A Place For Mom went above and beyond our expectations and followed up regularly. They helped us find my moms facility and she called me a few days after moving in and said it’s the happiest she’s been since my dad passed away in 2013. Thank you all!

It is very "homey". Everyone that works there seems to really want to help you. Apartments are very large. We toured quite a few facilities and these had open big layouts. And they all seemed to have a patio or outdoor area.

I came in for a tour because I’m searching for a assisted living community for my mom. Excellent service here. [name removed] gave me more information than I expected and gave me a complete tour. I love the time and patience they gave me. I definitely recommend this place for a loved one

My Aunt is no longer at Five Star Residence at Clearwater. They were wonderful to my Aunt and a great staff. Unfortunately, she's had to move to a memory care facility, which is beyond Five Star's care level.

My brother had a degenerative neurological disease (PSP) with a fairly rapid onset and escalation. He and his family chose Heartfields when he reached a point of requiring more intensive oversight and care. As his condition worsened, the entire staff's commitment to assisting my brother increased - their care and support was genuine and respectful. Throughout his stay the communication from Heartfields with his family was as much as we could hope for.

We would highly recommend it to others. My mom went from living in her own house to her own apartment at Stratford Court. She loves it. The staff is awesome!

We didn't know what to expect when our father moved into an assisted living facility after living on his own for almost 100 years. He moved in about 3 months ago and is adjusting amazingly well. He has freedom to roam the beautiful premises inside and out and stays busy with the scheduled activities and transportation provided for outings. There's even a Chapel for services. He loves the food and seems to be healthier since he's moved in. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and caring. It was a great decision.

It's a smaller facility and a great sense of community. Dog friendly as it was so important that the folks could keep their little dogs! Plenty of activities to keep them busy, weekly grocery run. Just a really great location and facility for them. My folks really love it there!

Outstanding staff and nurses. State of the art facilities. Awesome dining room. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an assisted living place for a loved one. The people are professional, caring and treat everyone with the utmost respect.

I like the ambiance of our neighborhood. People are very friendly. Good service. I like the feeling of security. We have a lot of fun with our excellent activities. Natural beauty of our environment.

Senior living at Heartlands Ellicott City is simply the best. The entire campus feels safe whether walking during the day or night. The staff and assistants are all so helpful and friendly. Everyone treats you with respect and sees you as a person. I love that I found this place for my Father and his wife. There are lots of activities for everyone. If you don’t want activities there is movie night or just sit around the grounds outside and enjoy the view. You can even sit by the Koi pond and watch them swim. This is the best place to live if you need assisted living or independent living. The cost is great for all that you receive.

I would recommend. Park Place is frequently understaffed just like most businesses. My mom often helps out with cleaning, bussing tables, washing windows etc. wish she could get a job there. Meals are lacking due to under staffing.

This is a great place for your loved ones! Our Mother is there for 8years and loves it. Staff is fantastic helpful caring and very professional as well! we love [name removed] and [name removed]! Please come check it out you will love it too!

I feel very much at home here at The Gardens. Workers are all kind and professional. I feel very safe. Beautiful job with my laundry and my clothes. Great teamwork with a smile. I am grateful.

[Name removed] took my mother and I for a walk through of the community and did an amazing job. The community has a lot of energy and provides a space for seniors to continue living in a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. The facilities are very welcoming and open, when we arrived the community space was being used for an aerobics class. Access to the 2 apartment complexes couldn’t be easier and the multiple access points make any apartment easy to get to. They also provide shopping carts at each entrance for grocery shuttle. We toured 3 different apartment layouts, I believe there are 6 variations, lots to choose from. Overall, an incredibly welcoming space.

[Name removed] was very helpful discussing all aspects of the Palms. She took her time discussing details. Took a tour and reviewed a room and dining area on the 5th floor. [Name removed] reviewed the food menu and the many options available. We also viewed the dining area on the first floor. [Name removed] was very reassuring and made us feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and personable.

My loved one is satisfied with all of the categories that are listed with the exception of the meals and dining service - that is a rating of 1 in his opinion. We would recommend this community to other families, but only if they are not Italian and used to really good food.

We have been extremely pleased with our move to Brandon Woods three months ago. It has met all of our expectations from the extremely helpful staff, as well as the facility, activities, and dining services.

My daughter & I was given a tour of Somerford & Place, Frederick this past week. After seeing several other “Senior Homes” I found Somerford & Place to outshine the other locations by far. I loved having a choice of room size & good views. I was very impressed by the cleanliness & homey feel. No where on our tour did I detect that “nursing home odor. Very pleasant everywhere we went! ALL of the staff we saw was pleasant & friendly to us & very informative. I highly recommended.
