I think they do a wonderful job at Arbor Terrace at Kingwood! We initially had my loved one here for a brief respite stay, just to see how she liked the place, and they really went out of their way to win her over. The introduced Mom to some other ladies who live here, and they did a great job showing her around and taking her to activities! Now that Mom has moved in I really appreciate the hard work that each and every staff member puts in. Irene, the concierge, has been an especially big help. If Mom has let her cell phone run out of batteries all I need to do is call Irene and she'll go up and remind Mom to plug it in!

I am really pleased my dad seems to love it. It always smells nice and the apt is always cleaned the food looks good and my dad eats more times then what he did. I pray that they keep up the good work..

I like it here so far. The people are friendly, and it's kept clean. I don't have any complaints. I would give them a five at this point. I am pretty happy with them.

They have been excellent. They are great. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They take really good care of my mom. The food is good, they have plenty of activities. We don't have any complaints at all, about anything. They really do a great job.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place has been thus far and my mother has only been there a week! The staff is so loving, caring and seems genuine in their concern for my mom. They are immediately "on" anything I have questions or concerns about. My mom seems very content and is starting to feel more at home every day. It's clean, the food is good(I had lunch one day) and there are fun things going on all the time! I highly reccommend Ashley Glen for senior living!

I thought the people were extremely friendly and welcoming to my mother in law. The food is great. It's small so its homey. I would totally put her in there permanently if I could afford it. My mother in law has nothing but good things to say about it. It has been a great experience for us. She is very happy here. I would highly recommend The Wentworth of Las Vegas to anyone who can afford it. It's very nice.

We had my dad at another place that was very expensive and in which dad ended up on the floor three times in the first ten days. We ended up getting him in Silverado Aspen Park as recommended by A Place For Mom, and they have been great. From the first tiem there I got a really good feeling about it. Dad lived there for a short time and eventually passed away there, and everything about the experience from beginning to end was absolutely flawless. The place was an absolute Godsend.

The new management that has come in with the change from Westminster to Arbor Terrace are fantastic. My mom has lived in Arbor Terrace for a year now and in the last month lost her husband. The staff has gone over and beyond in helping my mother with her loss. They show my mom such love and have well exceeded our expectations in assisting her during her transition. The renovations are going slower than anticipated but the end result looks to be well worth the wait. If you want your parent to be in a place where everyone from the waitstaff to the Manager treat them with love and respect, overlook the temporary phase of renovations and consider Arbor Terrace. Stacy, Irene and Penny...you guys are awesome!

This was the first facility that we looked at when the time came to relocate our father to Longview. We walked in and had a great first impression, and then an equally great 2nd, third and 4th impression as we learned more about the quality of care, the quality of the staff, the quality of the physical plant that is offered. . Every detail about Fountainview has been well thought out. Of the 6 facilities we looked at that day, this was our first choice. We have great peace of mind, now, knowing that our father is in a wonderfully friendly place, as well as meeting his needs for assistance at age 99. The location is just right for us, too, to be able to pick him up and take him places. This was such an answer to prayer. We are so grateful.

My brother has been in the Memory Care Unite for 11 months. The level of care and compassion at The Wentworth is exceptional. The amenities are great, food, actives and cleanliness. As a family we always feel welcome, the staff knows are names and director reach's out if things are needed, we feel involved and informed. Recent changes are very positive, room renovation, outings for the Memory Care residents, amazing chef and upgraded staff all lend itself to making a difficult situation a bit easier to deal with. Given the same unfortunate situation, I would highly recommend The Wentworth of Las Vegas, although it is a long drive for us, the level of care and commitment makes it all worth while.

Lake View Terrace is the premier memory care community in Lake Havasu City, AZ. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We love it!

My sister and I have been looking for an assisted living/memory care facility that would be suitable for our 87 year old mother. The Wentworth is that perfect place. Mom has been there for a little over a month, and she is very happy there. I can't say enough about the caring staff. They are kind, helpful and very patient. My mother used to live alone, and we were constantly worried about her. It is such a relief to know how well she is taken care of. The entire staff from the Director, the nurses and the care givers have been wonderful!

We have been so pleased with Provision Living. The staff is always polite and helpful.

Everything I have heard has been positive, and when I have been there I have been really happy. They have very friendly, and it's really clean. Ultimately the thing that stands out the most is the staff, they really are so nice.

This was not the First Place my Brother and I looked at. But it was the Last One. What can we say? If it was one of us......Put us here Please!!. Daughter & Son

Our family was TOTALLY satisfied with The Inn at Los Patio's staff, care, activities, FOOD and natural environment with squirrels, birds, many trees, flowers and beautiful trails for walking. The Inn is a home and the staff truly cares for the residents.

It's going great!! He is doing very well there, adjusting and settling in nicely. I really like it cause it's small. The aides are excellent. It's much more homey than some of the other places. He eats better there than he ever has. I was there a lot in the beginning being an eagle eye. Any issue that ever came up was handled right away, and now I can relax knowing they do a great job. We are just so happy with them!

We are very pleased with them. They are very caring and have a lot of staff that are very helpful and I am there at all times of the day. She has really settled in very nicely. I am totally impressed. They try to befriend the residents and help them to interact appropriately with each other, and just observe. I've seen a good variety of food. Everyone else gets specialized care for the diets, for diabetics, or soft food or whatever they need, and they have someone to watch and make sure that they get the right kind of meal. They have four people to a table so it's not overwhelming, with cloth tablecloths. They really put thought into everything. Everything is accessible for the residents, and when they move in they do shadowboxes of the things the residents like and show their personality a little bit. They don't seem to overcharge you, but you do have to provide your own toileting supplies. They have huge t.v.'s, good security and a nice safe place to sit outside. It's a very good place!

I like the professionalism, and all of the activities, to meet my dad's needs. They have a large number of staff members that can help, and they have a lot of activities. They go out boating, they have a wood shop, they have musical performances, they have something to do on a day to day activities. They have a lot for them to choose from. The location is pretty good because it is close to my house. I can't think of anything that could really be better.
