We had a really good first impression with The Windsor at Ortega - the inside of the community is very nicely appointment and decorated. The apartment rooms themselves are also very nice, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pricing is very consistent with other communities in the area, it is not the highest but not the lowest so overall we think it is a good value. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

I am very pleased with Legend at Capital Ridge. It's a very warm, family-like environment. I like the size of the community - it's not really large. So I feel like the residents get more personal attention. When I first visited, I immediately felt like this was going to be the place for my husband. He has truly thrived here and is happy, which makes having to move him into a care home much easier for me. I would highly recommend it to others. It's a great value. Several of the other quality care homes in Topeka are nearly twice the price. Legend really tries to include the family with some special activates - for instance, there's going to be a Thanksgiving family meal coming up. And I like that they make that effort to include the family as well.

My experience overall has been very good.

We really like the friendliness of all the residents and staff there, but when it comes to the activities we do think they could improve on having more educational ones. The meals and dining from what we have heard are just okay. However based on the experience we have had so far with Legend at Council Road we would recommend them to other families.

Since I moved into this community, staff were and are friendly and caring. I moved here in [date removed]. Maintenance staff fixed whatever problem that I had within the same day of the next day. God bless

I absolutely LOVE the workers, from the director down to the maintenance person, all of them are very caring and kind. I would definitely recommend Legend at Mingo Road to other families looking.

What we really like about the Renaissance North Tampa community is the building itself and just how clean everything is. We do not have much feedback over the meals and dining service, as well as the activities but based on our families experience so far we would recommend them to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

The Legend Assisted Living community is a beautiful place and our loved one is doing great there. Everybody is wonderful and extremely friendly - however sometimes they are understaffed so the response times may be a little slower then usual. There are plenty of different activities going on there, they have a board that shows everything that is doing on. Our loved one really enjoys the bingo and arts and crafts

Our family member loved living at Legend of Lititz. She felt comfortable and was included in all of the crafts and other activities they had going on. There were plenty of places for her to sit and be peaceful. And the staff were relatively easy to work with when we needed something.

This is a good facility. Cleanliness is good and the staff is friendly. It's more expensive than other options in the area. If that's not a factor for some, I would recommend them.

The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The staff and residents are friendly and caring. It is a safe environment. Much thought has gone into the remodel of the facility to make it a top notch facility. Staff do a great job of timely giving medications, and making sure everyone gets at least 3 meals. There does not seem to be a big turnover in staff. They also encourage participation in activities. I do not worry about my loved one at Legend.

This is a very nice community; however, it is very expensive for the care they provide. The community is able to provide medication management, dressing and bathing assistance. They are able to provide activities for the residents to participate in. There are outings, exercises, and more for the residents to engage with. My loved one enjoys the food offered. There are three meals a day served, and the residents have choices to choose from.

My father has been living at Heartis for almost one year. It has continued to grow and improve from day one. Recently, my Dad went on a trip to Wegman's for a grocery shop. The driver [name removed] volunteered to shop for him because Wegman's was out of scooters so he took my dad's list and shopped for him. They have continued to try to go over and above for him and for that I'm grateful. My only hope is that they will continue this in the dining department as well. This is the only area that we see can use more improvement. I appreciate the entire staff and their kindness toward my father.

This facility is fairly new, it's bright and on only one floor. The apartments are a good size and the bathrooms are nice and large. The kitchenettes are set up well. They are a bit short staffed and that has an impact in some areas. The staff is friendly and I appreciate the fact that within a week or two everyone greeted my mom by name and in a very pleasant manner. They do offer activities, but sometimes they are a bit juvenile. But I appreciate the fact that they try to get the residents involved. They provide housekeeping and it is done well and the person doing it is very nice. The facility is clean and it always looks and feels clean and fresh. I would recommend it to others.

I toured this facility and it was very good. Good location. Price was just a little higher than we were looking for.
