We received excellent care. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

We moved my mom here after 45 years in the Bay Area. The care and attention she has been receiving is nothing short of excellent. They are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about her. The staff knows the residents and also the family members. This has given me piece of mind that she is safe, happy, and cared for by an incredible staff.

They never have to worry about any help or anything that is needed for themselves or their loved ones. Everything was fantastic and everything and everyone was very helpful and caring.

This has been a great experience. They offer a tremendous community for difficult circumstances. The community is very homey, modern, safe, and clean. The environment is very predictable for memory care residents. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and accommodating to the resident's needs. The staff makes sure that the residents don't have to fit into their systems. They truly care for the residents. The staff communication with the family is excellent.

Most of the staff were good. Mom seems to be okay with the food. Shes a fan of Bingo. I really like what they provide. It's a great facilty, and mom enjoys it. It give me a great peace of mind. I would reccomend to others. They have an outing every Wednesday, and fileds trips to go shopping on Saturdays. The bus driver is amazing.

APFM was very helpful in working with us and getting us into Holiday Hawai'i Kai Retirement. Response was great, within hours they were able to schedule a tour even during peak time of Covid. We were able to get our loved one in within days. Very flexible and turned out to be the best option, extremely patient. Very understanding of residents especially new residents with initial move in and getting them comfortable with the community.

We thought the Sunrise at Wood Ranch community was just amazing and we really appreciated everything they did for our loved one. Our loved ones room was always very clean and the staff members were just amazing. They were so supportive and always gave a lot of personal contact and touches to our family. We liked how they have separate floors and separate areas depending on the "health state" of the residents, we thought that was very respectful.

We have had a very favorable experience so far with Ivy Park. It is a warm, inviting, and very comfortable facility. The people that work there are wonderful. My mother-in-law tells us every time we visit her that they are all so good to her and treat her so well. I would recommend it to anyone.

There is a beautiful courtyard at the community. This reminds my loved one of walking in a park and one of the reasons I picked this community. The community has transportation for the residents to use to go shopping, and for activities. I am a little disappointed that transportation isn't available on Sundays. There are lots of activities offered by the community. My loved one seems very happy here.

Oakmont of Las Vegas one was so wonderful to my loved one. The staff and residents were always smiling when I went to visit my loved one. The staff were so kind to the family and my loved one. The community has all types of activities for the residents to choose from to participate in. The grounds are gorgeous. The apartments were the largest I have seen. There is a salon, physical therapist and nursing staff on site to assist the residents with all their needs. My loved one was able to make friends quickly. I wish my loved one had more time to enjoy their time here.

Our family had an in person tour and we loved our tour experience, the staff were great and super friendly. They had a on of different activities going on, however they were just not able to accept our loved one and we like the room we saw which was their own bedroom but we did not really like the fact the bathrooms were shared.

Moving in was easy with friendly staff and residents helping to include my friends. But I am most grateful for the response, aid and understanding when my dad's unexpected move from independent living to hospice. The Oakmont staff were amazing. Thank you so much in easing Dad's passing.

The staff is really what makes the place; they are very friendly and very kind. They knew her name from the beginning, and that's what really stands out. I would recommend Oakmont of San Antonio Heights to others.

Very comfortable and inviting community for my mom to enjoy while we were on vacation. Sunrise is friendly and the residents talk about really loving it there. The staff are great genuine people who care. The food is good. Sometimes very gourmet, sometimes interesting. They really try to reach out to resident's family to encourage involvement with their family member. It is close by mom's grandkids so it is easy for them to come visit or pick her up. Highly recommend Sunrise.

Oakmont of Fullerton is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL facility. It was new and up to date and the grounds were so pretty. The staff were all great and did a good job with their follow up after our tour. Unfortunately it was extremely expensive. If the price would have been lower I would have loved to had my dad here. In fact I would move in here today myself if I could it was that nice.

You provide a very safe, nurturing environment for your residents & their families. Everyone always went out of their way to do what was best for mom. I was always informed of any new changes. All employees were a positive role model for each other & residents. Unfortunately, mom was not ready for the transition from her home to memory care. That is the only reason why we had to bring her back home. You provide a 5 star atmosphere and living facility. Thank you for everything you all provided for mom & I will continue to highly recommend your facility!

Oakmont of San Jose is a wonderful community and the communication is mostly good. Sometimes there are lapses in communication, but they are still very good to work with. They're taking good care of mom and she's treated with dignity. Communication is provided via phone call for special concerns, and through email for facility wide information. For example: there was a Covid outbreak on the assisted living side, but not in the memory care unit; so some things were altered within the community. The overall director left, and they sent out an email regarding that as well. Some of their activities include exercise with music, bingo, family feud-like games, movies, walks, and musical guests who come in and entertain the residents. Memory care is totally separate and is located on the first floor, behind locked doors. You can came come in, but cant come out unless you are let out. They do have some wanderers, so that extra security is a good thing. There's around 30 memory care residents (give or take), and they have a good staff to resident ratio. Overall I would absolutely recommend Oakmont of San Jose to others.

I'm pretty happy with the community. I like the staff and the way they treat and care for my loved one. I like that they allow family to visit whenever to see our loved one. There are three meals served daily in the dining room, with snacks available as well for the residents. Some of the activities available include card games, arts and crafts, outings for the residents to go on, happy hour, and more for the residents to choose from.

Sunrise of Alta Loma is a wonderful community! Everyone there always did what they could to make my mom feel comfortable and included. They also welcomed the family & always kept us informed of my mom’s needs. I will highly recommend Sunrise to all my friends! The staff are a positive role models for their residents and family.

Felicita Vida was really beautiful. It was super nice, like a five-star hotel. It was one of the nicest places I toured. The building itself was fairly new, and all of the interior was very modern, current, and clean. It was a two-story, so it was low and spread out. They had a lot of outdoor areas. It was a really, really nice place. The staff were helpful and friendly. Budget was the only concern for us.
