Five Star Senior Living

Mitchell Manor has been a safe haven for my friend who needed to move from her home. It has only been over 2 months since she arrived but she is actively engaged and interacts with others. There is so much to keep residents busy if that’s what they want or they can keep to themselves when that’s their desire. The staff could not be more caring and supportive. No one wants to go into memory care or assisted living if they don’t have to, but Meadowmere and Mitchell Manor are 5-star just as they promote themselves to be.

My father has only been at Park Summit for a few months but so far I have been very impressed. When we first visited and he first moved in, everyone was so nice and I figured that was part of the sales pitch. Since he has moved in we have consistently experienced the highest level of customer service. He has had some issues that have required extra attention, and they have never once given us the feeling that they are annoyed by it or that it is problematic. The facility is great and currently undergoing renovations to modernize. The food is good we have joined him in the dining room expecting hospital quality food but have been pleasantly surprised. I would not hesitate to recommend this faculty to family and friends

I was so pleased with this facility when I visited! The staff are friendly and informative. The meals are hot and customized to the residents health needs. Daily activities for residents are held to promote socialization and cognitive engagement! I attend the events they have because they support such wonderful causes and communities! It’s clear that they have a passion for their residents, and the communities they serve!

My grandmother moved to Heartfields at Easton about a year ago. It’s been the PERFECT fit for her! She has great friends there, the staff is wonderful, and we get the peace of mind that she’s well cared for while maintaining some of her independence.

Welcoming staff and administrators. Staff appear to be kind and caring. Working hard to make my sister feel welcomed.Activies are creative and stimulating . Issues are resolved with kindness.What I like best is that my sister is treated like the individual she is. The facility is clean with many cosy places to sit and chat. I have seen many old friends who are residents here.

I cant say enough about ALL the people who work at Heartfields in Easton. The kindness and patience is amazing! Its not a job, they really care about their residents. I feel so grateful for all the love they give my mom.

Mom was very happy there. I just wanted to add, that from [date removed] when she entered TC until she passed in [date removed], she needed to go into NH rehab facilities a few times for extra therapy, and each and every time she was discharged, I was so afraid TC would not accept her back since they really didn't provide that level of care she needed as an assisted living facility. With the loving and caring assistance and extra support from Sacred Heart Hospice for the last few months, she was able to remain there comfortably until the end. For this, my family and I were extremely grateful. It had always been our goal to keep her out of the nursing home. [name removed] and most of the staff were like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing placement for themselves or family members.

My mother really loves it there and I hope I can keep her there...i would say from what she has told me I will say a 5 on all of the categories but she did have a concern in regards to the rent going up....i guess in conversation from some of her neighbors...they spoke about the rent going up yearly...that may be a concern down the road. My mother says the staff have been very nice

My family is out of state. We all together thought it was time that I live in a spot where the day-to-day would be easier. I’m glad I did!! The food is good, the people are nice. They keep the day interesting.

We really liked it there the people were good to my mom, they offered a lot of activities and had good food.

My mother had a wonderful experience from the minute she walked through the door. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. My mother was reluctant to consider assisted living until she toured the facility, had lunch in the dining room and met with both staff members and some residents. She made the decision, “this is where I want to live “. My wife and I felt so comfortable with her decision. We could rest easy knowing she was happy, well cared for and was enjoying her social life. We would enthusiastically recommend Tuscany Villas to anyone considering an assisted living facility.

5 across the board. It has been a couple years but I think her name was [name removed], who managed accounting I believe. well she was super, I had a bit of a situation with dad's long-term insurance and there was a lot of back and forth but [name removed]excelled in getting a positive outcome. it is things like this that make a place special and appreciated by family members who are struggling with a heart breaking situation with their loved one.

Five Star won't take Medicaid which is crucial to those who have nothing coming in .It's definitely not home but no place could fill that position. So it's just where u want to try. Five Star does all our maintenance which is wonderful! I don't think I could get much better than Five Star.

She is happy there, having fun and making friends. She is no longer isolated like she was living south of town. The cleanliness must be a 5 because she's always been about hospital clean. She's shared no negative comments with me about cleanliness. She relates interactions with staff and residents to me frequently. Staff is always positive and caring. Most residents are great. Anything she needs done in her apartment, they are up there immediately to do it. She is also pleased with the weekly cleaning and laundry services. Having her bed made for her with the clean sheets is a huge help. She appreciates the variety of foods available. She has not said anything negative about the quality. They have movies twice a week and these have been moved up to her floor. She also loves doing the jigsaw puzzles. She has attended the Bible study a few times, although she hasn't commented about it recently. My opinion is that she could use one more activity. Maybe a monthly sing-along which is good for helping people with their memories. Based on what I saw when doing my research, she is getting her money's worth there for a assisted living facility. She's in a studio apartment, which is perfect for her since she is a minimalist with belongings.

I have been impressed by Savannah Square since my husband and I started looking many years ago. What I love the best about Savannah Square is the people. I have MANY friends here that I have met and I enjoy the fellowship. This is my family. I am very close with the leaders and team members, as well. This is one big family. No one is perfect but this is as close as it gets. I have referred other people to join us here because it is so special.

Everything was great and everyone was extremely helpful at Five Star Residences for our family member.

My 91 year old mother moved to Heartfield’s Assisted Living this past June. She had been in her house for over 60 years, and always said she would never move. So this was a BIG move for us all. Everything about Heartfield’s is first rate! The place is beautiful, the food is fantastic, but the best part is the caring staff! Everyone has been so welcoming and kind to us all, and I really credit the people there for making this such an easy adjustment for my mom. Almost every day, she says she is so glad she moved! On the days she doesn’t say it, I think she just forgets that she moved at all, and had such a big change. I go to visit every day, and just love how caring and kind everyone is! Not just with my mom, but with everyone there. It really is heartwarming. Thank you, everyone at Heartfield’s, for making this transition so easy for us all!!!

Love the activities the feeling of being of a family. It's healthcare support that provides support on-site even dental. I would be within walking distance of all St. Lucie West has to offer. I appreciate the authenticity if staff and resident.

Legacy Heights was very accommodating to our needs. They usually do a 30 day minimum for respite stays, but they agreed to do only 2 weeks for us. I don't know about a maximum.
