I've been very happy since moving here seven months ago. The staff is friendly and helpful. While management struggles with typical issues trying to hire and maintain above average staff, they do appear committed to providing excellent service with a smile. I'd highly recommend New Perspective Sun Prairie to anyone looking for a supportive home.

They were terrific getting us moved in quickly. There was one issue with one of caregivers, and when we asked she not care for Dad there was no problem. Dad only there 54 days before he passed. They were helpful with our exiting as well. Only compliant is the logistics to move funiture in and out is not easy. And they could provide some better trollys to help with the move. Nonetheless, I'd recommend them.

From our first visit, NPSL had everything we wanted. The sales staff were wonderful. Moving in was a little crazy as we had to close on our home sale before our 2 bedroom apt was available. NPSL put us up in a guest room for 2+ weeks. We haven't done any social activities as we have been working with PT, OT and Speech as much as we can. The pool is wonderful and the food is fantastic. We have been here just a little over four months, but we are not sorry we are here. I forgot to mention that the staff (caregivers, nursing, housekeeping, front desk, dining room, maintenance) are just ALL the best.

This was a nice place for my mom to live. The facility is has an open floor plan, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

The [Name removed] family could not have been more happy with Sunrise. Their salesman at the Roseville location, [Name removed], really was the best to deal with. Our family needed to move my father from a nursing home where we were not satisfied. [Name removed] was out of town that day as this was near Easter 2018, but he still went the extra mile to get the paperwork in order to proceed with the move. The staff overall were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Good food that my dad really liked especially ice-cream daily. If we had to find a negative in this, which is hard, it is they don't take any medical assistance or waivers to help with the cost. All in all we were very satisfied with his experience there. I had a really nice conversation with [name removed]. Super nice, super caring, and she showed a lot of concern for finding the right place for my sister. My tour today with [name removed] was awesome. 1 Bedroom was nice size , good amount of storage, walk in shower. All very nice. lots of services everything to make a nice community. Very customizable to need. l think [name removed] would do well here. Price for independent living is reasonable but over our budget.

this is an awesome place, it was so welcoming and felt like home! We loved the way the residents are included in helping in the kitchen, clearing tables, doing dishes, wiping tables. They were so comfortable and still able to live life but in a safe environment. we look forward to seeing our mother settle in here!

Just visited Mom-in-Law and she was in very good spirits. She said how lucky she was to have such a nice place/ The entire place was spotless. All the caregivers were kind, considerate and very helpful. Mom said food was very good. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely care center. Very home like and the tour by [name removed] went very well. The outside wrap around porch with the flowers and trees was an invite to sit in the rockers provided and enjoy the day. The rooms we were shown were just the right size. The care center was very clean. They even had a resident dog named Patches that was a welcome to see.

Beautiful brand new place!! The employees couldn’t have been any nicer! We feel like family already!! I think with my mom being Cuban she’ll have people to speak to and that will understand her.

The community was beautiful, very clean and every one was very friendly.

New Perspective is the perfect place for my Father-in-Law. He said it was "Far better than anything I ever imagined". The meals are great, the other residents and staff are so nice. He's as happy as he could be. I very much look forward to and enjoy any time I spend there. Making the decision for him to live here and actually moving him in was simple!!

Beautiful, cheerful new-ish (5 years old) facility. Feel very confident moving mom forward with this one.

Very friendly staff. Like how AL and MC residents interact and have activities together. Everything on 1 level so less confusing to clients. But a 2 year wait until Elderly Waver Eligibility if needed.

Our mother died peacefully at the age of 100+ under the care of an amazing staff at Aberdeen Crossings. The personalized care and attention that she received for 2 1/2 years allowed her to live and die with love and dignity.

NEW PERSPECTIVE Senior Living in Brown Deer, Wis. I can't rave enough about our amazing experience with them! [name removed] the Dirctor of Sales was so instrumental in helping us send our beloved mother into their Memory Care area from home were we personally cared for her the last 8 years. [name removed] is so easy to talk to & very accessible. [name removed], the nurse who came to do the in-home assessment literally came in with open arms, she put mom at ease immediately. She was kind & loving to mom as she assessed how they can care best for her at NP. It's not easy to let your loved one go from you, but we can trust they will give her the very best she needs as her Alzheimer's and Dementia progress.

I love the people at North Shore. My favorite activity to attend is the live music and I love to dance with the other residents. I like being able to step out of my apartment and have people to talk too. [name removed] from Fox Therapy listened to me when I told him I was dizzy and he has worked with me and I have not had any more dizziness. [name removed] also helped me in deciding to have a surgery that will allow me to walk better again. I would recommend anyone come visit and consider living at North Shore.

I was tired of cutting grass and blowing snow so i talked to my wife about selling our house and moving into Independent and we had watch this new building being built so we decide to visit and see what it was all about and the building was a beautiful place and well laid out so we started to look at apartment and i think that my wife and i look at all of the apartment and and went home and talk it over and we came back three time before we was convince that this is what we wanted and the sale person [name removed] did a very good job on assistance us and i said she made us feel very welcome and the Staff was very friendy

I think the best thing about New Perspective is the friendliness of the staff which promotes a relaxed and friendly resident population. I was very impressed with the care that Jennifer showed me in showing the various apartments that would meet my needs. That level of care and service has not gone down
