I would recommend the facility. We picked this community because it was recommended by an employee/relative.

He doesn't really like the food, but he's eating more regularly (staff makes sure). He doesn't participate in any activities, but staff encourages him to.

It's expensive but we are thankful for genuine concern and care the Windsor staff provided for my mom.

I am so thankful for A Place for Mom. They helped me find the perfect place for my mother. Ridgecrest formerly Atria fits all of my mother's needs and wants. She still has her independence but people are there to look after her at the same time. They are great people. They seem to genuinely care, as if they were all family.

The care they provide is fantastic. They check on my mom just to make sure she is ok. We have a lot of fun at the activities. The mother's day tea was a blast. The health Director is fast and efficient. If she has an ailment, [name removed] is on it.

When Anthology changed to Remington I was a little concerned that things would not get better. But I have seen a lot of changes such as more activity’s and A friendlier environment. My sister is in memory care and I see first hand what takes place on that floor. this is not an easy job to take care of people in memory care. My main concern is my sister is taking care of, not only by the staff but also [facility removed] Hospice . The staff is very friendly and treat me with respect , which means a lot. From the workers taking care of my sister to housekeeping and activity’s the people doing the job are the best. I also see what has been happening on the other floors. The Windsor of Cape Coral is an older facility, but has recently been updated, and is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. It is very welcoming. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and gets to know all of the residents.

My husband entered Windsor at Ortega about [date removed]. He passed on [date removed]. The care that he received was very good. Staff was very supportive to me. It's a great place. I highly recommend them to anybody.

We loved the place she was at but mother passed away in [date removed]. The staff was great! They truly loved my mom and treated her so nice. Based on the experience we had, we would definitely recommend this community to other families! A very friendly, family oriented, close knit community.

We were only here a short amount of time, but the staff were amazing! They were awesome at getting Mom involved in interactions with the other residents. They also made us feel very welcomed when we visited and part of the experience.

The place is so clean and the people are very friendly. If you need anything if they don't know the answer they will look into it and try to help figuring it out. The food in the dining room is very good. We try to eat with our loved one as much as we can.

Oh My Goodness! I went to the Memory Care section of this Facility. I nearly broke into happy tears when I saw the residents being cared for in such a respectful way. They have activities! They were baking cookies! There wasn't workers yelling down the hall! It blew me away when it was time for lunch and the activity directors assistant handed the residents warm wash clothes, scented, for aroma therapy and clean hands! This is a place I would want to go when and if my family was in the position to find a home for me.

I want to thank the staff at Heartis in Warminster for welcoming my Aunt with such open arms. They had this beautiful red carpet laid out for her and treated her like a celebrity. Her apartment was perfect as we had set it up completely before she moved in. She met her neighbors at lunch and was invited to play games with them in the afternoon and have happy hour right before dinner. We were very nervous about how this move was going to go but it was a such a success.

My mother has been very happy there. Everyone there is so nice and speak so highly of her and it just is a very nice place to be. The apartments are very nice! It is just the perfect size for her. They also have a lot of great activities provided for the residents to participate in.

The price is high. But seems to be on par with other facilities. Based on the experience our family has had with Atria at Cranberry Woods, we would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

I had a positive experience here. However I am younger than most of the residents. Therefore I felt out of place. It has taken some time before I felt comfortable among the community! But every day things improved.

Whenever I enter this building and am on a particular unit, no matter the time, [name removed] med tech is most helpful, Respectful and the best part of her uniform is her smile. I have been entering ALF's 4 Long term care facilels x 6 years and she is truly one of a kind

The staff are very helpful and courteous. The staff does tend to get just and in a routine of what they need to get done that day but everyone is very helpful overall. The facility is very clean and it is understandable that it might be a little tricky to totally eliminate some smells.

It is memory care and the staff keep you informed of issues as they occur and they will occur. Never during a visit, it always happens at night or early am - the staff will inform you as soon as things are under control.
