They are very friendly and helpful. Many go out of their way to talk to you or say hello. The facility is like a country club for older folks! So nice, renovated in many rooms, many activities and special services are available on campus like gym, hair salon, pool table/ bar room, library and lounge. The dining room is beautiful and spacious!

They need a better intake system and better communication. My mom was without two crucial medications for the whole first month, and we're lucky that I discovered it! If they could get that move-in process a little more organized and everything else has been great. We picked this place because after at least 2 years of self pay it converts to Medicaid, which is what Mom will most likely need

We are very happy with Fremont Hills! I would say that Fremont Hills is a great assisted living place and that I would recommend it. We picked this community because;1) friendly caring staff 2) beautiful, clean place 3) good food 4) reliable 5) honest 6) well managed place.

For the most part food is pretty good . Housekeeping is always present and my husbands room especially the bathroom was cleaned on a regular basis. Garbage removed as well. Caregivers are attentive to resident needs and are very kind as well. Manager of memory care unit is seen on the unit daily and is very approachable. Cost is high but there are never surprise charges added on. It is worth every penny.

The carpet that they have is old and gross, but apparently it is being replaced. You have to hire additional caregivers if needed. Food is great for the most part. Value is good, especially compared to other places.

I visited a friend at Morada and played games, worked the jigsaw puzzle, and had lunch. The food prepared by the chef was delicious and the Activities Director's choices of games were so much fun. The residents really seemed to enjoy themselves. The rest of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The marketing for Morada is very well done. Kudos to all the staff!

Staff are very friendly, food is pretty average about that of a cafeteria. Very clean, great value for money, includes Wi-Fi and cable TV where all the other places we checked do not it's always an add-on or it's up to you to get them installed yourself. They have beautiful facilities, including a heated pool. They have way better activities than any of the other places that we checked. We looked at 5 others, too. They are really on the game with the activities, a 5+ for that. Housekeeping is included in the assisted living. However, sometimes your laundry does not get returned to you and gets lost. They're supposed to do it separately, yikes. Other than that, this is by far the best place to be and best value for money.

Our experience has been really good, both before the move and after. I would highly recommend DeWolfe Place to anyone else seeking an assisted living facility for a loved one. We chose DeWolfe because of the family atmosphere, friendly staff, and value for the price.

The staff here at Cypress Woods are exceptional. They are not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and compassionate. The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, ensuring that our living spaces are both comfortable and hygienic. Regular maintenance checks are conducted, and any issues are promptly addressed, which really speaks to the facility’s commitment to our well-being and comfort. Communication with families and residents is a strong point here. The administration provides regular updates about any changes or events within the community. They also have an open-door policy for any concerns or suggestions, making it easy to feel heard and supported. My move-in experience was very smooth and well-coordinated. The staff provided great support every step of the way, from handling logistics to helping me settle in comfortably. They made a potentially stressful experience feel seamless and easy. The meals here are a highlight! Not only is the food delicious, but it also caters to a variety of dietary needs and preferences. The kitchen staff takes great care in preparing nutritious meals that are both appealing and tasty. There's always a good variety, and meal times are something I genuinely look forward to. I wholeheartedly recommend Cypress Woods to anyone looking for a senior care community. The combination of excellent care, a supportive environment, and a strong sense of community makes living here a truly enriching experience. Being a resident here has been wonderful, and I feel fortunate to be part of such a caring and vibrant community.

I thought this place was hands-down the clear winner of everywhere I saw up there. The availability of larger rooms was a huge plus The fact that the place is only four years old is a big plus. And the price can't be beat for what you get there.

We picked this community, because it was a great location, friendly people, and they were remodeling the buildings. I would recommend to others.

The love and patience the staff has with the residents is very evident. Room size is amazing, especially compared to other memory care facilities nearby.

Staff is very friendly, program director is fabulous ... housekeeping which is advertised for weekly of every apt is horrible !!! Better off not having it or hire better company !! They have a few different sizes of one bedroom apartments, very small to large and then 2 bedrooms as well.

My mom was a resident at Heartis Village Orland Park for a short time and everything about her experience was positive. The staff was great! Very friendly. I would recommend this facility to others.

I visit SPSL often as they are one of the communities I work with. The place offers a home like feeling with welcoming staff and beautiful decor. I am impressed that the Directors ask for training and education for their staff to help the staff to become more knowledgeable about the types of conditions the residents may have. When working with individuals with cognitive deficits, it is important to understand certain behaviors and how to respond to the individual. The ED , Wellness Director and Memory Care Director have all been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this community to others who are considering placing their loved one in a Senior Living Community! A place to call Home!

Everyone has been friendly and helpful with questions. The environment is nice, no weird odors or noises. Very easy to get to.

All 5 stars! The food is good. Staff are great. Everyone friendly. Lots of activities. Lots of closet space. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend Village at the Falls to others!

This is really a nice place. Someone here at the complex said if you get bored here it's your own fault . The staff is excellent and the facility is excellent. I can't rave enough . My apartment is a one bedroom large enough for one person. There are many other apartments that are larger than mine but mine is just right. My friend visited me and soon will be living here. She loved the place so much.

My dad connects with the staff and they care for him and care about him as a friend. Laundry needs work give it a 3, but everything else has been great. I'm happy with his overall care and he is, too. Dad's health declined in September creating really hard and overwhelming life changes for both of us in many ways. It has been so helpful for me and my dad to move forward. Moving him to Raleigh in October and into TerraBella, which has been invaluable. He receives care that I can't give him. His health has improved with the care from TerraBella and with Legacy physical therapy located within Terra Bella. Now that he is in town, he receives many visits from family weekly.
