Very friendly and helpful with all the care, activities and food service. If anything is wrong, Parkwood is quick to fix it. Very helpful in getting me moved in very quickly.

I was very pleased with the way they treated my loved one. The care they provided was very good as well. The staff communication with the family was very good and they kept open lines of communication with us about our loved one. There were three meals a day served to the residents and they had choices to choose from.

My mother is a new resident. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally I was able to tour, and get my mother's apartment arranged. The facilities are beautiful; Very clean, nothing visibly worn, homey, attractive-decor, and amenities. The staff are all always smiling, greet everyone by name, and very helpful.

After recovering from the shock of being not at all feeling well, my doctor said I had stage 1 Dementia!! I Already had sleep apnea for many years!! My best girlfriend suggested Windsor, took awhile for the fog to lift but great staff, food, and caring people. I have joy and happiness. Thank you, thank you!

I can't say enough positive things about this community. One of the reasons we chose it was because of the size. We knew our 92 year old mother would be able to navigate easily and not be overwhelmed, because of it's smaller size. Every resident is treated like family and the staff from the admin team down knows everyone on a first name basis. The facility is well maintained clean, bright, and attractive public areas are decorated beautifully for every holiday and season. There are loads of activities for those who choose to participate. As a former RN, I have the highest respect for the entire staff at the Windsor. I know my mother is receiving the best care and is safe.

I have experienced Kindness. The staff is always ready to help when needed. I like Bingo and other games offered by the Windsor but I also like my peace and quiet when I need it. I have found most people very pleasant that I've had the opportunity to meet. I have no complaints thus far.

One of the best things I did for my mom was was have her spend the last months of her life in this wonderful facility. I so appreciated you knowing all of the answers and accepting her for who she was at the moment. Your assured attitude allowed me to get the things done that needed to be done for her. Thank you for having our interest at heart. We feel fortunate to know each of the staff who made her stay a bit better. We certainly value our experience.

A beautiful building decor is brilliant colors lights on which gives atmosphere of daylight. Staff are excellent from housekeeping dining room concierge & management. I worked with [name removed] as beautiful inside as out so reassuring on this life decision. I would give 5 plus stars for rating
