Very welcoming and accommodating- in my moms first month and she's very pleased. Hopefully this will be her experience for many years.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this looked like a very nice place, overall! All of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and well kept. We ended up selecting another community, but I'd say this one is worth a look!

They have been pretty good so far. I really like that they have a lot of activities, and they keep the memory care people really busy. I think because they are new I would like to see a little more continuity with the staff. I feel like they are working towards that now.

The facility was very nice. Apartments have been keep up nicely. Dining room looks really nice. The facility has everything Im looking for. They have lots of activities for people. Everyone was really friendly.

I liked this place, especially the apartments. Would like to visit again to sample the food.

So far, things seem to be going well at Richmond Place. We are still getting adjusted to the situation and getting settled in. The staff has been very accommodating and professional. We do not have any complaints.

My dad seems to be much healthier since he came here. I feel like he is good off on his meds, and clear headed, I cant wait to see him get even better. Thanks MONTICELLO

Most of the nurses and the aides they have working there are very good. We had some little problems during the holidays with missed baths and not knowing about some of the activities, but we are still getting use to it.

My loved one wishes he didn't feel as if they were keeping an eye on him, so maybe if they were a little more discreet he would feel more comfortable. As far as my experience goes, they are very kind and as helpful as they can be, so I think that they do a good job. I don't have anything in mind that they can improve on.

Things have turned out very well at Bellingham Retirement Community, everything is going great! We have no complaints!

The facility looks great, but mom is catholic and would be better served in non-denominational setting.

She has not been there for a very long time, but they have been very accommodating. She seems to be very comfortable there and I really like the place and she seems to also.

So far things have gone very well with Bellingham Retirement Community! The people here are friendly, and the community is well kept and clean. It's been a bit of an adjustment for my loved ones, but they seem to have settled in well and are enjoying themselves! However, I do think that the community could provide a little more assistance during the on-boarding process.

The staff is upbeat, engaging, personable, and professional. I was impressed that my mother was addressed by name within 3 days. The med-tech team was vigilant in securing the existing medication regimen and getting updated assessments from the physician - a pro-active approach to monitoring and adjusting medications, all of which is nicely integrated with the pharmacy for acquisition & delivery. The reduction in stress and sense of safety & well being is most noticeable in my mother's outlook.

I feel like the quality of care is not there. She is getting her pills, but I just feel like she is not getting the attention she needs. The nurse indicated that she could benefit from PT, but I haven't seen anything done about that. They did basically everything pretty well, with the exception of the follow-through on her care.

The room was good, but I didn't feel like the bathroom was taken care of well. My friend is in the assisted living unit and I just think that the bathroom is not handled very well. There could have been improvement there.

They could be more connected with family. We are no longer with them, we moved my dad out. Access to the room was really difficult, sometimes we had to wait 20 minutes and that did not make me feel good. It's a locked unit, but I think there response time could be better. It seems like they really care about the residents though, so I have to give them kudos for that.

I was not at South Port Square very long. While I was there I was impressed that there was a library in every building. The dining area was also really quite nice. Overall it was a good experience.
