Antiquated place, room size is good. More independent living with option for assistance. The available grass area for dog was the game changer. And the flexibility of the staff. Great vibe, very happy there. Good food.

A large busy community with active residents and many classes and activities. I will visit again, I am a little concerned that my mom may feel overwhelmed here, may need a smaller facility...

The outside facade doesn't look too enticing, but the interior and common areas were well done which was a nice surprise. People looked happy. Dining room looked really good and elegant w/white tablecloths & restaurant style service. Food looked good. The only issue here (aside from lack of parking) was that they don't offer 2 bedrooms. The one bedroom deluxe was very small, really odd shape and tired looking. We saw a few apartments and even though some were re-done, they were just ok.

Now it's more like home!!

Have lived here for 14 months. Met some nice and interesting people. Cannot say enough good things about staff and dining room servers. Entertainment choices are always good or great! Plenty of activities in which to participate if one so desires

Generally a good place for aging parents. They are secure, comfortable, and their basic needs are met. Extra activities are available, and the Village tries to be creative. Experienced care providers could have more skills sets, but finding and retaining skilled care givers is a difficult. There are 3 square meals a day, but they are average in quality. Staff is always friendly, and generally can be depended on. I would make the same decision again to have my parent live at the Village .

My husband and self, was greeted by [name removed] and another associate and was taken on a very detailed tour of facility. I was very impressed by the Memory Care Director because she was very involved with making sure one of the residence at the facility's was having her needs met. She took the time to explain the importance of meeting high standards of care for her patients. Met the chef during our tour and was offered an afternoon lunch. This facility met my approval with Memory care, however, the rates of the two bedroom accommodations were a little more than what I had budgeted for. I will diffidently keep the sight on my possible list

[Name removed] was very helpful and very understanding that we are just beginning to look at assisted living places. HT had a nice look to it; the halls reminded us of a hotel, not an old fashioned nursing home. It was clean, friendly. The memory care unit was cozy and inviting.

This place is brand new and Beautiful! It is only partial full so was pretty quiet and not alot of activities going on yet. They are a bit more pricey than [removed], but if you're looking for an eye popping residence, this would be it.

Great staff, amazing people. Too many changes but they promoted a very genuine, compassionate lady. Old management sucked but luckily they now are owned by MBK. Lots of hope for this place.

The apartment was lovely and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

This is a very nice community and [Name removed] was wonderful. The tour was very nice and informative. Unfortunately the Assisted Living costs are not affordable for our budget at this time.

I so appreciated meeting the staff and touring Palisades at Broadmoor Park. The facility is well-maintained and in a quiet area of the city. Everyone I met was kind, helpful, and friendly. The respite care options definitely meet my loved one's needs.

This facility is dated which didnt matter much when we did our tour. Really liked [Name removed] and [Name removed]. They answered all of our concerns and were very helpful.

I would like to thank [name removed] and [name removed] and the staff at Northgate Plaza. The admission process was thorough, thoughtful, informative and most of all "kind and genuine". [name removed] meet with us first and gave us a tour, invited us to have a meal and showed us a few apartments that were coming available. After the tour we were able to talk about our options and costs. We talked about the residents, staff and community at great length. After a day of weighing the pros and cons we decided to continue with the admission process at Northgate Plaza. Then [name removed] stepped in as [name removed] was out of town due to a company meeting. [name removed] was amazing because we wanted to move quickly as we were in the process of selling the condo. So, [name removed] rolled up her sleeves and alerted the staff to make it happen. She was able to get all the doctors forms, the resident nurse scheduled for an interview and all the necessary paperwork. She was amazing and the move happened in 4 days! Thanks to the entire team at Northgate Plaza. You rock!

Property is modern, and well kept. Prices reflect quality of property and amenities.

It seems as though my friend will have to be much more stabilized as far as she is quit combative. Could never be there without someone by her side.

Nice phone conversation and excellent email with attachments that are informative. Lookng forward to possible tour of the Community.

Enjoyed our time with [Removed] and really liked the Northgate Plaza. However, felt it is too close to the city street atmosphere.

I used to live at this facility and I had to move because I wanted to be closer to my family. While I was living here, it was very pretty. The staff members were nice and seemed to be well trained. The building itself was always well kept and clean. As for the food, when I got there it was really good. Unfortunately, the chef left and it just went downhill from there. I would recommend this facility to other families.
