Our loved one moved in right before covid, so our experience was pretty limited.

The community is clean and, they have reopened the dining room and they are eating in shifts. They have had no residence with covid, and their covid plan has worked well. I would recommend the community to others.

We chose this facility at the time because of the location, it was very convenient to visit for us and the price for it being brand new was very reasonable. She was in memory care so they were smaller rooms. It was difficult because we were in memory care, so the activities and things that made it so appealing we did not get to take advantage of. The meals were chef prepared and very good. I would recommend.

I would recommend you be hands on with the care staff for your loved one and make sure the staff does what you want done. The staff was good at communicating via phone or visit. They were prompt in response to any of the questions I had.

The community has a friendly staff, they are well organized, and very attentive to the residents. My loved one isn't as social as others, but I don't blame Shorehaven. The staff are responsive to any questions or concerns I have with my loved one.

We chose Windward Palms at the time because it was narrowed down to 3 locations and they gave us a deal that if we signed up by end of the week they would waive move in feed. They also had very good amenities that we liked as well. He is in the larger of the 2 studios, they have a huge variety on apartment sizes. I have never eaten here myself, but my father is not a big fan of the food. I would recommend the community, but they would need to the pros and cons. They had an amazing leasing agent but she left a couple of months ago. They do have a roach problem here, they have someone come in once a month to spray and recently more like once a week, I think this is due to the food being delivered to the rooms. They have a very unusual amenity, they have a program where if you sign up and make a request, each one of their properties (they have about 300) has 2 rooms that lets other people from the other properties for 7 days come and stay at no additional cost.

What stuck out to us about Prestige Assisted Living was the shower in the bathroom, it was a large walk in shower that was important to us because she is in a wheelchair. It was able to accommodate her needs better than others we looked at. The room sizes here are just fine. I have eaten here and the food was very good, they are fresh, chef prepared meals. Overall, I would recommend.

We really like the nursing staff and the manager, our only complaint we have about the place is over the weekends there are no regular staff members. The rooms are nice, and our loved ones thing the food is good.

We chose Prestige Assisted Living because of the affordability and the location. The room sizes here are very but they were adequate for her needs. I ate here and the food was hit or miss depending on what was being served that day and they did have some chef turnover. I would recommend to others looking.

My mother and my mother-in-law are both living at Brookdale Northbrook. The facility is fairly new and very clean. The apartments are nice sized and well taken care of. The staff try hard to please the residents in a difficult business. They will accommodate most requests as possible. Normally they have excellent activities but, due to Covid, they cannot do much right now. Looking forward to next year when things return to normal hopefully.

The activities at The Atrium are great, everyday they had bingo and chair exercises. There was also arts and crafts, and every Friday there is a happy hour with horderves, you could get a drink if you wanted and as well as invite your family to join. There was always something going on. When it came to the meals there was a lot to choose from, cafeteria was always open. They have two entrees each day, and if you weren't able to go down and get the food, they would bring it up to your room.

We are more familiar the independent side of the facility, but we thought Sedgwick Plaza was very inviting and the residents that were there that we saw were very willing to introduce themselves and welcome our loved in. We would recommend this community,

Prestige Assisted Living is a nice facility, it is a good place. The rooms are adequate. The food would be about a three out of five, it could be better. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

The care we have received during the pandemic, exceptional. The food has failed some. at least have better hearty options.

A difficult time for a review at the Covid-19 issue. The staff all have gone above and beyond to keep us safe. I'm sure that no other place could be better. They are providing activities for getting together/visiting family, etc.

I think the community has done a very good job keeping us safe during the pandemic. I'm quite satisfied living here. In ordinary times there are enough classes and entertainment to keep one occupied. The food is consumable, overall, quite good, but certainly not exceptional. The staff here has been helpful during this pandemic period and the young helpers have really excelled.

Thought the window chat was great, but with [name removed] in a wheelchair, it's impossible for her to go very far outside because the cashier didn't have footrests. It is possible to get some chairs with footrests. [name removed] legs are not very strong.

We chose Brookdale Northbrook because of the location and my dad needed an extra level of care that they were able to provide. Their apartment here is adequate for their needs. They do think that the food could use some improvement. The facility seems to be very cognizant and safe during covid, they are doing a lot of cleaning and being smart about it which is great. Overall I would recommend the community.

Well run. Many activities. Interesting people. Specials: gym (and gym leader), special lectures, etc at Oakdale. Lunches and talks.

I have lived at the Sheridan for four years, and I am very satisfied here. I intend to spend the rest of my life here.
