I have only been here for five weeks. The staff is friendly, and the management isn't as friendly. We have starting to open the dining room, and they limit it to one day a week that have limit it to 20 people and you have your day to go due to the virus. There is only staff from 7 am to 7 pm and no overnight. There haven't been much activities due to the virus, they are starting to bring back activities such as bingo.

They are a good place with very friendly residents. The staff did a solid job of taking care of the residents. We had a positive overall experience. The room sizes were good and the layout was good. They have an outdoor space for residents. My father in law liked the food.

I have been a resident at Redwood for 2 years. I enjoy the company of many people here in Napa. Every member of the staff is friendly and caring I most appreciate the access we have to transportation. The pandemic has created many challenges but I am confident that we will have a more normal living experience soon. I look forward to enjoying outings sharing meals in the dining room and returning to normal living!

Everything great, until COVID. Now, we have to stay in our rooms. Not allowed out, can walk dogs and walk outdoors.

Have felt very comfortable and safe living here. The staff has been very accommodating. Listened to our suggestions and have acted on some of them.

Although on the experience side, The Regent is a great place to live. Staff and employees are cheerful and helpful. We are disappointed that several of the selling points that caused us to choose The Regent no longer apply such as managers on premises 24/7 and a change of chicken breast as a permanent option.

1) [name removed] (the manager), [name removed] and activities coordinator have done a fabulous job during the COVID lockdown. The food is good. Facility well-maintained. I know my mother is well taken care of. The only complaint is the annual 6% rent increase, makes the cost higher than new tenants, unfair.

Nice independent facility! Lots of activities available. Transportation for doctor, dentist, or eye appointments. Shopping on bus every Monday. Been here for 5 years! Reasonable!

I chose this community because my son and I looked at them all and we chose the same one. The room sizes are very spacious, I also have a balcony. I have no complaints about the food. My favorite part about the community is the friendliness of employees and the residents. I would absolutely recommend Maple Downs.

Indigo Pines was always clean, some of the staff was friendly and some were not. This community didn't have that many activities for the residents. The food there wasn't all that great. This is a little bit older of a community, it was one of the lease expensive places we looked it. The rooms at Indigo Pines are very nice.

The staff at Bridge Park are great. They put up with people that are always complaining about everything. Staff personnel are always friendly and helpful when they can be. They try and have events for everyone that stays there. As for the meals well they are something else. I don't know what they think these people eat, but sometimes the food is not all that good. Meats are very hard to cut at times. Selection is not always the best. Like I said earlier, you are not going to make everyone happy with anything you do.

Staff very responsive to our needs. Moms apartment could be cleaned better.

Are used to come in once a week clean the room but now every two weeks and I can’t seem to keep the cleaning Personnel so we have to always be retrained . The food is not that hot I’ll pass cook I’ve been better and we have to re-eat the food in your microwave

During our challenging times, our facility has put a lot of effort in where we live. We wash our hands, wear a face mask and social distancing up to 6 ft. We travel to appointments and shop every Monday! We still have activities with distance. Wearing face mask. Eventually they'll find a cure or vaccine in society around the world. Until then, we'll survive. Thank you!

I’m so happy that I live in wonderful place callled Illahee the people are so nice and treat each other like family.

We are still under the virus watch and since I have been here a little more than a year we have had more than one manager and the current one is leaving.

Our dad was 104 years old and we wanted to makesure that he had 24 hr care, we were told that we would have to hire extra care which was fine with us and we did. Unfortunately, he fell one night, the doors were locked and paramedics couldn't get in. Because this situation, we moved him out. We loved the place, the food was great, and the staffing was wonderful prior to this.

Nice, good employees and management is excellent.

This 9 table dining with the required space between tables is a great idea.
