The people who work at Rovermont community are incredibly nice and friendly, our mom loves them. However the facility does a really bad job of trying to integrate new residents. They are no new activities for the residents, they do not reach out to them and they don't help them sign up for things.

We did not have a good experience here at the Linden. She got covid when she was here. The facility charged us for her room after she had passed so we were not happy about that. They have just seemed kind of stand off-ish and have not been empathetic. Before all of this happened, it did seem like a nice comfortable facility and the director was nice to work.

We chose Rivermont Independent Living because of the value for the money as well as the location. The apartment sizes here fit her needs perfectly. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would definitely recommend.

I would tell others that the community has about everything you would need for your apartment size. It is a little overpriced, but otherwise it is very nice. It is good community.

The community is pretty good overall. There was some staff that was terrific, and some that weren't as good.

The facility is beautiful and the care was good. The administration was not as helpful and we struggled with them. The maintenance man was amazing and he was quick to fix any issues. The activities were very good and they tried hard to engage the residence.

Overall the community is clean, however we do think they could do a little bit better of a job assisting our loved one with cleaning her room. The rooms sizes are pretty good, our loved one has a one bedroom, with a refrigerator, sink and a microwave.

I would tell others that we have had a great experience at Anthology of McCandless. We are very happy with the facility and would recommend it to anyone that is looking.

Before the virus everything was great. We are trying to recover but it is very slow. I realize the situation so I'm trying to be patient. Meals are getting better but I still miss a good breakfast. Management is good!

I like living here. The residents are particularly friendly, exciting, and fun to be with. I find the staff to be cordial and helpful. My apartment is pleasant and the light comes through very cheerful.

I like my room. It has all my needs met. I moved here to be close to my daughter. Enjoy the activities. Concerned about Covid but Windsor handing well.

Movies, activities, people are nice.

We chekced out a few different places nad we chose this one becuase I talked to a Chaplin from the hospital and they had no issues with this facility that they knew of. They have gone through some management changes bnut the staff has bene friendly for the most part. Overall, I have been satisfied and would recommend to others.

the staff is very friendly and they have a good activities director. They have a good covid plan in place and are keeping the residence safe. I would recommend this community to others.

I would tell others this community is impressive. The care is great, especially the high level of care from the staff, and dedication to the residents. The staff is very responsive with any questions or concerns I have. The food can be good at times, and others just ok.

There care services have been good for my loved one. The activities have been good. They recently started eating in the dining room again. The community helped my loved one organize a game of Scrabble with other residents.

We've always had a great staff who do their utmost to meet our needs and desires. I especially appreciate the measures taken to keep our community covid-19. My only complaint and those of others is that the annual large rent increase. They are not proportionate to increased food and utility costs.

Nothing is very normal now that we terrible Covid to deal with. However, everyone has done their very best to serve our food, make things as comfortable as possible. The Life Enrichment team has done a great job to provide things of our interest for our enjoyment. Overall, it's a great place to call home. The frequent increase in rent does make it unpleasant to accept. 5 - 6% is terrible. With a few residents deciding to move because of that, should let management see that I'm referring to I what was first resident in 2009, helped cut the ribbon.

Ours is an eleven-year-old establishment. Needs refreshing as new buildings coming open in our area. Covid-19 had seniors affected on our population, now more freedom, no Corona cases. Food service is a problem, used to be quite better. Need chef, not just cook. Too much starch, fried foods, bland, strange combinations. No way to please everyone. Cost forcing quite a few to seek less expensive old age solutions.

No complaints. Everyone is so nice.
