GVS is a community where the staff appreciates the experience and wisdom of their elders. That is important when you live here. Any time I have needed help, the staff is here. That’s anything from hanging pictures to arranging a luncheon for ten of your besties! We have input into movies each weekend as well as our book club selection. During the pandemic, my family appreciated the weekly letters from [name removed] they accessed online. Because they were aware of all the precautions being taken, they didn’t worry too much (a big plus for me). All in all, a very satisfying place to live!

We have been quite please with the quality of care my elderly aunt who suffers from dementia has received in the five months she's resided at Eastcastle Place. I am particularly happy with how they keep the residents engaged throughout the day rather than just leaving them alone in their rooms. While I haven't sampled the food that is served to the residents it all looks well prepared and smells very good. My aunt's apartment is quite nice and kept very clean. The staff is quite friendly and eager to help. We are very pleased with all the staff members we've interacted with during our visits. I would recommend Eastcastle Memory Care to others who might find themselves in a similar situation with their loved ones.

I thought they were absolutely fantastic. The lady who gave the tour and met with me there was just wonderful. It would have been my #1 choice, except it was just a brand new facility that wasn't quite established enough yet to handle the level of care my loved one needed.

Bayshore is just gorgeous, looks like an upscale hotel or resort. Beautiful facilities, full services, larger apartments. Has an overall upbeat vibe to it. Staff and residents were friendly and smiling. Wow.

We chose First & Main of New Albany because we had a list of things we were looking for, we looked at about 7 other places and this facility met most of our criteria. The room sizes at the facility were not the largest we saw, but for our needs they were sufficient. The main course on the meals are chef prepared and he really enjoys them. I think that the administration is very open to individual differences that families may want, they are very accommodating. I would recommend them to others looking.

I toured Rose Senior Living and really liked the facility. It was brand new and this was going to be our 2nd choice. The only reason we did not go with them was because they have a set food menu each week, we were looking for something more restaurant style.

The community is very neat and clean and the staff is amazing. There are so many activities to do you lose track. The food is amazing and it really is a good value for your money. I would recommend this community to others.

This is a newer community and so far we are very impressed with how they are treating our loved one. They are taking great care of her, and they tell us all the time how happy she is. She first moved in to assisted living and has now moved to memory care and is doing much better. Whenever she gets nervous or scared, the director of the place will bring her into the office just to sit and talk and help relax her. Sometimes she sits up at the front desk, they do a great job keeping her occupied. She loves the dancing activities, and she has just made a complete turn around from her previous community.

I have had a great experience working with [name removed] and [name removed] at the Danberry at Inverness facility. They not only answered all of my questions they gave a lot of insight on things that I had not thought of. [name removed] took time to show the facilities and explain how everything works. Since I know very little about assisted care it was nice to have someone be so helpful.

It is tough making the decision to move a parent into assisted living. I moved my Dad into Monticello West almost one year ago and have felt nothing but support every step of the way. From the move-in process, Covid restrictions, my Dad’s changing needs, the staff has been there for me and my father. Everyone I encounter is happy, friendly, and helpful. Knowing that my Dad is safe and cared for is a huge comfort. Whenever I am in the building I feel good about him being there and that is because of the positive environment created by the staff.

I came in after a stroke and have received phenomenal care. Every person here: administrator, aide, custodial help, nurse, doctor have unfailingly kind. I am satisfied on every level.

Danberry @ Inverness is an impressive place! The outside of the building, the landscaping, the cafeteria, the library, and the reception areas are all beautiful, clean, and inviting! The kiosk check-in is also a nice touch. The employees were exceptional -- accommodating, informative, friendly, and professional. The only thing I would change is to add a little of that building beauty to the memory care area, maybe add a little color? I would definitely bring my loved one to live at Danberry!

I love the community, the people, and the employees. The concierge gets a 5-star rating and if I could have [name removed] here 7 days I would. love it. because of the residents. Monticello is lucky to have such a person.

[name removed] at Monticello West was very responsive when I inquired about a place for my brother. She was the first person to call me after a locating service connected us. Covid rules were in place, so she made videos of the room options and sent them to me. A week or so later, things opened up and she invited us to tour and try out the food! Since my brother is only 69 years old, we ended up going to a community that seemed more appropriate for a younger person. Monticello West made a great impression and was a contender
