Staff was caring, housekeeping was excellent, the move in process was okay (more help could have been provided). The meals were great. Communication with the family (especially medical information) was not consistent or acceptable. Any time the home health nurse was involved, communication was good. Trying to communicate through the nursing office was difficult at best. Overall, our family would definitely recommend this facility.

All were very committed to their jobs. Communication with them was exceptional. Staff/nurses/pt ot. The food was beyond exceptional. I hope I never need a place like this but if I did I would stay there. It's more like a all-inclusive vacation!!!

My experience at Heartfields was excellent! I couldn’t have placed [name removed] in a more caring, professional environment. I would recommend Heartfields to anyone. It was a difficult time for me and they made it easier on a daily basis to continue to help [name removed]

I have done quite a bit of research on places to let my father, who suffers from dementia, live out his years. The palms at Port St. Lucie west checks all the boxes. It’s a clean, well staffed, lively yet calm place. The food is very good, the facilities are kept up very well, the entertainment and activities are fitting for the facility and members seem to very much enjoy themselves. Most importantly, the staff is kind and patient. From the nurses to the front office, I find that every is quite professional and as helpful as they can be. This makes an otherwise unpleasant situation much better and easier to navigate. I’m very happy to have found the palms at pt st Lucie west and would recommend anyone looking to check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

HC seemed better able and more willing to support & accommodate individuals who don't fit neatly into AL or IL. The marketing team was responsive and patient during the move in process; the facility was able to meet my mother's needs; it is clean and well kept; staff at every level have been pleasant, helpful and professional. If my mother has an issue in her unit, they respond quickly. Amenities, activities and meals are fairly standard but HC does a nice job all around. They happened to have an apartment available that fit my mother's needs perfectly, so right place, right time.

Everyone was super helpful and welcoming. Communications have been great. The staff has been great for my loved one. I would recommend the facility.

The moment I walked into five star at Clearwater for a tour I felt the warmth of this community. The facility itself is well kept, clean and with a warm and welcoming feeling. Staff are truly there to help the residents, evening helping in ways that may not be under their job titles. The residents seemed to enjoy the community activities and programs. My father is happy with his unit and the services offered. We look forward to building relationships with both the residents and staff.

People friendly & helpful. Many activities for residents. Excellent food service. Residents are very happy & friendly. Have laundry & apt cleaning available too. Offer transportation to stores & can reserve transport for appointments too. Have many beautiful common area rooms to enjoy. The apartment is small but well laid out. Able to decorate nicely. Also offer physical therapy. Has beauty/ barber shop available too!

It was the best overall that we visited. They have a veteran, very friendly & accomodating staff. Most of the residents seem very happy with their experience there. Activities are plentiful and it is very clean and well run.

I would recommend it! I feel like it was a good fit for my dad. I think it was expensive.. they all are.My dad could not walk when he arrived at Overlook Green and he's back to where he was prior to his 3 month hospital / rehab stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Riviera and will return there later in life. I chose Riviera because of its location, closer to the ocean than others. Also, I love the architecture and style of the community.

Every staff member from dining service to nursing and care greets the residents by name. Every one of them is friendly, kind, and patient. The food options have a nice variety with daily specials, but also several standard options if the specials don't appeal to them. The food is very good, not like institutional food.

I want to thank you for all your kindness and patience with [name removed]. You all truly have hearts of gold and the patience of a saint. Barrington Terrace was a perfect fit for my mom.

I was very skeptical in the beginning. My mother has been there for years. The staff treats my Mother like family. The Exec. Dir. goes over the top to provide the requested quality of care without hesitation. The nursing dept. which incl'd [names removed] are incredible. The team calls me to see how I am when I don’t show up to visit my mother. I would trust my life with any of these nurses! Dir. of Activities & her assistant has implemented creative activities that keeps the residents entertained & cognitively intact. Some of the most valuable staff are the receptionists. They have provided all of my needs when requested & have gone way over the top when they don’t need to. They inform me how my mother is doing on a daily basis when I call. Also incredible & consistent, the Director of Maintenance, along side him is his assistant. They are so advanced & sophisticated with technology & has provided provided so many services & care for my mother in all arenas. Thank you!

They genuinely care about the residents and keep family members posted about everything. I got a good vibe when I saw the facility on my initial tour and they are reasonably priced compared to other places that just were not as nice as Overlook Green is.

This facility is like a Luxury hotel! The beautiful decor is throughout the entire facility. The staff and residents Are all so kind and helpful. My sister says that she finally feels like she had a real home. The food is also very good, they have a 5 star culinary chef. The price is not much more than another facility I was at in Decatur....but well worth the upgrades! For example I didn't have to pay extra for stainless steel appliances and meals...they are included in my monthly rent. There is an outdoor pool, recreation room, Free laundry room, dining facilities, spacious hallways and much more. They also after a discount for veterans and their spouses. It's definitely worth looking into for you or your loved one.

I am currently a resident at Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood and overall things are great. The meals are good, but the meat is often tough. The move in process went okay for me. I would recommend this facility to others.

The virtual tour with [name removed] was great. I then went in person to see and found a studio apartment for my mom to move into from another assisted living facility. The rate is half the price. She loves it. We downsized, organized and she is happy not to have to worry about the cost.

From what I see, the facility is very clean, inviting, nicely decorated. They make it fun and festive with the holidays. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly, and it amazes me every time how they seem to know every resident's name. They treat you like family or a close friend.

The staff is wonderful and caring. Very pleasant in every interaction. Overall the meals that are served just do not seem to be very creative. We are very happy with our experience at Aspenwood.
