[name removed], Director of Sales and Marketing (I think is his title) is phenomenal. Always , so kind and knowledgeable and helpful! Also, all the front desk concierges are fantastic (especially [name removed])!!! Would 100% recommend this facility to others.

Staff was attentive and my mom had her favorites. Took a couple of weeks to get her meds straightened out but they did I'd definitely recommend this facility, she loved it there. Her passing was totally unexpected. She adjusted right away. She had a very cute studio apt and she said it felt like home.

I love this place felt at home the first day here Facility and staff are great very approachable and open to ideas from residents They are always there to help and respond quickly Apartment sizes are good...love my 2 bedroom. Amenities are also good with everything from onsite beauty shop to chapel. And 3 meals a day where most offer just one or maybe two I could not be happier, I smile and laugh now.

I am currently a resident at Holiday The Camelot. This is a great place to live. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

It was nice in the beginning when [name removed] was there now that she is gone the staff has gone down hell they are not friendly anymore. The GM that they have now is not on site as much as they need to be and they are not friendly to any of the staff or the residents who live there. My mother stated the other day that they are running out of food, not being hot, the same stuff almost every day, and not much to choose from since the beginning of December.

5 across the board...amazing facility and staff. Staff take the time to listen to the individual needs of the client and are willing to go above and beyond to help. The residents are happy and many have been there for years. The facility is very clean and in excellent repair. The value for the $ cannot be found elsewhere. It is a real community of people not just a warehouse for the elderly. My loved one has made great friends already and was welcomed with open arms. The staff were invaluable as we got My loved ones apartment all set up. They accommodated many of our unusual requests. We could not imagine a better fit for our loved one.

The staff was absolutely awesome. They were incredibly supportive and helpful. The administrative staff was right there with us during this journey. The on hands staff were top-notch, caring, supportive, and loving. This was a good experience, although it was very short for my mom. They cared for her and for us and I would recommend this place to anybody who needed this kind of service. I am thankful for them and for how they helped my mom through her journey.

Very clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping seems okay, but sometimes scheduling of laundry and room cleaning are inconsistent. The food is absolutely amazing, but sometimes service can be a little slow especially for guests. Medical questions can sometimes be a little slow in getting answers, but they do seem to work hard to get answers. The front staff managers are amazing and do not hesitate to respond when I have questions. The biggest recommendation is to have food staff a bit more organized, especially when guests are there so if we plan on a quick lunch with a family member it can truly be quick. Overall, the experience has been great and my mother loves it there.

They were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The apartment and the staff members were the 2 things that really stuck out to us initially and those were the reasons we chose Solstice over others we looked into. It is also a very clean place.

Excellent facility. Wonderful care (very competent medication room on site), pleasant and helpful staff from the front door to patient care. Fun activities, are widely available. Seasonally decorated spaces and events are enjoyable for friends and families. Roseville Terraces offers affordable complete care with amenities.

Fountainwood is beyond anything that we imagined. It is a wonderful, positive environment. They have exceeded every expectation. They try to achieve excellence in everything that is done. We feel so blessed to have found it!

My family member, unfortunately, was not able to have an extended stay at Heartis Clear Lake; however, the application process, Community Director, aids and help were all on point for the time we were there. The facility is clean, and response times very accommodating. We would recommend Heartis to others considering a home for their aging loved one.

Our family has been very happy with the care and services of the Richardson facility. My sister-in-law is very happy at your facility and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We apprecaite your support and dedication.

They are flexible and helpful is ways they do not have to be. My mom passed and we had Salvation Army schedule to get some of her things. They never showed. They helped by scheduling another group to pick it up. I know they are embarking on remodeling and new management but they are dealing with this the very best they can.

I find the staff attentive to problems and generally very patient and nice As far as activities go, I think they're doing a good job The food is ok, and frankly I wouldn't expect it to be exceptional, but maybe just not overcooking entrées would help a bit. I know it's difficult finding qualified staff in the hospitality industry I really like Madison, great environment, kept very clean, and it's very quiet and peaceful. Close proximity to hospital is great Clean halls, utility rooms and elevators is important to me and very neat grounds, properly groomed--available dog feces bags are really appreciated. The mail service is efficient and the whole facility, as far as I've experienced, is very neatly kept. Very much appreciated

The staff has been very helpful in getting my dad settled there, and with his application for additional VA benefits (providing a letter of support). The facility is very clean and beautiful. My dad really likes his apartment and the other residents there. I would definitely recommend Discovery Village Deerwood to others looking for retirement living.

The standard of care is very high. All the décor and finishes in the units as well as throughout the facility are new and well maintained. The activity directors are always available and get to know residents personally. They don't have a ton of residents so they really get to know your loved one on a personal level. Great communication with family and doctors, physical therapists and even rehab facilities are on site.

I am a current resident of 2 years. I love it here! I feel safe and cared for. The management is 5 star!
