My mother is well at this community. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. The staff is great. The community looks nice, and well-kept. All is well so far for us here at this community.

So far everything is working out pretty well for me since my move to this community. I'am comfortable, and happy with my move here. The community looks great, everything is extremely clean. All of the staff is very nice. They have activities offered for the residents. The meals are pretty good, its what you could expect when feeding that many people. It is a very nice community, and I would recommend it. All is well so far.

Staff is very friendly and caring. The buildings are very spread out and the hallways seem very narrow and not well lit. It's too much walking for my dad.

My mother in law lives in assisted living. I have used the 3rd floor rehab 4 different times. Most recently Fri. Nov. 25 thru Dec. 13th. Excellent Therapy!!!

The staff at this community was nice when we visited. The community seemed clean. They offer some daily activities. I would have chosen this community if it was closer to us.

Wonderful place, too expensive for us, Mom back to not moving at this time, [Removed] was very understanding, helpful, Gable Pines has very nice size one bdrm with den, can all washer/dryer, use necklace alerts, pullcords in bathrm only, liked the size of the den, bathrm, closets, and storage room, many nice community rms, rooftop patio, theater.

MY mother is adjusting well to the community. The place is clean and she is comfortable. She has been joining in a lot of activities and seems to be really enjoying it. It has been a good experience so far.

My mom has had a little bit of a bumpy ride since moving into this community because of her health. She has had a few falls here and there and may need further care then an assisted living can give her. The staff however has been absolutely wonderful to her and has been trying there best to make sure that she is comfortable and her needs are being met. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking into an assisted living environment with great staff.

The Tribute is a very nice place that looks like an upscale hotel. It was not as personal. From what I saw, there was not much interaction between the residents and staff. That is just from what I saw, though.

We did like this community. It was very nice and the people were helpful and very knowledgeable. We just knew that we needed assisted living so this just was not a good fit. Also they were quite a bit more expensive than we wanted.

Quite a lovely situation. The apartments are very well-apportioned and roomy. The residents were very active around the area and seemed quite happy and content. [Removed] was so helpful in answering my questions and offering suggestions for my parents' particular situation. (Only giving 4 stars because I do not yet have a family member living in the facility)

The staff at this community are patient and taking good care of my sister. She is still settling into this community. They offer daily activities and they keep the community clean. She says the food is really good. I think this community is a little high priced. I would recommend this community.

I had a good tour of this community. Everything went well, and I enjoyed my tour. Everyone was kind and very welcoming. The community appeared to be well maintained, and everything looked nice and very clean. It was a lovely experience, and my tour was nice.

My parents are doing fine since their move to this community. I just saw them this week and they were happy. The community seems to have a lot of activities that my parents can get involved in and make new friends. The building is going through changes, and we have had a couple of issues but they are always quick to take care of them. They have a new chef is starting soon, so we are all hoping the food will improve soon. Overall, this place has been great.

I have been very pleased with the services this community has been providing my mother. The staff are attentive to her needs and have made sure she is comfortable and feels safe in her new living environment. They have great food with healthy choices and a great dinning room experience. I have little to no complaints and would recommend this place to anyone.

The Richmond place was a well-maintained community, The staff was very friendly from what I saw, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The only problem with this community was the price, it was too expensive .

The staff has been great and they really do go over and beyond what they need to do. They offer a lot of activities, but mom has not got involved yet. I feel that they keep the community clean. I like that it has a home like feel to it. When you walk in it reminds me of a boutique hotel.

They are still working on getting some things up and running at this beautiful new community. The food is good, however they are still working on knowing how much to make and how many residents they are going to have. They have started some activities and the activities director is nice and personable. The staff are really nice and seem to know what they are doing. We could not have asked for a nicer place.

We have only been living in Brookdale/Richmond Place for four days and it has been an outstanding experience so far. We were greeted by our Sales/Marketing person who immediately helped us with our move--had a welcome package for us, and brought both of us a full breakfast selection--that got us through carrying in all the boxes, The Move-In Coordinator was quick to schedule any repairs we needed and she presented us with a beautiful basket of miscellaneous goodies. Since we are still in the process of settling in we haven't had time yet to get involved in the many activities offered--other than the afternoon wine club. All the employees we have come in contact with are friendly, helpful, and happy. Our apartment overlooks the courtyard which provides a beautiful setting. We are happy with our choice.

I am really enjoying my new spacious apartment, it has lots of extra room for my things and beautiful scenery right out side my window. They offer all the residents a great activity program with all different kinds of different events and activities to keep us busy through out the week. I have no complaints and am very happy with my choice to retire in this community.
