On the tour we saw a good place and nothing was wrong with the place. The person who gave the tour was friendly and professional. They were also knowledgeable about the community. It just was not my mother-in-law's pick.

Elmcroft has the perfect layout for assisted living. It's one story, the hallway goes in a circle, with a beautiful outdoor garden in the center. Mother was very happy there. The staff was caring and became like family. [Removed], the Executive Director, is amazing and treats everyone like family. [Removed] the activities director, was energetic, caring and friendly. Alma was one of Mom's favorite staff members. Elmcroft became like home. Many groups visit, including church and school groups. Nice entertainment on Family Nights as well, and the ice cream parlor is precious! This was a lovely place for Mom to live.

I toured this community for care. We liked the staff who were caring and we able to answer the questions. The community is very clean and we were impressed with the nice environment. The other residents were enjoying the activities, and we were able to see the menu that is available. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My friend is doing great since leaving her home and moving into this place. It is fitting her very well and she really likes the community. The staff are very good. She feels comfortable being apart of the residency.

We just visited our dear friend that has just moved into Elmcroft-Martinez. We were so impressed with the office staff and the staff overall, they were so friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely consider Elmcroft if I ever needed the services of assisted living. The facility itself was beautiful, clean and inviting.

We toured this community. The staff was very nice and caring. The community is clean. They have a nice library and the community is beautiful. The other residents were nice and friendly and were happy to be there for the good care. The variety of meals are appealing and the activities are offered to the residents that want to participate. We would recommend this community for other families for the care of a loved one.

A lovely facility. Very nice rooms and grounds. Mom could have been happy here but it wasn't convenient to other family members.

This facility is excellent! The staff care is great and the facility is well maintained. The meals are also great, as my friend has a variety of foods to choose from on a day-to-day basis. We are very pleased with his stay.

Elmcroft has been a blessing for our family. The Staff is cheerful, happy and very good to my mother. The Administrators are great and extremely helpful; they held my hand through the admissions process and made a difficult time the BEST it could be. Thank you Elmcroft !

I work as a contractor and the staff / cum members from the top on down and vs vsa are always welcoming and friendly, courteous and willing to assist or answer questions always.

Staff is amazing and always willing to help. Facility is always clean activities are offered residents love the trip and family nights given.

Mother has had a hard time with all of her health issues. The staff at Elmcroft have continued to try and encourage, love and serve her. I am so glad she is residing here now. I feel staff listen to concern and are responsive to any problem, and quick to replace it. I am thankful for all their devotion of this community.

The staff is so helpful and concerned for the residents. Efficient in their care and communicate well with outside sources and family members. The environment is clean and dining experiences are top of the line per residents and their family members.
