amazing location. These bad reviews below are confusing because they are about another name - [removed] - which I guess was the previous incarnation of the building. Can APFM remove them? Super confusing.

Recently our extended family utilized Port Townsend's Victoria Place on short notice from an Everett hospital for a respite stay for our loved one. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when we arrived after normal hours. My Mother-in-Law was ushered into an extremely clean, comfortable and spacious suite that would ultimately accommodate comfortably a caregiving family of 5. Besides the well appointed suite, our family was given the daily options of have our meals delivered in room with the resident. This saved us tremendous amounts of time away. Every Wednesday afternoon, the hallways were serenaded by soothing notes from the piano guest artist. Otherwise, the Victoria Place was quiet and restful. I personally was so moved by our visit, I purchased and installed Solar powered driveway and walkway lighting in honor of my Mother-in-Law. Parking was ample, Staff and Residents were helpful, yet respectful. A lovely floor plan enables guests to walk around easily and without confusion.

Everyone there is very friendly and patient. They go out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. They all work together to try to make every resident feel special and cared for. The move in was easy and went well. I would recommend The Addison to others.

I needed help finding an Assisted Living place for a friend of mine quickly. I signed up with A Place For Mom on a Saturday and had a showing scheduled on Monday. We were met at the front and welcomed in by [name removed]. [name removed] was so great with us ! We had a meeting with [name removed] for to make sure my friend was a good fit. He was and was able to move on right away. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful! Weeks later they are still wonderful. All the staff are very friendly and assist when asked. I don't have to worry, he is well taken care of.

My interactions have been mainly with staff. All are very friendly and nice. My mother says that all the residents are also very friendly and welcoming. Location, beautiful atmosphere and building. Friendly staff and price.

The facility is very friendly. Always smiling. I think I have only run into one person that wasn't smiling and helpful. The executive director is exceptional. Housekeeping is very good. There are brochures everywhere weekly of activities. I have been extremely pleased with TerraBella...we haven't started activities yet.

I feel very comfortable with the facility and staff. I tend to be quite nervous in many situations, but the staff seems to be understanding of that and makes an effort to put me at ease. Also, the facility has a relaxing atmosphere. [Name removed] was great and made the paperwork as painless as possible. I am a 'family' of one (no siblings or spouse/children) and he understood how that could make me feel nervous and worked with me keeping it in consideration. Since my mom can still pick up when I am ill at ease and reacts badly to it, this is important and she seems to be more comfortable than at the previous facility. The move-in was a bit bumpy, which is usually the case, but the last week of holidays complicated pre- move in procedures. But everything worked out. Small families may need to get lifting assistance for the physical part from friends, etc. I got a transport service for Mom's trip since she is in a wheelchair. She gets excited about riding, but it can be quite difficult to transport her. Mom really enjoys the food and everything I have tasted has been first-rate. The rooms have individual temperature control and a full private shower and bath, amenities that were missing at the previous facility. The temperature is important because Mom has always been cold-natured and now it is even more of a concern. So she can always go to her room to warm up, if need be. I would definitely recommend Morningside to families seeking memory care for their loved one(s). The layout of the building is secure for memory care but also visitor - friendly since it is on a different floor and the only way in is the elevator. This means you don't have to wait outside to be let in like most places, but it is secure. And I am looking forward to the Valentine's Day party for residents and families!
