Our family had an in person tour with Oakmont of San Jose and we liked the location of this community better then another we toured. This tour experience was fantastic, but was not going to be the best fit due to our loved ones condition and it had many more amenities that our loved one just wouldn't be able to take advantage of.

My mother has been a resident at Sunrise of Woodland Hills for nearly two years in the assisted living community. She has experienced loving, caring, patient and compassionate care consistently, from all the caregivers, and entire staff. I could not be more pleased, and I feel very confident in the care she is receiving. I am very happy to see her level of engagement with the other residents. She has made lovely friends. The activities and outings provided are always well attended and thoroughly enjoyed. We are very blessed by her new home here, and the community it provides. I give my highest recommendation for your loved one.

We picked this community, because the location is near her friends and church! They were welcoming to my mom, there was good communication with me, and my mom likes the food and the caregivers!

This was a really nice place; however, it is expensive for what you get. The staff communication with the family was okay. I would have to call and leave a message, and then would be waiting for a call back. There seems to be a lot of activities available for residents to participate in, if they would like. Some of the care available includes medication management. It would be nice to see daily upkeep and cleaning of the resident's bathroom. I do know that if you want more service it does cost.

The Ivy Park of Wellington is a night and day experience for our family. The community itself is just clean and so cozy. The staff are so friendly, present and very kind. The management team is great and always follow through with their communication. You can really tell the staff there love their job, it really is a wonderful place to be. We also really like how there is memory care at the community and if our loved one ever needs to be moved to the memory care side, we can set her up in the same exact apartment - which will lesson any confusion or stress. There is PT on site and the RHMO has doctors come to the facility to see the patients. We would recommend this community to anybody else.

My loved one really likes the food. The activities are great, and they have a calendar with the events. The value for the money, is pretty good. It's a nicer area, and the location is closer. Anytime I have a question, or concern they are able to help. I would recommend to other families.

I toured this facility and it was a great tour. This facility was definitely my first choice, but it came down to availability. Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were very nice, staff seemed very attentive.

Very clean, activities planned for every hour from 9-5 everyday. Friendly residents. My Mom called it 'home' after 3 weeks and staff all know her by name! And the food is so good she gained weight as her doctor had recommended. I would and already have recommended Oakmont of Lodi to others.

I toured this facility and loved it. I loved the whole place, it was my first choice. I liked the grounds and the rooms better than other places that I toured. The facility was spotless and the staff seemed very tight knit. Unfortunately, they didn't have an opening when I toured. If they would have, I would have chosen this facility for my loved one.

I toured this facility and it was a really nice place! It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I didn't try the food, but it looked good. Ultimately, the deposit was too high for our budget.

I took a tour at the facilities and meet a friendly stuff it’s a highly recommended this home care and I’m thinking myself and my wife to live on this facility also there’s is so fun activities for seniors citizens.

My loved one is engaging, partcipating a lot, and has also made a few friends. It's nice, clean, and bright. We picked this community, because they had a room available, and they were very familiar with the health care system. I like the comfort level, and it's a smaller community. They offer all levels of care.. My loved one has adpated well. I would recommend to other famileis if they could afford it.

My dad is really happy there. The meals are really good, which is unusual for these types of places. The apartments are nice, and it's a really nice value for the price and the location. The property is really beautiful. And the nursing staff has been awesome.

Sunrise Sabre Springs has provided my mom a safe, clean and attractive home. The overall staff is professional, caring and competent. The meals are great. The chef prepares a great variety of fresh new options at each meal time, in addition to a healthy menu of varied choices. You won't find a perfect place for all people, but I can attest that the staff at Sunrise care, actively listen, and do their best to address the requests of their customers. I feel my mom is in great hands, and for that, I am very grateful.

What a wonderful place! At first my mom was hesitant about moving out of her home but then she got involved in activities and took off like she ran the place. She had lots of good times there and we couldn’t be happier. There are so many people to thank for her wonderful new home.

The overall demeanor of the entire staff was pleasant, efficient, and quite refreshing. Every employee went out of their way to be accommodating.

I am very pleased with the care and attention my sister has received from the staff. I have visited my sister weekly and in the past seven months, I have been deeply impressed with the level of attention the community has shown her. They have been able to attract and engage her in daily activities. The facility is clean and well-ordered. My sister's diet is well-balanced,

I toured this community. They were amazing there and offered so much help. I would have chosen them but my mom knew some residents at another facility and they were a bit less expensive. But Ivy Park was amazing!

The lady that first talked to us very nice, informative, and the community was welcoming, with fresh light and airy, and they had lots of activities for my mom. They offer activities such as; Bingo, dominos, fitness class, wine and words, communion, floral arrangement, pottery, jewelry making, and art.

My friend who lived there told me it was very clean, the meals were outstanding, and the staff was very accommodating...very clean in my eyes too. Very helpful as far as getting moved in, etc. The rooms were great. As far as cost, it's all the same as the others I checked out.
