We chose Brandon Wilde because for my mom she liked that it felt like a home vs the others that seemed a little less homey. The yard, landscaping, entrances are all done in a very homey way. The apartment sizes here are very good and there is a wide variety so you can choose a size based off your budget and needs. They offer a lifetime plan, you do not have to buy into it but it can cover you from independent living to assisted living to memory care as you need it. I would recommend to others looking.

Ours was a virtual tour, which was a different experience. I really did like it here, but it was more expensive than other places we looked at. One thing I liked is they offered kosher food, which we eat, and I would prefer my loved one did too if she could. But it would have doubled the already expensive price. I liked the look of it. It seemed really nice, and I liked the activities they did. They were doing manicures the day we toured. But for the cost, we decided another place would better suit our family.

The Springs at Monarch Landing is a luxury independent living facility with assisted living and memory care. Everything has a very contemporary feel. Rooms go as large as 2,600 sq. ft. The dining hall is formal every night. The facility comes with a high price tag, but if you are looking for a place that's going to feel like a cruise ship, this is your place.

[name removed] was our tour guide and she was exceptional. Very patient, very thorough, and really seemed to care about our mothers experience.

Everyone is very pleasant and very accommodating. Even with Covid, you can make an appointment to come visit. I can even bring my dogs to visit her, which is lovely. According to my friend, sometimes it takes a little too long to get a response after she pushes her call button. But she can be impatient at times. She really enjoys the activities - her two favorites are spending time in the library and going to play bingo. Everything is nice and clean there. And the staff is so very pleasant. I would absolutely 100% recommend them to others.

Parkwood Retirement offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere, walking place and a lot of amenities for comfortable living. Daily programs for those interested, bus services for medical, shopping, etc. Large groups of doctors and a well-equipped hospital just around the corner. A very friendly, caring staff to help you with any concerns and help keep you comfortable and safe. Come, it's worth your time. I did!

I've now been with Greenwood Village for over 2.5 years and love it here. My family is happy with the care I receive. The staff and nurses help create a family like atmosphere that makes me feel comfortable.

Overall the community covers it all. on the independent side, they do not have any medical staff to help unless your use an outside paid service. The community has a memory care unit in another wing. The community is very clean and neat and they started offering transportation again. The food is great and they have lots of activities for the residence to do. They have a great outside area with gardening and raised

We chose Clarendale because my aunt just liked it the best, when she went to visit she felt comfortable here. The apartment sizes are really nice. I think the meals are good, but they are understaffed so when she goes to eat she complains that she can sit there for a while before someone comes to ask her what she wants. The have a bistro there where you can just walk up and order and she loves that. I think it is really well located, everything you would need id around there. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and the facility is new so it has a new fresh feel to it. Overall she has been very happy and we are happy having her there.

I have lived at Parkwood for a couple of years now and I love it. I feel very comfortable here and very safe, which is important. The food is very good and the fellowship with my neighbors is priceless. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way to help. I enjoy the activities. There are a lot of beautiful trees and plants all over the grounds, which I love. They provide transportation too! All the comforts of home!! I definitely recommend Parkwood!

The current Director of Nursing is always making sure her residents are receiving the best care. I would be at total peace knowing my loved one was in her care.

We've been very happy here. It's been a wonderful experience. I have encouraged several families to move their loved ones here because of the excellent care we've received. My loved one has said that not one single employee has ever been rude or curt in any way. They are all patient and loving and kind. From what I have seen, things have been very clean. She tells me the food is not great. But they've been serving it in styrofoam takeout containers delivered to the rooms due to Covid. My loved one is very agile, and she would like to see some exercise activities. But they offer the more active activities so that residents in wheelchairs can participate, with everyone of all mobility levels together in one group. We have a different family member at a another community where they would have a cruise theme throughout the day and have dinner that night like they were on a cruise. There's nothing like that here. But I know it's Covid times, and what they can do is limited. I feel like the value is good here, and they have taken perfect care of my loved one. They wash her clothes, and they give her meals. They check on her in the night, and just check on her all the time in general.

Residents at Clarendale at Indian Lake are happier and healthier because of you! Your compassion for taking care of every life is remarkable! Hendersonville is blessed to have you in our community to serve and assist residents with living their fullest and most purposeful lives.

I am well pleased with my decision to move to Parkwood. The staff are all very helpful and any time there is a need they take care of it. The food is always very well prepared. The other folks are very nice and I have made a lot of friends. There are excellent programs available. I recommend Parkwood!

Even during this past year with the pandemic our experience has been great and our loved one feels that all the staff members are very friendly. They are trying to bring back some activities and we do think the value is fair. However, the food is the biggest complaint among the residents. It is not good and they have been having troubles keeping a kitchen staff team as well as a chef.

The people are very nice. All of my neighbors know me and are my friends. The food is good. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I would heartily recomment Parkwood!

Lexington Square, Elmhurst is a great independent and assisted living community. My father has been there about 6 years. There’s something for everyone for enjoyment. This is also one of the few communities that has basically kept Covid out. I highly recommend it! Only regret my family has is that he didn’t make the move sooner. Prior to Covid they had so many outings you could sign up for, Cubs games, plays, architectural tours of Chicago on a boat on Chicago river and more. Beautiful dining room and spacious apartments. Staff and residents very welcoming. Now with Covid around the CDC rules of masks & social distancing continue but hopefully this too shall pass. People still visit in the lobbies but chairs a bit farther apart. I applaud the director for doing an excellent job keeping residents safe during this. Plus all residents received vaccines on site long ago. Excellent place to live

Great tour! [name removed] provided a great tour experience. We toured several apartment options for my mother.

It's friendly here. The apartments are a good size, depending on which one you get. Some have washers and dryers, and some don't. Now that they've decided to open up activities more, it's more fun. So far the activities are okay. We're starting to play cards now, and they're trying to keep us safe. It's very clean here, and the lawns are well kept. Maintenance is good. If you need something, you usually get in a day or so. I like knowing that my space is all mine, and I don't think about anybody but me. I wish they could offers some type of banking here instead of having to go off site.

The location was great. It was five minutes from were I live. They talked about expanding and rebuilding and refurbishing their assisted living facility, which sounded promising. I'm not sure if that happened once Covid hit. Even before the proposed expansion, it would have been nice, and I was interested to see what they would be doing in the future. We ended up keeping my loved one in his home state instead of moving him here to Pennsylvania.
