Overall I'm very pleased and would recommend. They really need more staff in dining and to help with activities. More staff led activities would be beneficial rather than through video.I would tell a friend that staff is caring, friendly and helpful. Life director tries to plan activities for residents' interests. They do a good job with having live music for residents several times per month. Overall I would recommend.

The facility is beautiful. We looked at a few others that could not compare. Food was great, we usually had lunch with mom a couple of times a week Awesome. The staff was very helpful on making sure mom had what she needed and getting her back to her room and to activities if needed. Hope if and when my time comes i can be in a place like the Windsor. The people, food, accommodations were all top of the line.

The staff was caring, responsive and accommodating. The staff at the director level were not as available to speak with. Food service was slow and by the time food came out it was cold. Most days would take almost an hour to be served. The activity director was awesome but the activities were redundant. However I had to keep in mind that activities for seniors can be limited.

I would say it is a nice place and the staff is friendly. I would recommend Legend at Rivendale.

Everyone is friendly and makes my mom feel at home. I know that someone is there for her at all times. I hope I can keep her there meaning that I can continue to pay the monthly fee. The location to where I live is really not that far but there is lots of traffic. I have to schedule my visits according to avoid the busy times of the day.

The staff went above and beyond to take care of my mom and make her feel at home. She raved about how good the food was and couldn't have asked for a more caring and attentive staff. Communication was excellent and the move in process was smooth.

Nestled off of Street road. Beautiful well kept community run by Legend Senior Living. When you enter the community it feels like home. Very inviting ! Very engaged team and residents. The care team go above and beyond for the residents. The food is good but lacks presentation. First community Ive toured that has 4 activities assistants. The resident director is very engaged with her residents and even has her own activites she does with the residents which is rare to see most stay in their offices. The sales team those two ladies have such amazing energy you feel it throughout the community. Hands down to the maintenance crew the place is very well kept. Definitely a community we will be considering.

I would recommend it to others. It's a great place for Mom! We picked this community because of the proximity to my home.

Memory care staff [name removed] is very engaged and involved with patient/family care and communication. Business office and executive director are very approachable to family. I would recommend HarborChase of Palm Harbour to those looking.

Of course we would recommend it to others. Staff/care made it feel like home away from home and were very welcoming to visitors as well. The only negative is last stage of Alzheimer's, probably not the best fit. But still satisfied with care and facility. It is a very tough job and staff were always kind and patient with all residents.

Green Tree has been absolutely perfect for my mom! Mom loves the food, activities, and hanging out with her friends while maintaining her level of independence. Her physical and mental health have greatly improved in the past year too.

We chose Legend of McKinney because of the proximity to me and overall feeling of being like home. The facility is small enough to feel all inclusive, more activities than one can do, staff is extremely caring and chef has been there since day #1! We are VERY pleased!

Sunrise makes you feel right at home. Everyone is very nice and super friendly. Thanks for taking the time to take care of my mom!! I would definitely recommend this place if your looking to place your loved one!!

My uncle that lived there was only alive for 17 days while there. He was on hospice, so as far as activities, I can't say he participated in anything. We did have a run in with one nurse that worked there who was a bit rude, but other than that they were very nice and attentive.

Legend at Capitol Ridge has given my 95 year old father a feeling of home and all the other residents there are his family. Very caring and inclusive.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Moving in was much easier. This is the third senior independent living community I have moved to. The first two are no comparison Acclaim Living. The rent is reasonable with a good variety food served. The activities are awesome. They are pet friendly and I am planning to adopt a dog soon. I highly recommend anyone to make his/her new home here.

My 95-year-old (soon to be 96-year-old,) Mother is now at Heartis Yardley. The process of getting her there was tough. The process of her settling in was just as tough, or tougher. I was told that the process would be difficult for her because she has been running her own life for many, many years. I chose Heartis Yardley because I knew she would be safe there. The food is awesome. The community is even better… and, even though I am 2000+ miles away, I have every faith in her being well cared for at Heartis. Now she attends meals in the dining hall, lectures, physical therapy and community meetings. It only took a little less than two months! I believe the transition is hard on all of us. I also believe that Heartis made it a lot easier than it could’ve been. I no longer worry if she will be OK. That feeling is priceless. PRICELESS. If you’re looking for a good community, great food, excellent activities and wonderful care, then Heartis is the place for your family member.

The facility meets our requests and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only concern we are having is communication between medical staff and Hospice.

After a terrible experience at another memory care facility, I was very nervous about moving my Alzheimer's afflicted father into Rivendell Legends. He has always taken care of me, & I wanted him lovingly cared for when I couldn’t. I could not have chosen a better place for him. The staff has been unfailingly kind, caring & involved. They put me at ease with her obvious concern for my dad & the rest of our family, answered all my questions & assured me that the staff at Legends was highly trained, patient & caring. The intake with my father was done at his previous facility to minimalize the effect on his routine. The director made sure that I not only felt comfortable and gave me his cell number so that I could reach him at any time if I had concerns or questions. He even came to my home to complete the paperwork. The day we moved my dad into the facility, he spent hours with him, making sure he was taken care of & comfortable while we completed the move. I’m beyond grateful!
