I think everything is great. I'm very happy that I put my loved one there. The only thing is now that she's there, I don't know who to go to with questions about medications and other medical things. So sometimes I feel like I don't know what's going on. But she tells me she loves the food, and they have a lot of activities. I've also been very impressed with how clean they keep the facility.

The meals and dining service is like clock work, very consistent and good. What really stood out to us and sold us on the community was the overall friendliness of the staff members we met.

Our family had an in person tour and based off our experience we would say the community is very nice.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and at the time we were only looking at assisted living and it was a good tour. We actually have a family friend with a loved one at The Chelsea who is really happy there. However, they did not have as nice of an outside area as another facility we were checking out. This community is more right in the city so not a lot of outside space, but the facility was still nice and the rooms were nice. We did not choose this community because they require 2 years of private pay.

Inspired Living gave us a great tour and were one of the only places that actually showed us the memory care unit. The facility is beautiful and has a very nice swimming pool. I was concerned though because during our tour I did not see any residents or staff, no nurse stations were open and it seemed empty. I asked how many beds they had there and she said 120 but only 50 residents were actually living there.

The nursing staff is responsive. They do call me on a very regular basis with different updates. They recently separated the unit into two areas - one side for people who are less functioning and one side for people who are more functioning. I don't necessarily see employees as much as I would like to for my mom on the better functioning side. But overall I think they take very good care of her. They're reasonably quick to get her cleaned up with any incontinence issues. Everybody is very friendly, including management. I think the staff seem a little overburdened sometimes, with not enough people for what is required of them. But my mom enjoys the food. And they're good about getting the residents together for activities like exercises and stretching, going out to the gardens and gazebo and asking about their fondest memories, playing a news/history/trivia games. Those things all seem very positive to me.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The community is cheerful, clean, and up-to-date. It is better for those residents that are more independent then end of life. It would be an excellent place for assisted living. The memory care unit was run different than the assisted living unit. I would recommend it as a top choice to check out the community for their loved ones.. I would check several communities out for a reference point, and visit all the places in person.

Elmcroft has nurses on staff 24 hours which is exactly what we were looking for. The day to day staff like the ones who do the house keeping, and help with bathing are a little understaffed. As far as we are concerned they have been very accommodating to our loved one, and we have seen them being very helpful. The residents have been on lock down a couple of times which resulted in them having to eat in their rooms, but they are back to eating in the dining room. Our loved one has not complained about the food so its safe to assume it is pretty good.

This facility was also very nice. Our tour was thorough and all questions answered.

We chose Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch because it sounded reasonable for what my brother needed at that point in time. They were very good with communication throughout covid. I would recommend them to others looking.

Overall the community provided good care. The communication was pretty good overall. They returned calls quickly and they kept us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others.

Communication can sometimes be difficult. The response time can take longer than we liked but they did respond. I would recommend checking out this community.

My loved one is happy with the community so far but she does not consistently like the food. I would recommend this community to others

Our loved one physically looks brighter than what she did before coming into the community, and she looks like she is getting good nutrition. We would recommend this community to others.

We like the smallness and staff ratio here. Just seems a little expensive for what you're getting.

I would recommend The Chelsea at Montville. It served my loved one's needs while they were there. The room was comfortable for my loved one. My loved one was able to choose their food and they enjoyed it.
