Wonderful facility, great staff. Tuscany Villa takes great care with its residents. It's always clean. And, if there is a concern or question, someone will always responds quickly. The staff is friendly. The food is good.

Tuscany Villa of Naples has been nothing short of terrific and a Godsend for my mom. She’s been there 3+ years. At first she was reluctant to move, but ALL of the staff has been wonderful in making her comfortable and happy. Like a miracle! She has new friends, participates in activities - more than I hoped for - she had been pretty much a loner before. The facility is clean, furnished lovely, but more importantly, the STAFF at every level is professional, personable, and always greet you with a smile. Don’t hesitate to move your Mom (or Dad or both) to Tuscany. Not a single resident has contracted covid since it began which is a testament to their commitment to residents and employees alike.

The staff specifically the assistant director really stood out to us. He was very informative and very welcoming. He made us aware of different options to help reduce the overall cost. When our loved one had to be moved they were very helpful organizing the move, and helped arrange visiting times. The rooms were very good. The other thing they did that we were impressed with, was once our loved one was discharged from the hospital, they arranged 24/7 around the clock care.

This community has been very great, and it is kept clean. the value has been good and the care services have been excellent. Due to COVID they have stopped most of the activities but they do have somethings online.

Huge facility, great layout, close to the downtown area, rooms are a bit dated but amenities make up for it

We chose Overland Park Place because the price was very good, the food was great, the rooms are spacious, and it is very close to my house so we can visit often. The meals are all chef prepared, they have specials of the day as well as a menu with variety along with a salad bar. The dining room is very nice and accessible for residents. They have just opened the dining room back up for limited meals since COVID. The best part about the community so far has been the staff members. They all seem to know her and have a relationship with her as well as all of the other residents. I get a weekly update about the infection level and there has been no cases of COVID. I would definitely recommend this community.

Washington Township was always kept clean, we thought the value of this community was very good. We really liked the overall look of this community, everyone there was extremely friendly. The rooms are good size and very nice. The residents always played bingo, and arts and crafts. It might of been simple but everyone seemed to enjoy it. The food was good, they did have a variety for the residents to choose from. We were very with Washington Township!

The staff at Five Star Premier is pretty friendly they are very attentive to the residence, they seem to really care about them. Due to mothers physical condition she isn't able to participate in the overall activities they offer to the residence. They do have live performances and lectures, they will have members of the orchestra come in and give performances. They have great social activities. My mother seems pretty happy with the food, the rooms are very nice.

It is really a beautiful place. They have two courtyard areas, a theater room, a spa room. The food is good. I would like to see them bring in someone to do hair for the residents. They also have a community room where they do a lot of activities and an art room where they do residents' nails.

Would rate this place a 10 out of 10. It is a remarkable community, the food is great, they have a full size pool. And make fresh cookies, and fresh fruit, and fresh lemonade everyday. The location is absolutely amazing, its breathtaking. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They have great activities, such as bingo, they celebrate veterans day and birthdays. They have a happy hour once a week! They have church service. Its absolutely remarkable.

I was a caregiver for my husband until [date removed]. When I interviewed at Legacy Heights, I knew it was the place my him. Everyone was knowledgeable, informative, very kind and led me through the process which was extremely difficult for me emotionally. I am extremely pleased with the entire staff at Legacy Heights. From the caregivers, nurses, administrators, dining staff, front desk, activity directors, maintainence staff and ALL employees (don’t want to exclude anyone) are amazing. The care, respect, attention and kindness are only a few adjectives to describe the level of care my husband is receiving. When Covid hit the level of care, attention and work ethic reached a new level. Legacy Heights had already become my extended family but with COVID I found they cared about the patients and families emotional and physical well being. They did their best to meet the needs of everyone as they tried to stay healthy them,selves. Such dedication should be commended. I am indebted to all those at Legacy Heights trying tokeep my husband healthy, engaged and safe. I’m so thankful and feel blessed he is in their care.

The staff was very on top of everything and there was never a time when I thought they neglected the cleanliness of the community; it was as clean as I would keep my own home. The staff was all wonderful. They were fantastically attentive to what was going on and getting it out in front of you. They were always very willing to help no matter what time of day.

They were routinely cleaning the room and were always very thorough. The staff was good about keeping communication going and were always friendly when approached. They routinely took vitals and kept track of the residents' care daily. We did think Heart Fields was good value.

The times I've been there it's been very clean. The staff is very friendly. The care is very good. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there have been a lot of ups and downs and the community is on lock down. We felt at first they were a little slow to update us on the status of the community, but they have gotten better over time. My father loves the food. He doesn't partake much in the activities, but they do offer them for the residents. My father has his own room and needed some more care throughout the night so we needed to hire an additional aid with him. One aid in particular has been great with keeping up with him and letting us FaceTime us. We looked at a couple communities and brought my father up from Florida, and we were very happy up until this pandemic. We don't necessarily think it is the fault of the community, however, as this has been a very difficult time for everybody.

Although established years ago, The Forum at Town Center gives a person that "family feel" when entering the community. It is a "love worn" community with lots of heart, soul and smiles. The residents and staff are very friendly and helpful, and it's because of the residents, folks apsire to work here. The community hosts both Independent Living (IL) and Assisted Living (AL). Normally a very social and active community, this has halted a bit because of our world pandemic. Slowly, events and activities are beginning to surface, but with new rules, as they wish to remain a Covid-free community and want to continue to keep their residents and staff safe. So much love and compassion in this community. Check them out for yourself.

My mom just recently moved into the Gables, and from start to finish it was a seamless experience. The atmosphere is warm, congenial and inviting, while the staff makes sure that the community’s needs are met. Even though my mom’s move was at a difficult time during the nation’s outbreak of the Corona virus, the staff has gone out of their way to make sure of the well-being and safety of all. Our interaction with [name removed], the director of the Gables, has been most pleasant. She has been warm, sincere, and genuinely caring not only to my mom but also to me and my husband. We made the wisest decision to have my mom move into the Gables. I highly recommend the Gables.

Excellent facility and tour and Sales Rep [name removed] went above and beyond. Extremely informative. Friendly environment and residents. Very reasonable prices for the many services. Nice garden apartment. Serious option and our first choice all around.

I love this community! I have a lot of friends in different facilities and this one by far is the most warmest welcoming place! The staff is a very kind caring group of people! It is always a joy to interact with the other people who live there! My friend who has lived there for a few years loves the activities and the very helpful staff! When it is time for me to move to a place like this , I will definitely choose Rio Las Palmas for my home!

My in-laws recently moved here. Father in law in memory care and my mother in law in independent living. My FIL hasn't been happy in any of the other facilities he was in and he said yesterday that he likes it here. MIL is happy in her apartment and has the ability to go visit her husband whenever she likes. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful and the other residents are very welcoming. Plus they offer a wide range of activities for their residents.
