I have had experience with several facilities in the area with the care of my mom and also a friend. This is such a very good place. The caring staff all of them is wonderful. The residents interact very well with staff. Many great activity opportunities.

Rosewood feels like home. Almost every care partner treats us as if we are family. Is everything perfect? No, and it was not perfect when we lived our own house either.

We moved our mother here after a negative experience in another state. The treatment she receives is night and day different! Everyone from the maintenance guys to the director has welcomed our large family and made the transition so positive. They all work with us to resolve any issues that come up, they use common sense, they are open to trying suggestions and making suggestions. Most of all, Mom is safe and well cared for, respected and treated with dignity and compassion. Our phone calls are returned in a very timely manner. If someone says they will do something, it gets done. We had all but decided on another place and are so glad we checked into Rivendell. It feels like home. It feels like family. It is not perfect but it works hard to be the best. It's difficult to deal with increasing dementia but the staff at Rivendell obviously knows their stuff! We also like the size of each "neighborhood"...small enough for the residents to maneuver.

We picked this community, for my loved one because this one met all my moms needs and it is close to me. It's a beautiful facility and well run. I would recommend to other families.

We've had a great experience at Legend of Colorado Springs. I appreciate the very good service that they provide, and I like that memory care is available.

We loved Windsor Pointe! We thought our loved one just needed a smaller community. The other two places were also very nice but location was a factor for us.

My family and I had a great experience with the community. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. They are available to respond to questions or concerns the family has. Everyone is friendly. This truly feels like a second family. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I would give the Windsor a 5 all categories. We could not be happier and feel that mom is in a great place. They manage her meds and take her to appointments. Food is great and lots of activities. Staff is great, they get mom for meals and encourage her to get involved in activities. It is spendy but you get what uyoupay for. We will be down to visit in July. We would absolutely recommend The Windsor of Cape Coral to other families.

I came to visit a friend and asked for a tour. [name removed] was fabulous. The Windsor is clean and cozy. Just the right size for my friend. Everyone is so friendly, and the staff was smiling throughout the building.

It is pleasing to know that at The Windsor the staff is friendly and has the highest quality of care and so much more. The apartment are cleaned by a housekeeping staff, and I love not having to plan, cook, and clean up. Three meals a day. Many activities for all residents. Doctors and nurses at your beck and call. Needless to say, I love it here!

Rivermont Independent Living is a great place to live. I love the apartments. The employees are so friendly and always checking on you. And it just feels like home.

The staff is amazing. They really go above and beyond for the residents. Have great activities and such a wonderful feel in the community. Their philosophy of taking care of residents from their staff is something that other communities could learn from.

The Windsor is a place to call home! The staff is excellent, friendly, caring, concerned about every person and hugs are given frequently. Atmosphere is "Happy". We feel like one big family. The care givers are trustworthy, good caregivers, efficient, in their duties.

My wife was a resident here for close to three years. She was happy here and treated well. When I needed assisted living care I knew The Windsor of Ocala was the place to go. I am very happy here.

Our family had an in person tour with The Windsor of Cape Coral, and during the tour experience we really liked [name removed].

I lost my mom, my stepdad's wife, unexpectedly last October. it was devestating for both of us. They were both very proud of and loved their home, and while I knew assisted living would be better for my stepdad felt there was no way he'd ever agree to it. With the persistence and help of [name removed] we navigated that obstacle. The next obstacle was him wanting to stay and we agreed, we wouldn't sell his house or make any decisions until he was comfortable but he had to give it 3 months. It was rough the first week, mostly because he missed my mom so much and everything was different and his needing to reconcile that this was going to be his life. I'm happy to say that within one month he told me to move forward with selling the house. About 2 months in while at lunch, I asked him to tell me what he liked and disliked about living at the Windsor, and he replied that there wasn't one thing to dislike, the staff was very friendly and nice to him, the meals were always good, everything is always clean, and it's a very comfortable apartment. I couldn't have imagined this outcome or my pleasure with our choice of the Windsor of Ocala.
