A lot of interpersonal attention from a very stable high quality staff. This modern facility is very well maintained and spotless. Great value. It meets and passes the eye test!!! When the time comes when I need an assisted living facility, Cardinal Place is first on the list.

Very helpful staff. Friendly, kind and always willing to help. Facility was in the process of being redone/redecorated while mom was moving in. It made such a big difference in the overall appearance...very welcoming and inviting. Lovely.

I did not stay at Colonial Village because the rooms were too small for me; I decided to keep my home for now. The staff were very friendly and helpful as were the clients. The food was tasty and it was presented well on the plate. In addition, if a visitor stays for lunch, they have an Ambassador who will tell him or her about life at Colonial Village and all the things one can do. The Ambassador, [name removed] I think her name is, is a wonderful representative for Colonial and she helps to make people to want to live there. The facility was very clean, the outside was well-tended to, and the hallway rugs were clean. BTW, for serving lunch, there were enough staff to attend to all the diners so that no one had to wait if something was desired. Colonial Village was the first senior residential compound I visited so I had nothing to compare it with. The residents said the prices were in line, so I guess they were for all the amenities that were offered. I wanted a 2-bedroom setup which was available immediately but as I stated earlier, the rooms are just too small for me for me to want to want live to live there! Because the building is older and the hallways are narrow, knowing in advance that Colonial is not a brand new facility won't be a disappointment when they see it. You should mention pets are welcome which is a Huge plus! A new client should know Colonial is off the freeways but noise is not a problem.

Very caring staff and prompt care. Well staffed and Director open to suggestions. Clean and organized. Several activities for residents and guests to attend.

We chose this community because they had 2 rooms, side by side, available. We got separate rooms for my mom and her husband due to different medical conditions. The community is lovely. Not too big to where it could be overwhelming for elderly people.

If a friend asked me, I would tell them that the staff are very attentive, caring and closely follow individual treatment plans to address the specific needs of each resident. The facility is clean and inviting. I picked this community over other places because the price was more reasonable, the director checked in regularly while the family were waiting for the right time to move my mother-in-law in. And the staff had a bed and were ready to transport my mother-in-law from the hospital when she needed placement.

Staff is kind, loving and helpful, Momma says she loves all of them. I appreciate all of them for being my hands and feet when I can not be there. I love that she feels safe and loved. Blessed to have them all.

My father loves the community. He has commented that the facility feels like he's at a resort with all of the amenities and activities that are offered. He is impressed with the dining options. And he LOVES the staff. They are always very friendly and very helpful.

I would also say that they are fair priced for all that it includes. The rooms are a little small, but that's ok. One person doesn't need much space especially when they encourage residents to socialize and not isolate in the apartment. I would say the community is well kept, the staff are very friendly and keeps me informed on resident updates, they are flexible with working with families to accommodate needs.

It's very nice, but is not really assisted living, so be sure of what you need when making the decision. We picked this place because she is on a waiting list for Assisted Living. We may need to move her when a unit becomes available there. We moved her into Solstice because there are aides there and we needed to get her into a place where staff was available 24/7 if she needed them.

I would recommed, the staff is wonderful and on top of everything. The staff and overall vibe was very welcoming and put us immediately at ease.

It is a well-run facility where everything is to a schedule. For the people there, they seemed acclimated to it. For my wife and I, we were not ready for that lifestyle. We were setting up for my sister. We picked the Atrium in Gainesville because it was close to my son and his family.

I absolutely love living here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents are friendly and look out for each other. The food is delicious (most of the time). The transportation bus is right on time and drivers are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Holiday Colonial Village to anyone interested in living in an independent living facility.

Prior experience while it was known as The Gables where my mother was a resident.Other high points include but not limited to...Exploratory interview was professional, accommodating and informational specific.The facility grounds and internal space is lovely and inviting while offering programs, great meals and pleasant residents.Maintenace kitchen and cleaning team are super, prompt and professional.Medical team (nurses and aides) are available as needed. Staff and resident affords both inclusiveness and discretion as it pertains to engagement and resident privacy.A wonderful and success ful program and living facility for my mother, friend and aunt.I should note that my initial and subsequent meeting with you was wonderful, gave hope for a safe and productive environment for my friend.

This place is fantastic and I would highly recommend it! My father loves discovery village! This place just had better amenities, the rooms were fantastic and the staff was amazing!

My mother has been living at Discovery Village, Southlake Assisted Living for 20 months. We have been very happy with the level of care that she has received. They have a number of activities both in the building and out. The food is not gourmet, but is good. The Physician's Assistant that she sees is excellent. She is very quick to respond and sees her in her apartment. Any complaints have been addressed quickly.

Everyone is friendly and professional. The apartment sizes and amenities offered here are great! I highly recommend Monarch Estates for independent living.

I arrived at Mesa View summer of '22. I looked at a couple of places here in GJ but after touring here it was easy to decide to live here! [name removed] was so helpful as I moved in. The staff here are always so friendly! Leaving my home of 49 years was hard but Mesa View is great!

I just moved my mother into Hidden Meadows on the Ridge little over a week ago. I am quite pleased with the friendliness of the staff. When my mom needs help and she pushes her pendent the staff was in my moms room in less then two minutes. The facility is clean and the food is delicious. They offer a wide verity of activities such as exercise, bingo and outings. I can sleep at night knowing my mom is in a safe and loving environment.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Really good food. Highly recommended.
